I gave them 1 star because because there wasn't oder option it was express delivery and the package has been in a destination for 2 days no update.
Today all day
On a chat with them and had no answer.
Very disappointed it was my daughter's prom dress and she didn't receive it on time

Absolutely terrible - warning - do not use!
My parcel from India has been stuck in Sydney customs since 14 January 2026, and SkyNet Australia cannot be contacted by phone or email. This is completely unacceptable. Australian Border Force confirmed that the courier must handle clearance, yet SkyNet has provided no updates, no contact, and no solution.

SkyNet must respond immediately, provide a working contact, and resolve this delay. Customers should not have to chase a courier that is effectively invisible.
No phone numbers, no emails, no response to chat. NOTHING.

Worst shipping experience of my entire life. I regret choosing Skynet Worldwide every single day.
Placed order, paid, everything looked fine at first. Then… nothing. Complete silence.
After 9 days of waiting with zero updates on the tracking, I decided to contact their "customer service".
What a joke.
The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. One person told me the shipment is "probably still in Dubai", the next one said "maybe already in Canada", and the third one literally said:
"We are not sure where your package is right now."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
You are a shipping company and after more than a week you don't know on which continent my parcel is located??? That's not just bad service – that's criminal level of incompetence.
Tracking page is still dead. No movement, no scans, no explanation. Just pure frustration.
Never again. I advise everyone: RUN AWAY from Skynet Worldwide. Your money and your nerves will be much happier with literally any other courier.

Very shoddy delivery service, my parcel was scheduled for delivery yesterday and parcel did not arrive. I checked parcel tracking and it showed could not be delivered as consignee not available. Absolute nonsense as I waited at home all day.
Sent email to SkyNet and got an automated response that my query will be dealt with.
At 11.15 this morning my parcel was delivered, when I queried why not yesterday I was told they were running late, no apology for waiting my time.
Will never recommend their services.

LLevo esperando para recibir un pedido mas de 15 días cuando he pagado el express. He escrito varias veces y no contestan.

SIN VEHICULOS PROPIOS,SUBCONTRATAN CON LAS EMPRESAS DE TRANSPORTES EXISTENTES,Y COBRAN COMISION,UN DESASTRE.

Pas de possibilité d enregistrement en ligne en passant par agence de voyages sunweb. Le jour du départ à l aéroport nous avons été victimes de l'overbooking. Nous étions 5 passagers dans ce cas . Nous avons été replacés sur d'autres vols vers notre destination. Au lieu d arriver a 15h nous sommes arrivés a 21h30 sur place. Nous avons perdus notre première journée de vacances , avons vécu du stress inutile toute cette journée, avons dû réorganiser le transfert vers l hôtel et avons aussi "manqué" le repas du soir auquel nous avions droit. Le seul dédommagement reçu: un bon de 10€ pour un snack a l aéroport de Bruxelles 😂😂😂😂😂

Their website has malware, and they are doing nothing about it. I had ordered from a UK-based site, and for some reason they utilize Skynet worldwide express… I have never had to pre-pay customs to a delivery service, most places, either pre-pay at the original store’s website for customs, or payment is taken in person payment when delivering the package. Skynet worldwide express sent me a random link via text first which I ignored as it looks like a scam. Then they sent me an email and I tried to go through the process, but the first step at self had malware on their original website and from there it took me another payment gateway website that had additional viruses and malware along with a message from Chrome (browser ) saying “attackers watching your screen, as well as changing images to confuse you… “ Basically, the UK site wasn’t much help, no matter how cute the clothes, this was not worth the stress, I will definitely not be ordering from them again, and never want to deal with this delivery company ever again either. I had to drive up (Uber, spent time and money) to their location to pick up my package and pay in person, of which they didn’t even have a payment gateway there and they still had to take my card information on a website to release my package… No Customs invoice was provided, the custom charges were half the charges of my total purchase price, extremely suspicious. This was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Realizado un envío a Irlanda el paquete ha llegado abierto y manipulado. Además han extraído articulos que tenía. Se quedan con lo que les gusta.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
Calificó con una estrella porque no existe la posibilidad de ninguna.
No volveré a contratar sus servicios.
Roban, roban, roban.

