Diana was so helpfull all the way through the booking process, answering all our questions and supporting us. When we arrived at Quito airport everything was ready and waiting for us and from there everything ran like clockwork.

We had an exceptional experience with the Galapagos Travel Center. With the assistance of Gabriela and Sofia, we booked a trip to the Galapagos for 5 days on the Ayla as well as 7 days of vacation in Quito, including 5 difference tours. Throughout our vacation, the experience was fantastic! This included absolutely fabulous tours with our guide (Fabricio Castello), exceptional hotel accommodations, airport and hotel transfers, and assistance with last minute changes to our travel schedule. Our experience on the Ayla - including accommodations, food, and attentiveness by the ship's crew was top-notch. Our tour guide/biologist -Alexis - was also fantastic!

This was a huge expense and reading trust pilot reviews originally is what gave me the confidence to proceed. The trip was amazing and everything happened as detailed. When I was on the cruise I met others who had not used this agency and they had not recieved anywhere near as much information and helpful details on what to pack. I highly recommend them.

Galápagos Travel Center s not more then 3* because you book for me another hotel about I ask and don’t give any compensation.
First day in Baltra before Yaht is not comfortable. Not meal in plane no meal when we arrived in Baltra.

Everything went well and it was just as we wanted it to be.

Fatima was knowledgeable and kind. She took very good care of us and helped us plan a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

It was a great trip. All of the arrangements were very well scheduled and on time.

Katie’s selection of places to stay and things to do in and about Quito was excellent, accommodations were great, and sequencing was perfect. Our guide Fabrizio was amazing, and the fact that he was with us for all of our rides in and about Quito made it extra special. Our time in the Galapagos exceeded expectation, and will recommend your services to anyone who asks😀.

Everything was handled so smoothly - we felt well taken care of throughout our trip. The communication was also very good, especially the booklet of info that was sent right before we left. I was able to refer to that document whenever I had a question, and it had all the answers.

Planning, guide, places we saw

We travelled to the Galapagos Islands in May 2026. We used the Galapagos Travel Center to book the boat and flights. Our first contact with Galapagos Travel Center was in March 2025. We had quite a few mix-ups, confusing email conversations, and even flights booked so incorrectly that two of our group were REMOVED from their return flight mid-way back home. I would not recommend this travel agent!

We had a wonderful experience. booking experience was informative and easy. Our agent, Elizabeth was great. Once there, our stay and travel was so smooth and well informed. Our guides and crew of the boat was the best ever. Food and cabins were great. I really can't say enough about our experience. I don't think it could have been any better.

Our trip planned by the Galapagos travel center was one of the best trips we have ever taken! Every detail went perfectly and all of the guides and drivers did an excellent job. Hats off to our travel agent who was very responsive before, during an after our trip. we We will continue to highly recommend the Galapagos Travel Center!

Galapagos Travel Centre were excellent. Everything was clearly communicated and all my questions were answered quickly. Diana was knowledgeable and efficient.

The person who met us at the airport was also fantastic, helping us check in, and showing us where to and what to show the airport officials.

I kept in contact with the same person throughout my booking which made it much easier. 2 of our group were unable to travel which they sorted out for us. Overall a good experience would book again.

Working with Katie was the absolute best experience. She listened to what we were looking for and paid attention to our budget. She came up with great suggestions and a number of choices for the sea portion of our trip. She was so helpful answering my many questions. I thoroughly enjoyed not only working with her but getting to know her.

We had an excellent experience aboard Letty with Billy and his crew. The Galapagos is an incredible place and this cruise was an a great way to see the islands. Billy had lots of information and always kept us informed on the days happenings. He guided us safely on the islands. The food was varied and delicious on the boat.
The air conditioning did not work and the room that we were in did not have any windows that opened. We asked Billy about it after the first night, and he said he would try to have someone open a window but the windows were secured shut. It did not sound like this was a new issue, as a couple that had been on the boat for the week before (and our week) said that it was the same. We *tried* to sleep in around 28-29 degree Celsius conditions each night.
Other than that we had a wonderful time. We saw boobies, frigates, one penguin, flamingos, eagle rays, Galapagos sharks, dolphins, many sea lions, and much more.
Diana was great to communicate with and helped us with our booking.

We booked through Galapagos Travel Center for our travel to Ecuador and Peru visiting Quito,Galapagos, Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The tours were well organised and the guides were on time,experienced and well prepared. The boat Horizon we boarded at Galapagos was well crewed and they were experienced and very professional. The food was good also. The activities were very interesting,educational and well organised. We had a wonderful time. We must mentioned also that we booked our tour through Galapagos Travel Center Trip Advisor Diana Endara. She was very meticulous about our tour experience and very responsive. When we needed help, she was ever ready to provide guidance and support. We would like to thank her and Galapagos Travel Center for providing a wonderful experience of a life time.
