Top company - pleasure to deal with

I accidentally broke my SunGods after 4 years of heavy use. A short email and a picture and SunGods are replacing them.

Great shades, great value and the little guarantee they stand behind - super.

I see the many positive reviews, and honestly, I wish I could leave one too. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my order.

I ordered my sunglasses on June 26, 11 days ago. I received an order confirmation, but since then there has been nothing. No tracking information. No delivery update. No sunglasses.

The money was taken from my account, but I have not received what I paid for.

I tried contacting customer support through the AI chatbot, which was not helpful. I was told to wait three days for a human to get back to me, but nobody contacted me.

This has been very frustrating. I would be happy to update this review if someone from the company reaches out, provides proper tracking information, or sends the sunglasses I ordered.

(un po di pazienza per le risposte in chat ma pi arrivano) mi hanno spedito una nuova montatura,(molto facile da sostituire da soli). la cosa veramente che apprezzato è stato che si sono presi anche carico delle spese doganali (anticipate da me) e mi hanno rimborsato il giorno dopo la cifra intera. quindi super consigliato.

I placed an order 8 days ago and have heard nothing since - no delivery, no delivery date, not even a message to say it's being processed.

The only way to get in touch is through an AI chatbot, which each time promises a human will contact me within three days. I've now done this twice and no one has ever followed up.

The complete lack of communication is honestly just rude, when all it would take is a simple email. I'm going on holiday in a couple of days and was relying on this order - Sun God have completely let me down.

Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 items from the website only 1 item arrived ive sent 2 messages 1 via the online form and 1 via the email they ask reviewers to message on ive had no reply,
I now have to go through the claim back procedure to try to get the money for the missing item back

Having come off my bike bruised and broken, I was really thankful I was wearing my glasses and my eyes were protected. However my poor sunglasses took the brunt of it and were badly scratched and in pieces.

The customer care and speed of replacement that Sungod and Mariamme provided was really impressive.

When my bones have healed, I can’t wait to get back on the bike and have my new glasses all ready!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid next day delivery but they didn't arrive in time and when they did they didn't suit me so I sent them back. It cost me £7.95 for the delivery and £4.95 to send them back. I didn't think this was right as I was basically paying nearly £13 to try on a pair of sunglasses. I put my complaint to the company and they refunded all my costs and sent me a complimentary pair of sunglasses of my choice as way of an apology. Very good of them and great customer service. Recommended

I bought a pair of the McLaren Renegades a couple of months ago after eyeing them up for quite a while. As an F1 fan, I thought they looked great and decided to treat myself.

Unfortunately, after the very first wear, I somehow ended up with a scratch on one of the lenses. I didn’t drop them or mistreat them in any way. If anything, I was extra careful because of how much they cost. The reflective coating makes even small scratches stand out, so it was really noticeable.

Because of that, I barely wore them. The second time I used them, another scratch appeared. At that point, I just didn’t want to wear them anymore because they seem to mark far too easily.

They’re advertised as being robust, hard wearing sunglasses, but in my experience they just don’t live up to that claim, especially for the price. I’d also mention the 8KO lenses that are heavily marketed as a premium upgrade. Personally, I couldn’t tell any difference compared with a £10 pair of sunglasses I own from River Island.

I bought these because I was fed up with cheap sunglasses getting damaged so easily, but ironically these haven’t been any better. For the money, I really don’t think they’re worth it, and I’m genuinely disappointed with my purchase.

Trying to get someone to reply to messages here is difficult. Would welcome a level of communication around order placed nearly two weeks ago. There policy states orders are shipped the following day, this is not the case. I’ve tried contacting by email, posting and messaging on Instagram. Even received emails asking if I’m happy with my purchase but not yet received. All communication is by Bot , no real person helping . Like their products but not sure I'll be buying from them again or may get a refund.

Do NOT buy from this company! While their web storefront looks impressive with great looking products.
( I watched for 2 years) finally bought and then :
I get notified by DHL I had to pay import fees high enough to be almost 1/2 the value of the sunglasses.
There is no phone support and e- mail was sketchy at best. I had No choice paid the fees. They have not cured the additional fees. I will never buy from them again, should have researched and chosen a better company.

I ordered over a month ago customer sunglasses and 2 sunglass cases. I finally received my custom sunglasses but no the 2 cases. I have had no luck getting to the bottom of this issue and Sungod have failed in every sense of the word to deliver my 2 sunglass cases. I have emailed them over 3 times but nothing. There is no phone number to contact them on which is totally unacceptable. I will never ever recommend this company again. I f I do not receive my 2 sunglass cases, I will be left with no option but to contact my bank and ask for the full monies to be returned to me. Absolutely disgraceful Sungod. You really need to do better.

Great support received from Sungod when my frames broke unexpectedly. They replaced the frames and gave me a discount on new lenses. The team especially Mariamme were so proactive and helpful throughout the process and the as always the shades are top level. Thanks Sungod!

Used SunGod based off reputation. Unfortunately a very poor experience. Paid extra for the promise of next day service but the order was delayed and hasn’t been received in the timeframe offered. If you cannot complete the order as promised why offer the service. I have tried contacting customer services multiple times and have not had a response. A week has now passed.
Throughly disappointed and regrettably will not be purchasing any products in future.

If you have an issue good luck at getting hold of the customer services team. The IA chat Bot is useless and well as for a genuine reply to my issues and concerns I am yet to receive one.

I was reaching out for an replacement pair of sunglasses because the hinge on my current pair broken and they have been amazing the whole way thought. I know when I first sent in the request it was the start of summer which would obviously be there busy season so I did hear back right away. Thankfully it didn't take to long and everyone I worked with to help me with this problem was super nice and quick to respond. Thank you for your help Sungod

I have two pairs of Renegades, one pair of Velans. The glasses in themselves are solid built, good on eye strain and allround comfortable.
When the earsocks teared on the Velans, service showed true face and replaced them free of charge. Even sent them with express delivery! Received the day after and all good. Thanks for great sunglasses, thanks for great service!

I have owned SunGods since almost its founding year (2013), with my first being a pair of first generation Classics. I did have a slight issue with lens quality with this pair, but SunGod immediately replaced them and these went on to last me years.

Since then I have owned Renegades and Revolts (after joining the Kickstarter campaign), and have never had any further issues.

Fantastic lens quality and clarity, and easy to replace when they inevitably need changing due to wear and tear - althought it should be noted that it was 2 years between my last lens changes on my renegades.

I had recently ordered a pair of Tokas, and unfortunately it was found that there was a website error and these were out of stock. Shout out to Sophie who has helped me out today (2nd July 2026) and I look forward to receiving my new sunnies.

If you want stylish, comfortable, and (almost) indestructible glasses that last for years to come for an affordable price, SunGods should be your choice.
