Useless, Poor service not picking up phone's, they blocked my number. I tryed phoning them using Private no still no answer.. Emails ignored, WhatsApp not working.. Still waiting for my parcel never delivered, This Courier is mugging people

This is a horrible delivery company. They don't answer phones. They don't respond to emails. Their Watsapp chat doesn't work either since nobody responds. How are they still in business. Loaded a parcel for collectiona and delivery on 30 Nov. Till now they haven't bothered collecting it or even phoning or responding to contact attempts. Will not use them again
Skynet Worldwide, just poor service
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Skynet Worldwide. They clearly promised delivery on a specific date, and then completely failed to deliver. When I checked the tracking, it misleadingly stated "Delivery Exception: Consignee not available," even though no one ever showed up. I stayed home all day, and my cameras confirm that not a single person came to my door.
To make matters worse, they didn’t bother to call me with an update. When I tried reaching out to their customer service, the phone just rang endlessly without any answer. This level of service is both frustrating and utterly unreliable. I would certainly not recommend Skynet to anyone.

To flee absolutely. They are not serious at all. The hospital in Dubai where my daughter was born uses their services, I did not know them. I paid 572.76 Dirhams for them to take care of collecting the birth certificates, the lady at the hospital told me that it would take 5 days, my daughter was born on 11/14/2024 and I still have not received the birth certificates When I called them they told me that the phone number and the address was wrong while I have the copy where you can see my number and my address correctly written. So they offered to deliver them to me last Saturday I'm still waiting...
With all this I still haven’t recovered my passport, my emirate id and my marriage certificate as well.
Poor service and worse communication
I've had a consistently poor experience with Skynet worldwide Express . Their tracking system is confusing and their customer service is extremely frustrating. Yesterday, I waited hours for a call that was answered, then put on hold for an additional five minutes. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was given inaccurate information about my delivery date. I strongly advise against using this courier service. Their lack of communication and poor customer care are unacceptable.

Contrary to reading some reviews, I had a great experience. I missed two attempts to deliver. On phoning Skynet, they phoned the local delivery company, and gave me the option of redelivery or local pick up in Exeter UK. The parcel was there and ready for me. So after mild anxiety having read some reviews, I was very impressed. Great customer service.
Extremely poor service
Today I phoned SkyNet 8 times between 9:35 and 18:30 after receiving a message that a delivery will be made before 17:00. A lady assisted me at 9:35 and failed to correct my delivery address to my work address after it has already been 'successfully' corrected by the provider. She put me on hold and contacted the driver , thereafter confirmation was given that the delivery will be made after 14:00 at my home address as I will only be at home from 13:30. At 11:00 the driver phoned me and stated that he was at my home address and that he has not been contacted by anyone regarding the delivery. The driver stated that he will return to the address after 14:00. I made arrangements to be at home from 14:00 to accept my parcel. I contacted SkyNet at 14:30 to follow up, a lady named Lovell assisted me, put me on hold and then let me know that the driver will be at my home in 20 minutes' time. At 18:20 I phoned the driver directly and he stated that no one has contacted him and that he was already at the debriefing warehouse and will not be able to deliver my parcel today. He gave me the number of his manager (William). Upon contacting the number, it was the wrong number. I phoned the driver and told him that the number was incorrect and he provided me with another false number.
Please increase soft skills, be prepared to assist and follow through on promises.
PATHETIC service
Still awaiting my parcel delivery after numerous follow-ups and escalations. I keep getting told that my parcel is at the depot and a request has been sent to operations to arrange delivery. Absolutely pathetic service, I have been for over a week for delivery.

After waiting for 5 days, The parcel was delivered on 13 at the wrong house I only got the parcel on the 14th when the lady from that house came to me saying the parcel was delivered at her place. The driver gave the parcel to the wrong person and at the wrong house while I was waiting for him the whole day!!! Imagine if that lady decided to keep quiet and not saying anything I would be still waiting for it until today!!
The driver didn't even make any effort to call or let me that he is outside. This courier is absolute nonsense no professionalism at all

"Driver attempted delivery" - No show
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling customer support and complete lack of accountability demonstrated by Skynet.
I booked a courier on the 11th, and, three days later, the package is still pending collection. When I called Skynet the following day to check on the status, I was informed there was "no package to collect" — a response that defies logic, given that a booking had been made specifically for this purpose.
Furthermore, the driver made no effort to contact me. I called again today, making repeated attempts before finally getting through, only to be asked if I would like them to “attempt collection again.” To my disbelief, no collection attempts had been made since the initial booking, with no explanation for this unacceptable delay.
When I asked to speak with an operations manager, my call went unanswered. Adding to the frustration, I have had an unanswered, one-sided email thread with Skynet for three days now, despite multiple follow-ups on my end.
We have used Skynet many times in the past, but this experience has severely undermined my confidence in your service. I am highly disappointed and expect a swift and meaningful resolution to this matter. I will likely not be a returning customer.

2nd Update: I posted my review BEFORE reading the other reviews. Now I see almost every single bad review experienced the same as me. Skynet claiming to have attempted delivery but no one came. CCTV and security guards to prove it with no one answering their calls. I wonder where there packages are going Skynet? Something fishy happening over there?
UPDATE: i have tried calling 4 times with no luck. Nothing on whatsapp. Call just cuts now. Their systems and delivery process is the worst i have experience in South Africa. Avoid at all costs.
Try give their number a call. I have called twice, first time i sat on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I am now on the phone again and no answer for 12 mins. What do i do?
The delivery guys sent a message to say no one was home when someone was waiting all day. We have cctv cameras outsite and no one pitched for delivery, which means they made a mistake and went to wrong house or didnt call.

El servicio prestado es pésimo el compromiso de entrega era en tres días y tardaron más de 10 días, nadie sabía dónde estaba mi paquete enviaba mails en hacía llamadas y nadie sabía dónde estaba. Tardaron en enviar las etiquetas, tardaron en recogerlo y tardaron en entregarlo. Todo un caos .
Terrible first experience, useless customer service
Supposed domestic express 48 hours service is a lie - according to the customer service I spoke with (who did not seem to care at all), he mentioned that the 48 hours was fulfilled when the parcel was then handed off to another local courier in the UK - what an absolute joke. When asked what they were going to do about my delayed parcel, they just shrugged and went, we can only email Evri but there is nothing we can do. Avoid.

I regret to share my disappointing experiences with Skynet Worldwide Courier, as their delivery service has consistently failed us over the last three shipments, both locally and internationally.
Delayed Delivery: The first issue involved a document that took over a week to deliver. The reason given was that they could not contact the receiver due to the absence of a mobile number. However, we provided all the necessary information and a telephone number, and this delay was unacceptable.
Customs Clearance Issues: In another instance, a shipment to Kuwait faced significant delays, taking almost a month due to clearance problems. This lack of communication and accountability added to our frustration.
Incorrect Delivery: Most recently, the delivery person dropped off the package at the receiver's apartment, despite the clear instructions stating the company name and department. We provided a mobile number this time, considering previous issues, yet they still managed to deliver the package to the wrong location. This is particularly concerning given the importance of the documents involved.
What’s worse is that even though they contacted the receiver, there was no effort to verify whether the delivery was personal or work-related. The delivery person should have questioned why the address differed from what was written on the airway bill. It seems they prioritize quick deliveries over accuracy, which is completely unacceptable for important files.
Based on these experiences, I cannot trust Skynet Worldwide Courier with our packages again. Their lack of attention to detail and responsibility is disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone needing reliable delivery.
