My tour guide (Jose) was fantastic. He was always on time. All the places we visited he shared the right information off his head. Personally I give five stars to Rebecca tours for choosing the right person for the job and five stars to the tour guide. For doing a good job. He selected the right restaurants (traditional restaurant, I did get to understand the life and culture of Ecuadorians right from the Spanish era.
I recommend Rebecca tours to everyone planning to visit Ecuador.

The whole holiday worked, the planning, the transfers, the hotels and the trips all seamlessly matched. I would say that we stayed over 10 days in the Galapagos and I think the average person probably stays less time. Some of the trip guides will tell you the same thing, they don't know you have already been told some of the information, but each guide has their unique personal experience so go with it.

Our experience of using Rebecca adventure travel for our trip to the Galapagos was simply fantastic from start to finish. From the point of booking (they really listened to exactly what we wanted & crafted a perfect bespoke itinerary staying in nice hotels within our budget) to daily updates on the next day’s trips. Everything worked seamlessly, taxis were on time, guides were well informed & always punctual, flights, boats, canoe trips, diving & snorkelling - not forgetting mountain biking, we can’t thank you enough. To use the phrase our unknown daily what’s app correspondent sent us each day - we truely did enjoy each beautiful day. Last but not least, big thanks to Maggy, who welcomed us personally at Quito airport when she heard the slight worry in my voice about our big adventure. What nicer way to start our trip than her lovely smiling face & goody bag to wash away our travel tiredness. Just got back from our 14 day Galapagos Expedition Trip, booked with Rebecca Travel. Overall, there was so many things to see and do in San Cristobal, Puerto Ayora, Isabella Island, and the surrounding areas. The activities were at a good pace and we had a few days on our own to explore at what we wanted to do. Guides were there to see us at the airport, help with transportation, luggage, and make sure we were ready to go. On some of the tours, we were the only participants-mainly the land tours. Only thing to possibly improve is to advise participants on what to expect the next day with how long the tour will be - as to plan on possible free time better and to email us this in a timely manner. One day we were advised the options of the 2 morning tours and had a short lead time. Another time, guide was 20 minutes late to pick us up to get to the ferry. Otherwise, we are pleased to have Rebecca Travel handle the plans.

Our guide, Alirio, was incredible. The tour ended up just being me and my husband and we had such a great experience. It was a new way to travel for us, but wow was it adventurous and beautiful! It was nice not to have to plan anything and just to get up and get outside hiking every day.

We had a fantastic trip in the Galapagos ... the Coral I was fantastic, the crew and guides excellent. The communication with Rebecca Adventure travel was excellent.

Rebecca Travel accommodated my entire wish list into a fantasy vacation in The Galapagos Islands! The coordination was impeccable, from airport pick up, to hotel drop off, and each day coordinated with a guide to lead us to our destination for the day.
We landed in Quito and spent a day touring before leaving for San Cristabol Island for 2 days, then spent 3 days in Santa Cruz, and finally 3 days on Isabella Island. Each island offering a unique ecosystem and its own vibe. I told them our family of 5 (age 28 to 63) wanted to indulge in kayaking, SUP, snorkeling, boating, hiking, biking, and of course, seeing everything from sea lions, to penguins, and blue footed boobies. We did it all! And the companies/tour guides you used were fabulous!!!! Really an outstanding vacation!!!

In almost all respects, our experience with Rebecca Travel for our Galapagos visit was excellent. The pre-travel arrangements and responsiveness of the RT staff was very good. Our hotel venues and transportation arrangements were also very good--and aligned with the pre-travel expectations. Most of our Ecuadorian guides were excellent- in all aspects. A few, whose command of English was less, were enthusiastic and well-informed, but where the mutual communications gaps led to some confusion, and surprises, a few times. The experiences at Kicker Rock, Los Tuneles, hiking the volcano on San Isabela, and the nature walks on Santa Cruze were very good-and as described. The "fishing" experience ended up as another snorkeling experience, without the cultural element. (but very good snorkeling off Santa Fe island!), and was overall less organized than the other activities (comically at times). Even in this case--we enjoyed it, and just note the deficits, since these stood out in comparison to the rest.

