They take an age to heat up on our new Induction hob 🤯. We have had a wok for a couple of years and love it however we bought a set of 3 Neverstick pans and are so VERY disappointed . The other set we have are stainless steel and perform great. But these have been a waste of money.

I bought the pan after reading a couple of recommendations. I presume those people don’t know how to cook. I tried a couple of times with meat and fish but the reason they are nonstick is that they don’t heat up. Put it in the garbage yesterday. Don’t want more ruined food.

There was an issue with my Scoville frying pan, I contacted customer service and their agent was extremely helpful and immediately organised a replacement for the pan.
At every stage I received updates and the opportunity to feedback for them to investigate the problem.
Would highly recommend

Great customer service, requested a replacement frying pan within warranty. No arguments, replacement sent the next day.

I have four 31cm baking trays. The front surface is good, but on the rear of the trays the aluminium is disintegrating meaning that bits of metal and non stick fall into whatever is on the shelf below in the oven. I think this is actually quite dangerous.

I’ve never overheated the trays, and always washed them carefully. And all four have started doing it even though they were bought at different times, so it can’t be a bad batch.

It’s a shame, because if it wasn’t for this I’d be giving them five stars.

Scoville pans are not non stick for very long. Mine stuck after less than a year and Scoville do not honour the warranty even with proof of purchase.
Better to buy a cheap non stick pan as it will last just as long, if not longer than Scoville pans

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Scoville customer support recently. I contacted them regarding an issue with my non-stick pans, and Victoria looked after my query from start to finish.
Victoria was incredibly diligent, professional, and prompt throughout our communication. While the quality control team determined the issue was likely due to high heat exposure—something I honestly wasn't aware could impact the coating so heavily—Scoville went above and beyond.
Not only did Victoria patiently explain how to properly care for aluminum non-stick cookware to prevent the issue from recurring (sticking to medium-low heat), but they also offered to replace the set as a gesture of goodwill!
It’s rare to find a company that balances fairness, education, and true customer care so well. A huge thank you to Victoria and the team for being so reasonable and helpful. Highly recommended!

Absolute horrible company to deal with. Hiding behind an obscure group reception email address that cannot resolve anything. They are unreliable, provide no telephone numbers and will steal your money and not deliver. They use the most useless courier company on the UK and take no responsibility for failure to deliver. Avoid at all costs.

I initially had problems with my Scoville pans, as food kept sticking despite following the care instructions. I contacted Scoville by email, and they responded promptly and replaced the pans with a brand-new set. I was very impressed with their quick response and excellent customer service.

I purchased a Scoville Neverstick pan set which came with a lifetime guarantee that I registered at the time of purchase.

Since then, I followed all guidance outlined in their care and use instructions. However, the non-stick coating on the pans began to deteriorate and peel away, exposing the base material underneath.

I made a claim under the lifetime warranty and attached photographs of the damage and proof of purchase.

I received a reply back to say my replacement order had been processed. This was on 04 Mar 2026, and still to this day I have not received the order. I have chased numerous times and no-one ever replies.

Be warned - definitely do not buy from this company if you are looking for a lifetime warranty!!!
