he sunglasses I bought from the SunGod website two years ago were immediately replaced by Customer Service.
All I had to do was send a simple email; the team located my original order and shipped an identical pair of frames via UPS—all within 48 hours.
The frames are identical down to the finest decorative details, including the small logo on the temples.
I recommend the SunGod site to anyone who appreciates high-quality, highly effective sunglasses.
I certainly won't hesitate to order a second pair from the same site.

Delivery lost thanks to Evri, took a few days to eventually get through to Sungod customer care but when they did reply they quickly resolved the lost delivery and I had the items next day.

I only went and won a pair of sunglasses through a Strava challenge, tagged SunGod in the comments, and before I knew it, Sophie from SunGod was working her magic!
The communication was absolutely spot on from start to finish. Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help, it's amazing how much of a difference that makes. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do, and it really made my day.

The customer service was even better, and the whole experience was brilliant.

This is the worst possible customer experience. They deserve zero stars!! You pay for next day delivery, they don’t despatch, you can’t call them or even email them - they have an AI tool that answers all queries. When eventually it passes to a human being - the response time is 3 days. Avoid this company who put no value on customer service and do not deliver. I am still waiting for someone at sungods that cares about customer service to call me.

I ordered glasses with a dispatch date of 2nd July, the glasses have not been dispatched. I’ve messaged asking for an update and no reply from customer services.

Having two pairs of sungods due to the quality of the products I unfortunately snapped the arm off my older pair, I remember seeing a lifetime guarantee but didnt have any old paperwork left to find out when I had bought them or what my order number had been, got onto the website put my email in and happy days all the information was there.
Filled out the relevant details not expecting much luck but the customer service replied almost immediately, 2 days later had a conformation that they would be fixed so packed them up and posted them back and by the end of the week received them back next day delivery all fixed, absolutely blown away by the quick response and lack of hassle in completing this task best customer service I've ever received.

I’m gutted I can’t leave 0 stars as I feel 1 star is just too generous for them. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on the 29th June and received an email the next day saying due to high demand there would be a delay on dispatching my order and that it would be dispatched the next day… that’s the last I’ve heard from them. There is ZERO communication and no way of speaking to an actual human. It says they will respond to messages within 2 business days but I’ve been waiting 2 weeks. After spending over £200 on some sunglasses you expect better customer service. I’m now out of pocket and don’t have the products I bought. How do I get a refund? What happens to my money? How can they not have dispatched my order when they are currently “in stock” and able to be ordered today for delivery tomorrow. To say this company is trying to compete with the biggest sunglasses brands it’s really let itself down.

Avoid at all costs

Had my original pair of SunGod Classics, which had become slightly worn and the lenses had yellowed from sun expose. Customer service told me they obviously no longer can replace the parts as they're pretty old, so they asked me to pick out any pair of glasses I liked, whichever colour I wanted, even with 8K lenses, and they sent them to me completely free of charge!

I had high hopes for SunGod after reading several positive reviews, so I ordered the Ultra Air glasses. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

It has been more than 10 days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received the product. Customer support has been frustrating—email responses are slow and unhelpful, and the chatbot has been of no use. The delivery partner has also failed to provide a satisfactory service.

I paid £178 for these glasses, and for a premium-priced product, I expected a much better customer experience. Instead, I've been left chasing updates with no clear resolution. At this point, I no longer have confidence in placing another order with SunGod.

Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the negative Trustpilot reviews before making my purchase. I've now reached out through their Instagram account and hope they process my refund promptly.

The product itself may be excellent, but the ordering, delivery, and customer support experience have been poor enough that I cannot recommend buying directly from them.

Top company - pleasure to deal with

I accidentally broke my SunGods after 4 years of heavy use. A short email and a picture and SunGods are replacing them.

Great shades, great value and the little guarantee they stand behind - super.

I see the many positive reviews, and honestly, I wish I could leave one too. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my order.

I ordered my sunglasses on June 26, 11 days ago. I received an order confirmation, but since then there has been nothing. No tracking information. No delivery update. No sunglasses.

The money was taken from my account, but I have not received what I paid for.

I tried contacting customer support through the AI chatbot, which was not helpful. I was told to wait three days for a human to get back to me, but nobody contacted me.

This has been very frustrating. I would be happy to update this review if someone from the company reaches out, provides proper tracking information, or sends the sunglasses I ordered.

A parte la qualità delle lenti 8ko, top. montatura Miras molto leggera e comoda. 5 Stelle al servizio Garanzia a vita, mi si è rotta una stanghetta, dopo aver inviato tutti i dettagli dell'ordine etc.. (un po di pazienza per le risposte in chat ma pi arrivano) mi hanno spedito una nuova montatura,(molto facile da sostituire da soli). la cosa veramente che apprezzato è stato che si sono presi anche carico delle spese doganali (anticipate da me) e mi hanno rimborsato il giorno dopo la cifra intera. quindi super consigliato.

I placed an order 8 days ago and have heard nothing since - no delivery, no delivery date, not even a message to say it's being processed.

The only way to get in touch is through an AI chatbot, which each time promises a human will contact me within three days. I've now done this twice and no one has ever followed up.

The complete lack of communication is honestly just rude, when all it would take is a simple email. I'm going on holiday in a couple of days and was relying on this order - Sun God have completely let me down.

Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 items from the website only 1 item arrived ive sent 2 messages 1 via the online form and 1 via the email they ask reviewers to message on ive had no reply,
I now have to go through the claim back procedure to try to get the money for the missing item back

Having come off my bike bruised and broken, I was really thankful I was wearing my glasses and my eyes were protected. However my poor sunglasses took the brunt of it and were badly scratched and in pieces.

The customer care and speed of replacement that Sungod and Mariamme provided was really impressive.

When my bones have healed, I can’t wait to get back on the bike and have my new glasses all ready!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid next day delivery but they didn't arrive in time and when they did they didn't suit me so I sent them back. It cost me £7.95 for the delivery and £4.95 to send them back. I didn't think this was right as I was basically paying nearly £13 to try on a pair of sunglasses. I put my complaint to the company and they refunded all my costs and sent me a complimentary pair of sunglasses of my choice as way of an apology. Very good of them and great customer service. Recommended

I bought a pair of the McLaren Renegades a couple of months ago after eyeing them up for quite a while. As an F1 fan, I thought they looked great and decided to treat myself.

Unfortunately, after the very first wear, I somehow ended up with a scratch on one of the lenses. I didn’t drop them or mistreat them in any way. If anything, I was extra careful because of how much they cost. The reflective coating makes even small scratches stand out, so it was really noticeable.

Because of that, I barely wore them. The second time I used them, another scratch appeared. At that point, I just didn’t want to wear them anymore because they seem to mark far too easily.

They’re advertised as being robust, hard wearing sunglasses, but in my experience they just don’t live up to that claim, especially for the price. I’d also mention the 8KO lenses that are heavily marketed as a premium upgrade. Personally, I couldn’t tell any difference compared with a £10 pair of sunglasses I own from River Island.

I bought these because I was fed up with cheap sunglasses getting damaged so easily, but ironically these haven’t been any better. For the money, I really don’t think they’re worth it, and I’m genuinely disappointed with my purchase.

Trying to get someone to reply to messages here is difficult. Would welcome a level of communication around order placed nearly two weeks ago. There policy states orders are shipped the following day, this is not the case. I’ve tried contacting by email, posting and messaging on Instagram. Even received emails asking if I’m happy with my purchase but not yet received. All communication is by Bot , no real person helping . Like their products but not sure I'll be buying from them again or may get a refund.
