Our coach arrived on time and the driver was very efficient and helpful all through the holiday. We had a generous amount of time to explore Bath and then on to our hotel Leonardo in Swindon. My friend and I were very surprised to be allocated each a disabled room with a wetroom. We had requested a walk in shower but this was better! The hotel was very well-appointed and the meals were excellent. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. The main reason for our trip was a day spent at Longleat Safari Park. It was a very full day and very enjoyable. My friend took her walker and had no problem getting round. Also the park had mobility scooters and walkers for hire. We left the hotel in good time on the last day and had 2 hours in Oxford before arriving in Lymm Services earlier than expected and were soon home. It was a brilliant holiday!

Enjoyed all the holiday. Looking forward to the next.

This wa a really good trip.Excellent hotel in Harrogate with surprisingly good food and a comfortable and efficient journey all the way. The coach driver was very approachable and helpful. The day in York was particularly good as far as I was concerned with entry to the Minster included in the overall price.

Helpful and friendly staff when booking a holliday - nothing is too much trouble. The quality, choice of the Holls is fantastic catering for all tastes and at great value - even in these trying times.... Highly recommend....

I have travelled with Shearings on a few trips now and have enjoyed each one. Good value for money, well organised with lovely staff who are caring and want you to enjoy yourself. Excellent choice of destinations both UK and Europe.

The hotel was clean and tidy,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the coach driver from Rugby and who spent our stay was lovely,he told us jokes and he knew a lot about the areas we went to,the feeder coach driver was very rude and unhelpful,he argued with the taxi driver at Toddinton,he made an elderly couple and myself walk from the coach park to the front of the service station,apparently the gentleman had affidavit the rest was brilliant

Our driver Steve was exceptional. He couldn’t have done no more of us. Oh

The booking was handled brilliantly the holiday itself was fantastic, micheal whom was our driver was lovely and polite and helpful.
My along with others was the fact we were 10hr each way on a transfer bus with no leg room or working toilet, we had to use the services when we had half hour to 45 mins break. Not an actual shearings bus that have leg room as advertised.

Great hotel, knowledgeable and careful drivers. Visits on coach and ferry fine.

The drivers were so helpful and great with jocks and showing how to sent photos and set an alarm on the phone for the very early start home.

Dreadful hotel. Tiny single room although I had paid extra £129 for single room. My friend got a double room for the extra £129. 3 Ornaments glued to table. Metal sink with gaping plughole (no plug). Shower door didn't fit so got out to huge puddle of water. Dinner not included but restaurant wasn't open during our stay. Miles from anywhere had to get a sandwich at Lidl.
Refused breakfast on last day given a packed lunch instead. No porterage. Booking messed up.
Long drive to get to Amsterdam and Keukenhof.

4 stars to the driver Dave, who was very friendly, caring and personable and seemed to think of everyone. This made for a lovely relaxing and cohesive trip. Good clear and helpful instructions around the drop off sight seeing opportunities and about the hotel. The hotel, although good, was quite a journey from central London, which was maybe too time consuming on this short trip

This is the first time we have been with Shearings and we are made up with the professional way it was all handled. Richard and Flad were our driver and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer pair. The hotel in Italy was top class and we loved the food, it was worth the long journey. Some of the trips out were very long days, mainly due to driving restrictions on getting out of Como.

My trip to Devon, Cornwall and the Eden Project was great fun, and I am very glad I took it. Apart from a few last minute changes ( which could have been more clearly explained and also emailed to us) I felt well looked after. The food was efficiently delivered and great, and the hotel was good, clean, and the staff very welcoming . Excursions were good too.
The swimming pool changing area needs better maintenance ( a door lock fell out) and I had a loose floorboard in my room, but these were minor issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Weymouth and Delightful Dorset holiday in every way possible. The only recommendation I would make is that on any visit to Bournemouth mention is made of the Russel Cotes Museum and Art Gallery which is not too far from the drop off point with the coach. There is a free guided tour of one hour starting at 11am on the day I visited which is well worthwhile but optional also.

Great tour guide and driver, really made the trip fun! Hotel was beautiful but a long way from anything, so difficult to find somewhere else to eat other than the hotel. We were Well looked after on trips to Keukenhof and Amsterdam. Downside was not knowing the itinerary far enough in advance to be able to book tickets for other attractions in Amsterdam. Personally I would also have found it useful to have tips for where to eat on the ferry that's gluten free - by the time we boarded it was almost impossible due to the crowds. Ferry staff were not helpful in that respect! Overall great staff with Shearings who went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Planning another trip already.

Prompt pick up. Nice hotel. Driver very good. Buffet evening meal had lots of options. Food was always hot. Hotel staff polite and knowledgeable about the area. Have rebooked for 2027!

I had a trip to Liverpool with shearings a week ago.
It was very good from start to finish, are driver Geoff was very good and it had a good laugh with him. Are day's out where very good aswell would do it again and the hotel and food etc was great.
Would do it again in a heartbeat well done to very one.....

I had an excellent holiday on the Italian and French Riviera including Monaco, Cannes, Ventimiglia and Menton…unfortunately due to weather conditions our trip to Portofino was cancelled.
Excellent tour, well worth the travel.
