They are UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST!
They claim to have delivered my parcel when they have NOT!! Their tracking system also makes no sense!
They do not respond to emails, whatsapp and calls. It took 1.5 HOURS to get through to a person at their office only for him to disconnect the call!!

This company needs to be reported as there are so many complaints regarding the exact same issues. Clearly, there’s a massive problem with Skynet Worldwide Express South Africa and they must be held accountable for processes that do not protect the consumer (how do you hand over parcels to random strangers with no identification to prove they are the legitimate recipient for that parcel?) as well as their refusal to communicate with clients regarding their missing paid-for-packages and for LYING about delivery to the legal recipient.
SHAME ON YOU, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THIS “COMPANY”!!
EDITED: I have reported this Company and I urge all other victims of missing parcels to do the same thing. They need to be investigated for this trend to be stopped and for safer delivery control mechanisms to be implemented.

If you want to hear this on loop for an hour, call them in the UK on 020 8538 1988. Zero customer service. Claimed to have attempted delivery yesterday, but that no one was home- I was, all day. No contact or update since. Uncontactable, and the website links don't work.
UPDATE:
To be fair, the delivery did take place. The lack of customer service made the whole thing stressful, but the goods did, in the end, arrive.

Terrible service, first they say shipment is out for delivery and never turn up, then when I complain they said they didnt have time and now after 3 days they refuse to communicate. If Sports Direct are going to use this company for delivery in Malta I will never order from Sports direct again. Horrible experience and who knows where my goods are Chargeback time

WORST COURIER IN SOUTH AFRICA Two years in a row they failed to deliver my car license. A year ago I had to drive to Natis in Centurion to collect it, this year to Elandsfontein. On both occasions they claim there was no one to receive it when they attempted delivery which is nonsense. I think when the traffic is bad and they are unable to complete their deliveries, they return them to Elandsfontein and no attempt is made to reschedule. I have asked for a refund of R99x2 by email and by phone but my request has been ignored. Please do not use them!

Worst Delivery Courier Service on Planet Earth
So I'm waiting for my package, and my G*d this is by far the worst courier delivery service experience I have ever witnessed.
A standard 1-2 day Delivery cannot even be fulfilled by them, wow. There are local stores with less resources that get the job done.
Some context, I did get a waybill and all the nessessary info even a phone call, however they did not specify time.
On the first day of delivery according to the tracking info they tried to deliver only after operating hours...wtf.
They had the entire day from 8am to 5pm and nothing. I wasted an entire day waiting.
On the second day which I got the phone call, and am writing this review still nothing from 8am to 5pm.
Folks, I waited 2 days and the courier didn't even bother to show during operating times.
How this is even legal is beyond me.
All you have to do is deliver packages...
Who ever is incharge of Skynet and that includes the South African Branch, you owe me 2 days of my life. Understand this,I will get them back no matter the cost.
Now I'm not without mercy, what should Skynet do to improve?
Well first give me my damn package.
Secondly deliver whatever remaining packages are left to other people still waiting after stopping your service.
Then Thirdly, Shutdown the entire company...all of it gone. We don't need you, there are other couriers leagues beyond yours.
Your service is pathetic, I can single handedly run a courier service better than yours with one hand tied behind my back.
