Trip to Northumbria was well planned…
Trip to Northumbria was well planned and executed. From the pick ups, transfers, hotel which was bed/breakfast and evening meal hotel staff all great. But it was our coach driver Gavin from Wrexham which made the trip. He was kind, curteous, funny, patient, informative, organised. He was so passionate about his job you could tell and it made all the difference. We were lucky to have been on his trip and Shearings are lucky to have an excellent member of the team.

Efficient & Extremely Helpful
Late booking by myself tried to book on line no luck after 3 attempts so had to telephone - the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we got our trip sorted to meet our needs and to our satisfaction quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely Fantastic
I had a wonderful trip and came home with some very special memories.
A huge thank you to Eddie, our tour guide, and Darren, our bus driver, who were both absolutely excellent from start to finish. Eddie was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining, while Darren was professional, friendly and a fantastic driver.
I have some mobility difficulties, and I particularly want to mention just how kind and considerate Eddie and Darren were. They went above and beyond to help me, always making sure I was comfortable, able to manage and, most importantly, that I felt fully included in everything. Their kindness, patience and genuine consideration made such a difference to my experience and meant I could relax and really enjoy the trip. I couldn't have asked for better support.
The absolute highlight for me was visiting Hampton Court Palace and meeting Lucy Worsley. As someone who loves history, particularly the Tudor period, it was an experience I will never forget.
It was a fantastic and very memorable trip.
A massive thank you to Eddie and Darren – you were both exceptional and made the trip even more special. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with you again. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**