Our travel included the need for air, ground and sea transfers. Not only were all of these well coordinated, but performed with the friendliest of smiles each time.

We travel often and have never used an agency to help us plan our vacation. As we started to work on planning our trip to Ecuador, we quickly realized we were feeling unsure about how to move forward with our planning. We felt like we were doing our research to learn more about the culture and infrastructure. We knew we were arriving at a time that may hold some political unrest and we were a little nervous about getting into some unsafe situations without meaning to. By the time we decided we should get some experts on the job, we didn’t have a lot of time before our departure. Rebecca travel created an itinerary for us with only a week’s notice. We explained what we hoped to get out of our trip and they went to work. The customer service and communication was exceptional and having someone who understood the area and could drive us safely through out our stay took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip.

Our trip was with my wife and 2 children- 1 adult and the other a teen to the Galapagos islands and then to mainland Ecuador- Quito, Otovalo, Papallacta etc. If you are traveling to Ecuador, the Galapagos , Peru or Columbia don’t look any further ! This the travel agency you need. I have been traveling with my kids and now teen and adults over the past 15 years. I have never come across a company who cares so much about you and family . Both in terms of how well thought out the plan and hotels are but most important if something goes wrong this company will be with you all the way! I mean 24 hrs a day! where can you find it. From the beginning of a well-planned tour and then the operations team take over and they are just too good. you can contact them 24 hrs with any problems or questions you have. Traveling with family can indeed be a wonderful and memorable experience, and having a reliable agency that takes care of all the details and supports you throughout the journey can make the trip even more enjoyable. They have well-thought-out plans, excellent hotel choices, and exceptional customer service, especially in case of any unexpected issues. It's not only about the itinerary and accommodations, but also about the peace of mind that comes with knowing that there's a dedicated team to assist you whenever needed. My family and I were impressed by their efficiency, caring nature, and dedication to ensuring a memorable and well-supported travel experience for you and your family. Rebecca, the founder of the agency, should be proud to hear that her leadership has created a team that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. It's heartwarming to know that the operations team handled challenging situations with late arrivals and health concerns in such a professional and compassionate manner. They handled situation like one person missing the flight or being late and though missed one day of the planned tour they booked a flight for him to be on time the next day and be with the preplanned tour, the other person having altitude sickness (moderately severe requiring Oxygen) but the operation team were thick and thin with us during all these situations and made it a great vacation for us. Handling situations of missing flights and dealing with altitude sickness, reflect the agency's resourcefulness and care. I am sharing this experience because this can undoubtedly inspire other travelers to consider their services.

In addition to arranging an exceptional island hopping tour of the Galapagos, the agency went the extra mile. We lost our luggage on the flight from the USA. Rebecca Adventures helped tracked it down and reconnect with us. Unfortunate political upheavel occurred in Ecuador during our stay -- the agency rebooked our hotel away from possible trouble and provided free meals. Our plane was late, they waited long in the night until it arrived to take us to our hotel. All of the tour guides were exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. All the hotel staff were friendly and ready to provide assistance. If there is one word of caution (not in Rebecca Adventures' control), one should be prepared for the speedboat ride from Santa Cruz to Isabella Island. It is over 2 hours and very rough, with no visibility from inside the boat. The agency warned us, and none of our group got sick, but be prepared. I recommend taking the puddle jumper. The rest of the tour included a perfect combination of hiking and snorkeling.

Special call out to Juan Carlos who arranged an itinerary that met our needs, Angel our very knowledgable driver and tour guide in Quito, and the operations staff for their unbelievably quick responses to any question, not matter how trivial. I highly recommend booking with this agency. You will be in good hands.

We were fortunate enough to work with Rebecca travel to coordinate all the tours, activities, and transportation for our destination wedding in Quito Ecuador. The process of booking all the way through completion of the tours was seamless, and so personalized as well as accommodating to different dietary needs, and physical limitations. We had over 60 guests participate in these excursions, with not a single negative remark. Everyone was not just fascinated by the beauty of Ecuador, but by how thorough the tour guides were in education while still maintaining a casual and friendly approach to these excursions. Transfers for our wedding , as well as transportation to all tours was modern and clean. If we had to do it over again, we would go with Rebecca travel 100%!
