Great driver Matt very helpfull, lovely hotel

Brilliant driver, lovely hotel with great food, very well organised.
Only hiccup was taxi transfer from Skegness. The driver drove off before closing the boot so therefore lost our rucksack containing medical supplies. Didn't realise till we reached Tamworth. Alfa staff did their best to help.

Lovely wee trip , from bus journey to the hotel ,even tho had small set back at hotel it was all sorted 😊,would definitely recommend 2 others , also our waiter was superb.

Just spent a week at the Bayshore Hotel comfy rooms,good food,great staff.
Dave our Driver was excellent,very friendly & informative. This is our first time with Alfa & hopefully not the last.

But Flixworth?? Home of Christopher Lloyd?? Was full of steps...no good for us older not so able persons..I use a walking aid...cudnt get around..waste of time

Hotel de Paris was lovely. Food was fine, good choices. Room needed redecorating but was clean. Coach could have been cleaner. Tony our driver was friendly & informative. All in all had a lovely holiday.

Fantastic holiday in Regina hotel in Torquay. It was great to see Bartek the Manager again. He really is the star of the hotel.8

What a great holiday with Alfa Travel. Andy the driver was very good friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The Queens Hotel was braw food good plenty choice. Rooms were very good 👍

Everything went very smooth from pick up to drop off.
The driver went above and beyond to cater for everyone and also the staff at the hotel.

I enjoyed the holiday the hotel was fantastic the staff were very friendly and efficient Kavin our driver was knowledgeable and friendly

The transfers to and from the resort were smooth and relaxing. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly the only downside to the holiday was the meal times although we had set times for breakfast and evening meal not once during our stay did our service happen on time it varied from 20 minutes to thirty minutes late after our time on the card so maybe look at staff numbers especially at peak weeks.

Travel to and from pickup to hotel and back was excellent

A very good hotel, pleasantly located, with friendly and efficient staff, good food, and excellent excursions (Worthing; Amberley Museum; Chichester; Weald and Downland Museum). A good driver as far as the driving was concerned - but more information from him about the places we visited would have helped. That said, he was evidently not part of the Alfa family, nor was his coach company.

Had a great time! The pick up, transfer and journey to the hotel was easy and efficient. The hotel provided everything we needed, requested a walk in shower and easy access. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff very helpful and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. Weymouth is a lovely resort, really enjoyed exploring it. The trips out were interesting too.

Good points well organised, very good driver, hotel lovely. Only problem was the food very poor not enough kept running out of things, staff not very organised. We have been with Alfa several times and was very disappointed this time with food

We went to Telford. Our driver was excellent. We had one or two problems but he was quick to come up with a solution. We should have visited a market but it was closed so he quickly changed route and found us an alternative. On the way home he took us to Coventry where we had some time rather than a service station. Our hotel and food was good with a good selection of food. Very good value for money

Great hotel, friendly, clean, attentive staff, good food, really beautuful spot to stay and well organised travel. Would definitely recommend.
