My order was very quickly dispatched and delivered. Love the packaging. The sunglasses are great, many people have commented about them. Most importantly they don’t move when I run in them. Big win!

Ive had 4 or 5 orders from NOMAD now over the last few years and I love my glasses I wear them most days, I get lots of compliments on the bright colours and always pass on the details. I have just ordered 3 more pairs on the deal and they will last me the next year or so, I wear them paddle boarding, kayaking, mountaineering, daily driving and going out with friends to socialise, literally everywhere.

I have been trying to arrange a refund but keep being fobbed off with a link to a page on the website that seems to be for generic customer services contact.
I have sent several emails but still have no instructions on how to return the glasses.
Very poor.
I can see by your reply that you take customer service very seriously as you left a lengthy reply which was solely designed to undermine my comment rather than help me out and give me an address to return the product to.
Too busy to send me a returns address but able to send two lengthy replies. I initially contacted you at 2pm yesterday and have 8 emails from your team, none with instructions on how to return the product. Due to my own circumstances I only have a short window to return these items and would appreciate it if you spent just a fraction of the time you spend curating your Trust pilot account in looking after a customer and giving them the return address.

We have bought 6 pairs of sunglasses from Nomad now; for myself, my husband and our young children too. They're excellent quality, comfy to wear and the designs are fabulous.

Love these glasses. I have a very sensitive head and wearing sunglasses normally gives me a massive headache. These are so light, and so good for blocking sunlight I really couldn't recommend them enough. they both look and feel gorgeous 5 stars.

Took advantage of the 3 for 1 offer, ordering 2 pairs for myself and 1 for my son. He absolutely loves his ‘panda eyes’.

There is a lot of choice of style and colours, which is both great and a little overwhelming.

I’m really impressed with how lightweight they are, they’re really comfortable and look great.

I had a little niggle with my ‘sunrise’ pair, which I otherwise love. The frames were quite bent when they arrived, so they sat lopsided and one arm was at a less than 90° angle to the frame. I was able to rectify this myself, but would otherwise have required someone going to an optician’s to get them adjusted. Just one of those things.

I also chose ‘Spanish olive’. They look like they’re going to be heavy and bulky but they’re not. They’re super comfy and look great.

Overall very happy with them and would recommend buying through this offer.

Good quality glasses at reasonable prices - even better when there's an offer! Wear mine for driving, running and long distance cycling and they don't irritate or fall off. Customer service has been great and delivery is on time, if not early! As someone who has a tendency to lose sunglasses, this is always where I come back to.

I put off ordering my shiny new Nomad sunglasses so many times because I felt like surely I couldn’t justify this price for sunglasses. I am so, so glad the ads kept appearing on social media because up popped an incredible offer I could no longer ignore. And once I’d placed my order, the sheer character and comedy value of the email updates (order confirmation, shipping notification etc) made my day every time! It’s the little details that make a brand stand out, and Nomad is full to bursting with them.
