We had just as good of a service from Julie Williams for buying extra material for our new sofa as we did when buying our sofa. Will all ways recommend your store because of the service we received from Julie.

Popped into Store today and saw Pete upstairs! He was so helpful and we walked out with not just the bed we came in for but a sofa too! Great service and excellent value for money. Thanks Pete!

The people (Julie and Andrew) knew the products we were interested in well and answered all our queries- they also took the time to extend the bed settee out and match the desk with the chair we wanted.

I was visiting family in Chester and popped into the store so that I could view a table, I had seen online. Julie Williams was very helpful and knowledgeable and I went on to purchase the table. I rang her, once the table had been delivered and ordered some chairs and, again, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though I live in the South East, I will make any future orders via the Chester branch and would have no hesitation in recommending their wonderful staff.

I went to the Chester store looking for a 3 and 2 seater settee.
I found the store bright and airy with a huge selection to suit everyone's taste.
I couldn't find what I had in mind so asked Steve Wood for help, he wasn't pushy at all, he pointed out what he thought I'd like then left me alone to make my choices. I found him really helpful and knowledgeable and the whole experience was relaxed and friendly.
I ended up getting exactly what I had in my head. I'd definitely recommend Stokers to family and friends.

We’re were really pleased with how Andrew Short looked after us. We visited many times to try and decide which sofas we wanted. Andrew was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and looked after us very well. We are excited to receive our new sofas.

Visited the store with my elderly father on Tuesday. Martin was very helpful, and careful in his approach to my dad. Great variety of furniture, displayed in a sensible way for dad to access all areas. Offered us a try and see if it fits in your home service too.

We visited Stokers in Southport to look at small sofas for our kitchen diner. We spoke to Graeme Beresford who was extremely helpful, showing us a number of sofas that fitted our criteria. Graeme was professional and courteous and offered excellent advice and information on the furniture we viewed, giving us samples of material to take home for matching.
On our return to the store we were dealt with by Graeme again who saw us through the sales procedure professionally and then went on to offer advice on rugs which we were considering purchasing.
We have shopped at Stokers for many years and have always been impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

We were having to redecorate and furnish the entire ground floor following a flood. We brought sample wallpaper and carpet to assess options. Sandra in sales was excellent in helping us choose our furniture and fabric colours by reference to our samples

I went to Stokers Galleries ormskirk to buy a new rise and recliner armchair. I spoke yo Tracey she was most help full and talked med through all models in the stores and advised me of the best model to meet my requirements. After I placed my order she kept me in form of when it would be delivered. I thoroughly recommend Tracey and Stokers and the delivery team who delivered the chair with great care.

Our new corner sofa was delivered today. Very pleased at first look. Purchasing was easy with contact throughout the wait time with our sales person, Julie Williams.
Delivery was smooth and on time. Glyn and Thorin were efficient and careful.

We recently purchased a leather suite from Stokers in Ormskirk and could not be happier with the service. The showroom itself is absolutely brilliant, with an extensive and impressive range of items on display to choose from.A special thank you goes to Sandra, our salesperson. She was excellent throughout the entire process. Sandra was incredibly professional, highly helpful, and showed a great deal of patience while helping us make our decision. Visited the Chester store in search for our first sofa. After being to so many other stores it was refreshing to actually see some variety in styles and options. No one hassled us with a sales pitch the second we got through the door, just a pleasant acknowledgement. After being left alone to do so, we found our perfect sofa. Peter was brilliant, what a happy and pleasant person, he couldn't do enough to help and talked us through everything properly so we really know where we stand and what to do in preparation for our beautiful new sofa. Matt the store manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful so a big thank you to Matt too. I love that it's a family run business as this really comes through with the aftercare, we will be customers for life!

Stokers has a really good reputation, been around a very long time, which says a lot. I purchased a large sofa. All the furniture is high quality. I made 2 visits to the store before deciding on my sofa. Graeme Betesfordwas so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Was given lots of time going through fabrics etc. would highly recommend.
