Absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced. If you have a problem just get in touch with them, and they’ll resolve it in no time. They’ve made me a customer for life!

Ordered some sunglasses yesterday and paid for DHL express delivery - which it stated is next day - it specifically said "Get them tomorrow".

From the tracking they haven't dispatched them yet so they definitely won't be coming today. I've had a brief chat with Sol the AI bot who was useless.

If you are busy, which seems to be the default response, do not offer next day delivery, and do not charge extra for next day delivery.

They may arrive in the next few days, if not I will eventually make a card payment claim.

EDIT. Glasses arrived the following day and have had a refund for the delivery charge.

I bought the Sierras sunglasses a des years ago and they are great for outdoor activities or just a walk around the city. I needed to ask for the lifetime guarantee as I accidentally broke my sunglasses. The customer service is wonderful with very quick answer and solution. I would recommand 100% with no hesitation

The sunglasses are great, unfortunately the arm came off when I wasn’t wearing them and I couldn’t find it, but thanks to Mariamme and Jess from support, they are sending me out a new pair free of charge. Very helpful support and the glasses are great :)

Have been a customer of Sungod for the last couple of years, and always had a good experience over multiple purchases. Their glasses are great!

Unfortunately the same cannot be said this time. I placed an order on 14.06.26. Received a confirmation email, then absolutely nothing for the next week or so. Tried contacting them using a ridiculously frustrating contact system. They used to have a great live chat, now they just say they'll get back to you within 3 days. Which I don't think is an acceptable timeframe for a company that claims to pride itself on service.

Long story short, I got a very delayed response, with a fictitious explanation as to why my order was delayed.
After more ridiculously frustrating attempts to contact them, I finally received one pair of sunglasses. I was expecting 3 and some accessories. Tried contacting again, twice, no response.
Over 2 weeks now, they have had more than £200 of my money, I've received 25% of my order, and been ignored multiple times!
I got a refund notification for a undefined amount, that came with absolutely no explanation as to why I was receiving it. And multiple emails asking me to review my purchase, which I have not received.
This company has become a joke, it's a shame they don't put as much effort into their customer base as they do their social media presence!

Sungod have lost a customer in me for sure! And I will be reporting this shocking experience to my credit card company to try and reclaim the money I have paid for items I have not received!

Great service from start to finish.
Product is great value for money.
Accidently sat on them and bent the frames. I requested a repair under the warranty and they duly obliged responding quickly and sending new frames.
Everyone I spoke with was brilliant. Even bought a second pair from them. Very happy indeed and would strongly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service and it is a true lifetime guarantee - I’ve got a few glasses from Sungod and there’s good reason for that (snowboarding goggles, running glasses and now cycling glasses)!

I had a great experience with SunGod customer service. After my frame broke, they quickly arranged a replacement and were very responsive throughout the process.

When I received the new frame, I noticed my existing lenses didn’t fit properly. The team helped troubleshoot the issue and, after confirming it wasn’t a left/right lens problem, they arranged to send out a new set of lenses.

The glasses themselves are great, they looks good and have many options for frame styles, colours and then logos, as well as loads of choices of lenses.

Service back to its usual high standard again. A couple of months ago I had a terrible experience with Sungod, getting stuck in an AI agent loop. They apologised and said they had learnt from it, and my most recent experience indicates they have. Needed replacement socks for my Velans. Submitted the request, response received pretty quickly and socks delivered the next day. My son then ordered himself some Velans in the sale, which were delivered early (Saturday instead of Monday). Keep it up please - this is why all of my families cycling glasses and sunglasses come from you.

Great shades - I have two pairs and love them both. Design and lenses are top quality. One pair got damaged and they sent a new pair, free of charge, which I simply transferred the lenses over to. Communication was so great - very fast and everything was friendly and simple. These guys really get it right!

29/6/26 My experience with SunGod has been resolved quickly and human customer service has been amazing. The quality and build are as I had hoped for. I would recommend buying sunglasses from SunGod.

26/6/26 Placed an order, money has been taken from my account but can't tell me when I get the order delivered. All I get from an AI bot is that someone will contact me and that was 3 days ago and still nothing. Not an easy company to order from and contact. From looking at other reviews they are having issues with processing orders.

Really good customer service! My 2 year old classics broke on a kayak trip, and Sungod have sent out a new pair with very little hassle. Best pair of sunglasses I've owned!

Trying to get someone to reply to messages here is painful. Would welcome a level of communication around orders placed nearly a week ago. Some communication is better than NO communication. Like their products but not sure I'll be buying from them again!
