Thoroughly enjoyed our Lochs and Glens holiday at the Inversnaid hotel. The location of the hotel is stunning, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were great. My only criticism with the hotel was the quality of the food at some of the meals was quite poor (we left feedback at the hotel to this effect). Overall though the food was adequate. There was an issue with our coach on the outbound journey which was resolved quickly and Roddy our coach driver was superb.

A lovely holiday, just a shame that the ferry to the hotel could not run due to the weather, it made the coach trips every day 3 hours longer every day.

Holiday was very good value, would recommend the company.Our room was very clean, with a fantastic view. The food generally was good but was let down by some dishes, mainly the fish pie, the service was too in our faces, staff was very polite but feel their training could be tweaked.

Poor excursions with too much time on coach and except for Blair castle it was all shops, One day a lot were closed.
Food was good, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff in restaurant were unorganised. Entertainment was average except for garry who was excellent. Coach driver was good

Some of the staff at loch TUMMEL need to show a bit more enthusiasm about there job (a smile now and then might help )one of the waitresses was very rude and acted like everything was to much trouble ,and a couple of them need to look at there appearance (very scruffy).
The trips were not as good as we have had on previous lochs and glens .
The time you have to wait for evening entertainment to start is ridiculous,bearing in mind you have had a busy day out on a trip you do not want to sit about for 2 or3 hours,maybe that’s why most people don’t bother .
The best thing about the trip was our driver PETER ,he was excellent, definitely a great asset for lochs and glens holidays.

Everything from getting picked up to being dropped off home was excellent.

Lovely hotel, with helpful staff and good food. Location of hotel was stunning (as it is with all Lochs & Glens hotels). Interesting trips included.

My first trip since widowed and it was exactly the right thing to do.
Other travellers were all lovely, staff both inside the hotel and on the trips were all delightful.
The only thing I would do differently is to bring my self a cushion for my seat.
A suggestion, it it's possible to squeeze a comfy chair into the single rooms would be perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Loch Tummel Hotel.Stunning location,we had an excellent view from our room on the third floor.Room very big,clean and comfortable bed. The staff are really lovely nothing was too much trouble.Good selection of food which was of a pretty good quality.
Some really great excursions .Fabulous scenery and quite varied.
Our driver Nick blossomed as the week went on.A good careful and competent driver.
The one slight disappointment was not a Lochs and Glens coach and we were not offered a city tour in Edinburgh.Having said that it did not detract from our holiday.It was our first L&G holiday but it certainly won’t be the last

The journey from Gedney to Loch Tummel was a long way and with only 2 stops on the way it meant a lot of people were desperate for the toilet.
Arrival and check in at the hotel was fine. We requested a table at dinner for 5 and this was delivered.
Dinner menu was a little restricted at times but alternatives were available if requested in the morning.
The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and very helpful, especially Ben and Jason.
Rooms were a little tired but comfortable.
Most Lochs and Glens customers are elderly and having a shower over the bath is not practical. A walk in shower is much safer and easier. I actually fell out of the bath and ended up on the floor wrapped in the shower curtain.
Our first day out was to Blair Castle which was amazing. We were then offered an extra stop at a shopping area for an extra £3 each. Prices there were very high and very few of us actually purchased anything.
The next day we spent hours on the coach en route to Glenshee ski resort. We then spent another lengthy time on the coach before returning along the same route home. The scenery was amazing but why did we have to travel so far?? As older people we should be more mobile and not stuck on a coach for hours.
Our next trip was to Edinburgh and we were asked to pay £7 for a guided tour. We were then dropped off in Edinburgh to explore.
We did not go out the next day to Pitlochry as I was very tired.
On the Thursday we again spent ages on the coach travelling to St Andrews the home of golf.
We are not interested in golf but wanted to see the area. After a quick tour around the area we were again given time to explore on our own.
On previous Lochs and Glens holidays we have visited interested places and have not spent hours on the coach.
The entertainment in the evening was not as good as previous trips and on 2 nights the entertainer cleared the room they were that bad.

I love Lochs @ Glens and really don't know how you do it for the money, such good value.

First time traveling with Lochs & Glens. Lovely clean hotel and rooms. Good choice of food and helpful staff. Brilliant driver Dean made the long journey very safe and comfortable. A very happy holiday was had by all.

This was our 5th holiday with Lochs and Glen's and this time we booked as a party of 6.
As usual the standard was high, coaches, hotel, food, trips out.
We all had really enjoyed the experience but an incident as we were leaving really shocked us.
Everyone was on the coach ready to go when the Deputy Manager boarded the coach and stated in front of the whole group that one of our party had not paid their bar bill and escorted her off back in to the hotel. He claimed she had not paid for a pint of beer and a glass of wine. He was extremely rude and abrupt. Our dear friend had recently been widowed and this was her 1st solo holiday. She had teamed up with another widowed lady friend and together they had agreed to have a cash kitty at the beginning of the holiday to pay for drinks etc. They certainly wouldn't have ordered a pint of beer!
She explained this and refused to pay for something she had not ordered or put on a tab. No apology was offered.
We did not expect this behaviour and inappropriate treatment to a guest.
You can only the imagine how upset she was and the embarrassment having everyone on the coach thinking she had not paid her bill.

Excellent driver; Cameron, very knowledable, cared about his passengers, always a smile and a friendly greeting, even on his day off!
Some stunning locations visited.
Good value for money.

Had an amazing week loved all the places we visited staff were really friendly and helpful our room was clean with a lovely view of loch tummel food was lovely and plenty of choices will definitely book another holiday in the future

All the staff are so friendly and polite. Coach drivers all fantastic. The food is good as well. We're we stayed in Loch awe fabulous scenery.
