Easy to book on line, then such an easy holiday, luggage loaded and we dont have anything to do with it until we arrive at hotel, we stayed in a lovely hotel in Ireland, good food, brilliant drivers on coach. Fantastic

We had a great holiday
We had a great holiday. The hotel was brilliant food 3xcellent and bedrooms comfortable and very clean . The staff in the hotel were brilliant. Shearings organised the trip really well. Trips organised were great . The coach driver was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and a very safe driver.
Only mishap was the non arrival of the suitcase labels , not Shearings fault but fault of Royal Mail . Will be going again with Shearings already booked another trip.

Great Fun Driver
Our Driver , made our Holiday great. He went out of his way to make our coach holiday, Fun . When it was raining , he took us somewhere else , that was more suitable. It was a well organised 4 night break , and The trip across the causeway to Holy Island , was perfectly timed to miss the Tide turning .

Wanted to cancel Kew Gardens trip…
Wanted to cancel Kew Gardens trip because Palm House closed for renovation-a major part of the experience. We were told we would have to pay £100 each cancellation fee unless we rebooked on another holiday, which we did. The young man was courteous and friendly but unable to change this in spite of the trip not taking place until May 2027, thus leaving plenty of time to resell our places. We are returning customers. Not happy.

Lovely Lake Lucerne
This was an excellent tour. The coach crew Tim and Neil's professionalism helped everything run smoothly. Every excursion was full of interest - Sherlock Holmes and meringues in one place?! The experience of the week was the trip up - and back down - to Andermatt. Fabulous views everywhere! The main downside was the very hit and miss quality of the dinners at the hotel which however had a beautiful lakeside position. Many thanks again to Neil and Tim for their hard work.

Helpful staff going above and beyond.
We wanted to book a UK holiday with door to door service. Our contact, John, checked and said, unfortunately we were just outside the range. We said it had not been a problem previously, not realising the collection distances were different for UK & Continental holidays. He said he would contact the transport dept and see what was possible, holding our booking until then. He rang back not much later and confirmed it could be done for a figure we were happy to accept. The booking was duly made but the confirmation slow in arriving. Email exchanges with Tyler sorted that out in double quick time.

Isle of Man tour
When I telephoned to book I was told pick up time was about 9.30AM. Final details gave 08.00AM for 8.15.
Drop off time was around 18.10. I was told 5.30PM when booking.
Trips in the Isle of Man went well. I enjoyed the food at the hotel. I was impressed that they served a good breakfast very early on departure day.
I did NOT enjoy trying to sleep above noisy fan engines which came on during thhe night. I told our tour leader. "Speak to the hotel". I did - twice, each morning after the first two nights. Different reception staff told me fans were not supposed to be running at night. Fans were on for parts of two following nights.
Tour leader missed an exit on M6 on the way back. He told us a car on the inside lane would not let him in. Otherwise, he drove well.

This otherwise excellent holiday in the Isle of Man ticked all the boxes for us except for a surly driver who moaned about the problems with the job and when I went out in the rain to try to save him some time and effort ignored me and turned his back and walked away. I felt humiliated and upset.

Ive stayed there lots never great
Ive stayed there lots never great, ime disgusted that you advertised this knowing it was closing. No heating no drinking water food awful no cooked breakfast on departure. Skips outside full of furniture work going on in the room next to me. Granted bottle water available radiator to but had none when I asked. Shambolic.
