I have been waiting for my order since last week friday l had to track my parcel and its says bad address that time the driver didn’t even bother to call me,on Saturday l had call them to ask about my order they said they don’t deliver on Saturday so l will get my order on monday so l have been waiting since then on traker it says bad delivery.l dont understand this its been 4 days wait.

How does a business this bad even continue to exist? They simply don't deliver the parcels that they are paid to deliver.
Don't ever use them if you have other choices
Parcel does not arrive on time. It keeps going onboard for delivery then "Unable to deliver" as they ran out of time. Customer service is emotionless. They do not care and they are unprofessional. Not the first time it's been delayed. I have to call the customer service again tomorrow. God bless me.
I am extremely disappointed with SkyNet…
I am extremely disappointed with SkyNet Worldwide’s handling of my parcel. It arrived in London on 17/07/2025, yet after multiple calls and reassurances, the parcel has still not been delivered.
On 21/07/2025, I was told it had cleared customs and would be delivered on the 22nd. When I called again on 22/07/2025, I was told it was inexplicably caged again for customs inspection—despite having already cleared. This makes absolutely no sense.
The lack of transparency, conflicting information, and unacceptable delay has left me frustrated and without any confidence in this service. I expect better from an international courier.

Negligence, lies and outright disgusting service
Firstly, my first email was sent to Skynet South Africa on June 26th, secondly until today, July 10th, not once have I received a single email back, a single response to my WhatsApp messages, not a single answer to my calls. There have been DOZENS AND DOZENS of emails, WA messages and phone calls. Noone has ever answered a single one.
My tracking option on Skynet's website stopped allowing me access on the 1st of July...this was also the last time they updated me on where my package is, and what is happening.
I ordered through Temu, who I contacted as a last resort. They informed me that on the 8th of July - after they responded to Temu's enquiry - Skynet said that I, the customer, rescheduled delivery - lie number 1. Secondly they said that due to bad weather the delivery is slow. This they told Temu today. This is South Africa...bad weather for 9 DAYS?????? Lie number 2. Also, the departure city and the arrival city are just 1400km apart...it has taken them 9 days to travel that distance, and I don't even know if they have made into Cape Town yet.
I could go on and on and on about how atrocious the service is, the lack of communication and the outright lies from them, but all I will offer is a suggestion to be mature enough to just keep a customer updated. I understand that delays happen, this is perfectly normal, what isn't normal is the total and utter disassociation from the issue at hand. Skynet, it doesn't just disappear because you ignore it.
They have done nothing to rectify the situation, so I eventually emailed their head office in the Netherlands today to see if I can get ANY response. Let us see what happens.
My advice to anyone contemplating using Skynet, just don't. Save yourself some energy...the anger is not worth the company's service.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life – truly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. There is absolutely no credibility, no support, and no professionalism at all.
Customer service agents hang up the phone during calls, speak while eating, and give false information — like telling me that my order is out for delivery when in fact it isn’t. On top of that, the delay in delivery is completely unjustified and frustrating.

Second time dealing with skynet. I get a text now at 20.00 to say my delivery failed. Why did it fail? I been home all day. I specifically asked vodacom not to use your company because of bad service. If my parcel is not here tomorrow then sorry for you. You can tell vodacom I will be overseas and the customer will cancel because of poor service from skynet and if I am charged by vodacom for goods I dont have I will promise you I will see you in court as I have previous emails on previous delivery incompetence! On my initial call to vodacom I specifically stated NOT TO USE SKYNET.

Hopeless service and communication
Hopeless service and communication. It took them 6 days to deliver after shipment reaching destination. Everyday their online tracking system showed that delivery attempted. But I was talking to them everyday and they kept saying it would be delivered today. They even promised to give proof of attempted delivery but nothing. They finally delivered on 7th day without a word about delay. Pathetic and not worth the cost.
Never send a package through Skynet Worldwide
I usually don’t post complaints, but this experience has been too frustrating to stay silent.
On May 16th, an important package was sent to me from Delhi through Skynet Worldwide India via an agent. We were assured it would arrive within 10 to 15 days. It's now well past that, and there’s still no delivery and no proper update from their side.
To make matters worse, this wasn’t just any parcel. It contained extremely important items related to time-sensitive events. The delay has caused major disruption and unnecessary complications that could have been easily avoided with a basic level of reliability.
This isn’t just poor service. It’s complete negligence. A courier company should understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for personal and time-sensitive shipments.
I’m sharing this so others can be aware. Think twice before trusting Skynet Worldwide with anything important.
@Skynet — I hope you see this and do the right thing. At the very least, give your customers the basic courtesy of clear communication and accountability.

