Jenny, at the Southport Store, was extrememly helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture I purchased. She was very friendly and professional in keeping me up to date on the process.
I would definitely recommend my friends to go visit Jenny at Stokers.

Lovely shop and nice people. Excellent delivery people too. In shop we dealt with Julie Williams in the Living room area and Joe Tudor in the bed dept. Both were very informative and helpful. Pleasure to do business with them. I will be back!

To us Stokers in Chester is like a link to the past. Such a pleasant calm and welcoming store to visit.
Never bothered by staff and feel free to wander at our own pace,
When we want help staff are at hand .
On this occasion we were dealt with by Joe Tudor who sat with us discussing the options . We went away to think things over returning the next day to have Joe recognise us and guide us through our decision to order two sofas.
We look forward to their delivery which we know will be flawless owing to our previous experience with Stokers great delivery team.
We would also comment on how clean and tidy the whole store is. We would love to learn the secret that the lady who is responsible for this keeps the whole area so clean and dust free,

Lovely chap Joe Tudor helped us choose and order a sofa bed. We had spoken to him couple of times after several visits to the shop. It had been a drawn out search.He helped us by measuring sizes and showing us colour options and demonsrating how bed pulled out and crucially for us not to pushy just left us time to think about things but there to answer questions when needed. Lovely service.Thanks Joe.

Quality furniture at good prices !!

Martin is excellent sales representative and gave us first class service. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced sales person and we felt very well looked after.

We visited the store to look for a 2 seater power recliner. I did ask a member of staff where to look and he pointed out where the sofas would be on the ground floor. He also mentioned that there was a 1 st floor that could be visited. We did this and we were not approached by staff ( which was a good thing as we wanted to browse without being hassled). When we saw the sofa we liked we then approached a member of staff who was training and mentored by Joe Tudor. The trainee wheeled over the fabric swatches for us to look and gave us time and space to view. He also suggested taking the item to look at in the natural daylight, which we did and this enabled us to be certain of the colour. Joe then sat us down and went through the ordering process, he explained this in detail and provided us with a timeline for delivery . He managed expectations as the lead time was approximately 10 - 12 weeks and didn't stray away from those days which displayed transparency. Both Joe and the trainee (sorry don't remember your name) treated us with respect, were friendly and professional . I would definitely recommend the company.

Lots of good quality mattresses to choose from and competitively priced. The transaction was quick and efficient.

He was helpful without being intrusive and at no time did we feel hurried or hassled. The Chester showroom has a wide range of sofas to try out for a perfect sit. Friendly and helpful staff but not pushy. Steve was very approachable and changed a few things on our order when requested. A great experience shopping here

I have bought several items of furniture from this wonderful store and cannot praise the process of purchase which proved extremely easy and the assistance of the staff. I have always dealt with Graeme Beresford who has looked after me and cannot be praised enough for his friendliness, knowledge of products and efficiency. I have recently dealt with Carl Sixsmith in Graeme’s absence who was equally as friendly and made purchase process very easy. Graeme even contacted me on his day off so this is proof of staff’s excellence. Value for money and sake traceable me to buy top brands which I could not otherwise afford.