Horrible. Si quieres perder tu paquete, contratalos.

Worst shipping company that ever existed.

I am a small business owner and I sent an order on the 23rd of June and the estimated time of delivery was 3rd of July. I tried to contact all the phone numbers that are on the site, it's either no one's answering or the number is inexistent. I sent an e-mail as well to two of their e-mails and I still haven't received any feedback from them. I paid for an express shipping and it cost me more than 30€ for nothing. Don't entrust your parcels with this careless company. If they have a care at all, it's just about their profits and not customer satisfaction. Never again with this shipping company.

Parece mentira que con los tiempos que corren y la competencia en el sector del transporte, existan empresas que actúen de este modo. Llevo casi un mes esperando un envío, les he dado email, teléfono, señas, y aún nada. Me dicen que lo han intentado entregar dos veces y que las señas son incorrectas o incompletas, lo cual no es verdad de ningún modo. Me llegan todo tipo de envíos y parece que esta empresa es la única que tiene problemas de identificación del destinatario. Además llegan a decir que se han puesto de acuerdo conmigo para acordar un día entrega, sin yo saberlo???!!! . Doy en el envío por perdido y jamás repetiré con ella.

Mon colis ne m'a pas été livré sur les deux jours annoncés. Le livreur n'est pas passé et ne m'a pas appelée pour me prévenir de quoi que ce soit. Skynet m'a appelée ce soir pour me dire que la livraison ne pourrait avoir lieu que dans 2 jours. Combien de jours de congés vais-je devoir poser pour parvenir à être livrée ? C'est scandaleux et je refuse ce colis, je refuse de devoir me mettre au service de ce transporteur alors que ce devrait être l'inverse.

Colis reçu très vite, aucun problème, j'avais très peur en voyant les avis, et pourtant très content de Skynet, il faut le dire quand c'est bien fait, c'était le cas. Merci

Don’t touch this company. I missing a delivery. On investigation the tracking states they attempted at midnight on 27th July. (I don’t think that is the case somehow) and they also state on their tracking data unable to deliver( why not I do t have any problems with any other logistics or courier company that works in the U.K. on the tracking it states contact customer service but they don’t advertise the details. Once I found out it was skynet and got customer service number it just permanently rang whilst repeatedly stating please hold. Now I have seen these other bad reviews I don’t hold out much hope of ever getting my parcel. I have already been contacting the retailer who unfortunately is on Etsy and so far is not bothered at all about missing article but I will have to go down avenues to try get my money back .

Au vu des avis j’ai eu vraiment très peur de ne pas recevoir ma commande mauboussin ,
J’imagine que les clients satisfaits ne prennent pas le temps de poster un avis.. pourtant il est bien de le dire quand c’est positif .
J’ai été livrée pile 1 semaine après ma commande, premier sms de prise en charge Skynet jeudi qui m’annonçait un délai de 24/48h et hier soir un sms m’indiquant 12/24h de délai puis ce matin deux sms avec un créneau de livraison puis un avec l’heure de livraison à 9:24.
Le livreur était là pile à l’heure et de plus très gentil. J’ai ouvert mon colis devant lui pour vérifier et tout était parfait .

A effectué un achat sur Aliexpress. Le colis a été marqué comme livré, et pourtant ce n'a jamais été le cas. J'étais chez moi toute la journée, mes 2 voisins également en télétravail. Et bien sûr quand vous les appelez, ils ne sont pas en mesure de vous fournir une preuve de la livraison, ni de vous envoyer un mail à fournir pour se faire éventuellement remboursé. Ils disent de voir avec le fournisseur, alors que ce sont eux les responsable de la livraison. A fuir absolument !! Malheureusement parfois ce n'est pas nous qui choisissons.
Des voleurs de colis à mon avis!
