COMPLAINT AGAINST SKYNET - WORST COMPANY EVER
This is by far the the worst company in this world, never have i known just bad service and for a company to not take action for there behaviour, my parcel has been delivered to Aberdeen in error by Skynet (which they fully accept) but they have lost the ladies parcel in Aberdeen - who is then holding my parcel as leverage against Skynet for losing her parcel - absolutely unacceptable and then email was meant to be sent to me confirming this and as yet no email. SKYNET then want me to accept the parcel has lost and i said no. IT IS SKYNET RESPONSIBILITY TO GET MY PARCEL TO ME BECAUSE MY PARCEL IS NOT LOST BUT SITTING IN ABERDEEN - LET SEE HAPPENS NEXT

Skynet is the worst courier I ever had to deal with. They don’t pick up phone calls you can hardly get through to them via message or WhatsApp they reply when it suits them their service is completely bad they refer you to an agent that replies whenever they want or that’s never available also they never sent a email for me to pay tax then after I complaint they ask me for email which then I had to wait for a month and then finally when I paid I had to still wait so long. Customs said that my package has been released but the courier says they haven’t received my package yet I’m very disappointed and I wish I had a better choice but Skynet doesn’t deserve any stars at all 👎
Terrible company
Terrible company, they say they sent an invoice but didn't, call and leave a message without a tracking number and when I call them cannot find my tracking details. When I call them they do not answer and the voicemail is full. Could not offer a worse service.
Terrible Service – Undelivered Package, No Customer Support!
I’ve been waiting for my package for weeks, and Skynet has failed to deliver it. The tracking status is either stuck "on hold" or not updated at all, with no explanation.
Worst of all, Skynet’s customer service is impossible to reach:
- Calls go unanswered or drop after long holds.
- Emails go ignored.
- No accountability for delayed/lost packages.
This is unacceptable for a paid courier service. I paid for delivery, not incompetence and silence. Avoid Skynet if you want your parcels to arrive!

"Good day I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered now since the 30/04/2025 in until now noone is contacting me and following up with information to let me know what is going on they keep saying it's a bad address I already updated them through the Skynet email to update the address but I've gotten no response through e-mail as of yet R080065106202 this is the waybill number where it's says on the comments "Bad address" which I don't in understand as I according to my knowledge updated it through email ✉️ I tried calling countless times to get through to an agent the call just kept beeping and disconnects all the time I WhatsApped them to no response nothing work's I'm very disappointed with Skynet service it's horrendous I will be complaining about this on trust pilot and hello Peter as well as other social media platform's to warn people ahead of time because this is not the service anyone should be receiving when placing an order my order tracking number UASDWN7C I'll be also taking it further if there is no response to my complaint also no one has offered alternatives for me to pick up my order from Skynet at all they just keep saying it's out for delivery 🚚 and no once call's or even email's me no SMS no message's no calls no e-mails ridiculous!!! I am beyond frustrated with this courier service. My package was supposed to arrive days ago, and I’ve received zero updates, no communication, and absolutely no sign of delivery. Tracking is useless, and customer service has been completely unhelpful – all I get are vague excuses and empty promises. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I trusted them with something important, and they’ve completely let me down. Avoid this company if you actually want your packages to arrive on time – or at all.

Was on the phone 29 minutes, from caller number 42! Dealt with better courier services that are not branded, they were more efficient and delivered professionally. Shein should not use you.
Absolutely useless courier service or non at all
If it were possible I would give them a big fat 0 for their useless service. Skynet does not care about a customer and in my opinion their delivery guys are just down right lazy to go that extra mile to make sure customers receive their parcels on time. An important document like my car licence has not been delivered at all because the excuse the driver gave was that my address is in a bad place. CATCH A WAKE UP PLEASE there is Google maps and we are in an industrial area so dont make bullshit excuses.

If I could give 0 stars I also would, my order has been out for delivery for the past week. No phone call/text from drivers to set up delivery or check whether I’m home or not or worst if they get lost maybe yet there’s always updates later on the day that “no one home/co-signee not available”. I’ve been waiting for this delivery at home not even leaving the house yet I see such updates, drivers just seem to randomly update and not even bother to show up and worst part I got told due to safety reasons they can disclose driver’s contact details meaning the said driver can still continue to lie about delivering till I lose my package completely 🤦🏾♀️I’m soo disappointed by the courier service and wish I could just boycott them since they don’t care about their clients.

I am so very dissatisfied with your company I’ve never experienced such with other couriers such as Buffalo and iMile. Am selling clothes that I buy from China and my parcel haven’t arrived to its destination or to me it did come here to Umtata hub and I was expecting it to be delivered on Friday last week the 28th of March 2025 till today the 1st of April 2025 worse part when I trace my parcel it went back to East London hub if for what reason I don’t know, because I was at home the whole weekend waiting for it I never received any call no nothing and when I call their offices they don’t pick up. I am very pissed and very angry for their services and it was my first time using them what a bad experience i will never recommend SkyNet to anyone 😡 Even the 1star that I’ve rated with you doesn’t deserve it
