I had a deeply frustrating and costly experience with Skynet Hosting. I loaded $240 into my account wallet specifically to purchase an SEO hosting plan. At the last minute, I decided to change my plan and requested to withdraw my funds back to my original payment method. To my shock, they refused or were unable to process the refund of my own money.

Thinking I could at least use the remaining balance for my existing $60/year reseller plan, I used it for one renewal. However, shortly after that, Skynet Hosting wiped my remaining wallet balance to zero without explanation.

I have opened multiple support tickets to resolve this, but they have completely stopped responding. It feels like a total scam—they essentially took my money and went silent.