I really don’t even know where to start I’ve ordered an item from . The delivering company that they are using a skynet I could’ve picked up this thing myself if I know what I have to know when of today I would’ve never bought it online online shopping is supposed to be easy but not with this company. They informed me today that my parcel will be delivered before 5 o’clock. I have phoned in several times speaking to consultants not one of them notice that the parcel that was supposed to be delivered is not with the right delivery guy after a struggle we found out that the wrong person took my parcel and it’s not on his route they swap the parcels and had to be delivered today to me. After I found it again I was informed that I have to go back to the place where they will deliver the parcel I sat there for two hours no communication nothing from this side after they told me and informed me that the parcel will be delivered by 5:15 I was also been informed that the Driver will contact me which he has not every time I will get a message from Skynet informing me That unfortunately the parcel will not be delivered this is complete BS really this is shocking. Then I have management telling me that don’t worry we will go out of our way to provide you with your parcel which is another lie all they gonna say is I’m sorry for the inconvenience the word sorry in today’s society doesn’t mean Jack crap nothing people are just using the word to get away from the issues live up to your mistakes empty promises doesn’t help at all well this is probably gonna get nowhere anyway so they’ll just wipe their asses over this anyway so that’s what they a do and that’s why they proceeding
Their procedures in place for you to receive a parcel you have to have certain documents if you don’t have the document you will not receive your parcel but they have the right to treat you like a complete idiot make your day and never receive the thing not even a communication of saying sorry we will not be able to make it it’s just no communication at all oh well let’s see what happens I wish I didn’t even have to give a star cause they are not even worth it not even a breath they’re just waste my time about this complaint anyway so let’s see what happens in the future

COMPLAINT AGAINST SKYNET - WORST COMPANY EVER
This is by far the the worst company in this world, never have i known just bad service and for a company to not take action for there behaviour, my parcel has been delivered to Aberdeen in error by Skynet (which they fully accept) but they have lost the ladies parcel in Aberdeen - who is then holding my parcel as leverage against Skynet for losing her parcel - absolutely unacceptable and then email was meant to be sent to me confirming this and as yet no email. SKYNET then want me to accept the parcel has lost and i said no. IT IS SKYNET RESPONSIBILITY TO GET MY PARCEL TO ME BECAUSE MY PARCEL IS NOT LOST BUT SITTING IN ABERDEEN - LET SEE HAPPENS NEXT

Skynet is the worst courier I ever had to deal with. They don’t pick up phone calls you can hardly get through to them via message or WhatsApp they reply when it suits them their service is completely bad they refer you to an agent that replies whenever they want or that’s never available also they never sent a email for me to pay tax then after I complaint they ask me for email which then I had to wait for a month and then finally when I paid I had to still wait so long. Customs said that my package has been released but the courier says they haven’t received my package yet I’m very disappointed and I wish I had a better choice but Skynet doesn’t deserve any stars at all 👎
Terrible company
Terrible company, they say they sent an invoice but didn't, call and leave a message without a tracking number and when I call them cannot find my tracking details. When I call them they do not answer and the voicemail is full. Could not offer a worse service.
Terrible Service – Undelivered Package, No Customer Support!
I’ve been waiting for my package for weeks, and Skynet has failed to deliver it. The tracking status is either stuck "on hold" or not updated at all, with no explanation.
Worst of all, Skynet’s customer service is impossible to reach:
- Calls go unanswered or drop after long holds.
- Emails go ignored.
- No accountability for delayed/lost packages.
This is unacceptable for a paid courier service. I paid for delivery, not incompetence and silence. Avoid Skynet if you want your parcels to arrive!
