j'ai posé une journée pour recevoir mon colis et à 20h sur le suivi il est noté "absent" sachant qu'ils ne m'ont ni telephoné ni sonné chez moi !!!! comment une marque de luxe peut passer par ce genre de site d'expedition sachant que 96% desavis sont negatifs?!! je ne sais meme pas comment je vais recuperer mon colis !! je commanderai plus jamais cette marque

worst delivery service available.

worst delivery service available.. avoid at all cost.. you can barely hear the customer service agent, when you pay duties the system is old and out dated .. it takes up to 72 hours for them to get payment although my package is at their warehouse already.. slow outdated processes and take way to long to deliver products that are 40 mins away in a warehouse.. if you run a business and have time lines do not use them

If I could give no stars I would. Their communication is non-existent through all channels THEY suggest you use. Not even Vodacom can get a hold of them. It is beyond me how big companies still use them. All of their channels just use automated messages. The phone just rings and when asked to leave a message, you get cut off. No answer on whatsapp or email, except for auto generated messages. Really pathetic!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Do not get fooled by any communication, contact numbers, phone numbers, whatsapp numbers, agent communication or phoning them in person, as YOU WILL NOT GET HOLD OF THEM. There is even a section writing complaints to management. Done that, still no response.

On the waybill after 17h00 this appeared: Delivery Exception: Consignee not available. This is a utter lie as I was sitting so that I can see if there are any delivery persons or vehicles. 2 people can also confirm this.

This morning phoned the depo in Bloemfontein and they answered the phone... The excuse was it was a new driver. Asked if there was a number that could be called? Yes, and my number was correct. Apparently there was no suburb specified (hard to believe) and put me through to the supervisor, whose phone has gone through on voicemail, and an sms was sent to him.

Since, even phoning headquarters in Cape Town, there was one time I got through, and it was the same as call centre 087 106 9966.

Honestly, go check on Trustpilot, hellopeter.com, google ratings, all is on the lowest lows... 1.3, 1.4, out of 300 people rating of 1.3.

Is there no one checking this, not even management?!!

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Unacceptable Delivery Experience!


I am utterly frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding my package (K4633322). I have been waiting for over two weeks now, and the delays, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from the driver have made this experience unbearable.

When I initially contacted your team, I explained that I was still waiting for my ID from Home Affairs and asked if I could use a copy in the meantime. I was assured that a copy would be sufficient, and I have documented proof of this confirmation. Despite this, when the driver was scheduled to deliver my package, he arrived late, was rude, and outright refused to hand over my package, citing issues with my ID despite the clear agreement made earlier.

I need this package urgently, and I expect your company to uphold its promises and ensure that my delivery is handled with professionalism. The lack of respect for my time and the inconvenience caused by this situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and delivery of my package, as promised.

This experience has severely damaged my confidence in your service, and I will not hesitate to take further action if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I placed an order on 1st December to receive my order before I leave to go overseas on 20 December. It has still not arrived. They don't answer their phone emails or what's app messages. They must be the worst courier service in South Africa. If I could give no stars, I would. Shocking service

If you’re looking for a delivery service that redefines “Express” as “let’s take our sweet time”, SkyNet Express Singapore is your top choice. Imagine this: an overseas parcel zips across continents from Europe in just a few days, only to be held hostage in a tiny city-state for four whole days. A logistical miracle turned into a comedy of errors.

Worst incompetent company ever

Worst incompetent company ever! I have been waiting for my telkom delivery for weeks and counting, no communications whats so ever, they never answer calls, nor do they respond to whatsapp messages, nor do you get any joy messaging their social media pages. The driver called yesterday 6.30am to confirm delivery at 8am, I should have a hard copy ID and proof of address available. Note it was my off day, I got ready and got to work anyway because they said they were coming, yet never showed up! Now I'm here trying to arrange for me to pick up from their branch in DBN yet another fail, but I am going there anyway. Please note I now have to leave work early, interrupt my schedules just for me to go in because there isn't any work ethics with the delivers. How are the deliveries been arranged for the day? what do the guys do because everyones not receiving their items its not only me, if you google the reviews you would know has well. What are your drivers doing all day that they cannot do a simple job has delivering our items. If our items are too small for yourl to deliver then you guys should just cancel your contract with TELKOM and VODACOM because it seems like you guys have more important deliveries to do rather than delivering our small pitty items. Its really frustrating. You don't even deserve 1 star!

Yhe worst courier company ever is…

The worst courier company ever is Skynet courier. They don't take calls. They don't attend to your watsapp messages and there is no update for 3 days now. Im sick and tired of waiting Fer my parcel to arrive. Vodacom should make use of another courier company and not waste their money.

It is 2 weeks and counting waiting for…

It is 2 weeks and counting waiting for our delivery. The last update on the tracking information was on the morning of the 26th November (it is now the 10th December), stating the package was out for delivery. No one picks up the phone, no one responds on the whatsapp line and I don't have much optimism about getting a response to my email.
It is as if they have gone out of business.

A courier company that can never find the correct delivery address

This is probably the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. My parcel has not been delivered for 5 days already because the courier cannot find the address! Although the address has been checked and verified four or five times already!
If you do not control the process yourself, your parcel will remain in their warehouse indefinitely - they do not make any attempts to contact the recipient or the sender of the parcel. My three calls to the support line were not able to resolve the situation. They accused me of being at fault and giving the wrong address (although it is correct), did not offer any solution at all, and also threatened to block my calls because I was overreacting to the fact that for the third day in a row they were telling me that they could not find the recipient's address! I see the address and the necessary company on the map, the operator sees it, but their courier does not see it and does not know how to use the navigator either! A courier company that cannot find an address is ridiculous and absolutely incompetent!

Agence de livraison pas professionnelle 🤦🏾‍♀️

Pire expérience de ma vie!🤦🏾‍♀️

Le livreur est venu chez moi le jeudi, j’étais au travail et je lui ai donc demandé de laisser le colis dans la boîte aux lettres et il m’a répondu que non. Nous avons convenu de son passage le lendemain vendredi mais je n’ai reçu aucun colis jusque aujourd’hui.

J’essaie d’appeler votre service de livraison mais aucune réponse. Pas de mail ni aucun message pour m’informer.
Ils ne communiquent pas et je ne sais toujours pas où se trouve mon colis.

J’ai contacté l’expéditeur, j’attends leur retour.
Première expérience avec eux et c’est du n’importe quoi.

Worst courier service in SA

Worst courier service in SA. My package has been sitting in their warehouse over a week now, NOBODY answers the phone. I held on for over and hour with still no resolve. They respond to you via watsapp 24 HOURS later (live agent mind you) to say they will escalate but no concrete feedback as to when I will get my package.

El peor servicio !!!

El peor servicio ! Tardaron un mes en entregarme un paquete, que supuestamente tenia haber llegado despues de 4 dias. Durante una semana me estuvieron diciendo que no podian localizar el paquete. Tuve que llamar todos los dias a la empresa para ver que estaba pasando.
No recomendaria a nadie usar el servicio de esta empresa. Una experiencia horrible en todos los sentidos.
