The organisation, the crew were very good and the tour guide brilliant. Such a unique place and so wonderful in so many ways

Everything worked flawlessly, all connections, support throughout the trip was amazing .
Food, the hotels, cruise, Amazon resort were par excellence. Vegetarian diet was level of fine dining. Strongly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Royal Galapagos. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and helped us every step of the way. The staff was incredible, the food was excellent, and the accommodations were great.

Most importantly, the trip itself was absolutely amazing. We saw tons of wildlife, had incredible experiences every day, and everything was so well organized.

We’ve already had several people ask us about the trip because they want to do something similar, and I would 100% recommend Royal Galapagos. We were very happy with the entire experience.

One thing I will say — one week goes by fast!

The Angel had a superb crew. They were so professional and looked after us well. The food was outstanding and the room service incredible. We loved the boat and the small number on board. With English speaking guests, it would be a much better experience if one of the panga drivers spoke English to explain what we were seeing. This is a definite disadvantage. We have been on orher wildlife cruises that have been better for this reason and would investigate first before recommending Royal Galapagos to orher English speakers. We all could not fit on the guides panga. We felt the guide could have given more information and communicated more with those that were not on his panga.

We brought our 3 grandkids and had the best trip!!! The Seastar was a great yacht with wonderful crew and exceptional naturalist, Fabian! The grands talk about it often and recall their adventures!! Highly recommend it to all!!

The way you handled the logistics and customer services of the cruise was near perfect. The only thing I think you could do better is, when on zodiac excursions, give the guide a waterproof Bluetooth mic with a waterproof Bluetooth speaker in the other zodiac so both zodiacs passengers can have a similar educational experience.

Royal Galapagos is a reliable choice for visiting the Galapagos Island. The yacht "Angel" was modern and comfortable. The food was very good. The staff was accommodating. Our guide was knowledgeable and always willing to assist guests in any way. All in all a great experience.

We always felt taken care of. The service quality was very high and they were always there from the beginning to the end with us. At no point did we ever felt abandoned or left alone.

My husband and I used Rg for our Ecuador trip in May. The transfers, airport greats and vouchers were seamless.
We went to Galápagos Islands on a 4 day Infinitely yacht and loved it. All rooms had balconies and the jacuzzi on deck was great. The service excellent with warm towels when you return from snorkeling. The food was wonderful as well.
Next we went to the Amazon and stayed at Sacha lodge. Again we were spoiled and had the best service, food and adventures. Our room was amazing too!
Lastly, we went to Quito. We had RG arrange our hotel and arrival transfer. We stayed at the Patio Andaluz boutique hotel, with 500 year old history. The location, service, and food were great.

Every guide, greeter, driver and flight was on time and absolutely wonderful. The Galapagos cruise on the Sea Star yacht was fantastic (route C). It was like we were in a National Geographic Magazine. The guide had a phD and was very knowledgeable. The yacht was so clean. The food was delicious. The crew treated us so well. Our time spent on a day tour in Quito and the middle of the world and the day tour in the cloud forest were both wonderful. These were both organized through Royal Galapagos. The Go Quito hotel was lovely as well.

Let me start by saying that visiting the Galapagos Islands was a complete joy and more than fulfilled our expectations. This is truly a magical place and there is nothing else like it. Traveling though the Royal Galapagos company, specifically with Carolina Endara, made our dream a reality and stress free. There are SO many logistics that go into making this trip and Royal Galapagos, and all of their staff made it seamless; all the transfers, park fees, interisland round-trip flight and even the pre and post cruise hotel destinations were taken care of. We had welcome notes with itineraries all along the way. Our hands were held throughout the entire adventure, and we never felt lost or unsafe at any point.
We decided to stay a few days in Quito pre-cruise and see what this city was about and Royal Galapagos helped us out with a couple of tours with an awesome tour guide, Fabricio Catillo. He showed us the Cloud Forest in Mindo and we also did a Colonial Town tour of the city. The ziplining, hummingbird and butterfly experiences were breathtaking and seeing Independence Square, San Francisco and the Gold churches, La Virgen del Panecillo and tasting some chocolate in old town was amazing. I cannot say enough about Fabricio, he made the start of our trip so fun and interesting. I wouldn’t want to see the city without him!
We traveled on the Natural Paradise boat and were fortunate to go for 2 weeks, seeing both itineraries; we did not want to miss a thing. The crew on this boat were impeccable and took care of our every need. We were able to book a suite with a balcony and it was very spacious and was cleaned 3 times a day; thanks to incredible room attendant, Lamarice. Traveling on both weeks we were fortunate enough to have the same Captain, Ney Villon Vera, who steered us with a smile, the same chef, Ronald, who made everything taste so wonderful, the same bartender, Jose, who had our cocktails and snacks ready for us at all times and the same amazing Wilderness Guide, Fabian Sanchez, who guided us a wealth of information and made things so fun. I cannot say enough about the crew of this ship!
I highly recommend traveling in the Galapagos on a small boat for the fact that you can get to places where larger ships cannot, and you are doing all of this with a small group that become like a family. We were a little nervous about traveling with strangers so closely but then you realize that there is a common thread amongst all of us that go to the Galapagos; we are all adventurous and environmentally conscious (or are willing to learn). It was so wonderful to meet people from other places and make new friends. Now, if you are prone to sea sickness or are not ready and willing to be active, then this may not be the right fit. Staying on one of the islands and doing small, short excursions out may be a better way to go as the navigations can be a little rough sometimes and you will be hiking and snorkeling every day. It is also very humid so I recommend that you pack some fans (hand fan for hiking and larger fan for the room to dry your clothes).
This was a trip of a lifetime and Royal Galapagos made sure we enjoyed every minute. We did not want to get off that boat, but I guess we needed to make room for others to share in the same amazing experiences. Thank you, Royal Galapagos, for doing what you do and please keep doing it!

Incredible, authentic staff. Great food, well organized experiences. Can’t recommend enough!

The size of the cruise is 16passengers; not too small and not too big for 1 guide. The guide is a licensed naturalist. 8 days 7 nights is optimal, not too long for some repeated activities.

Had a real good time with a great crew, staff, guide on this trip. All five stars except for wanting to eat our evening meal earlier. It was never asked about even though we informed RG of it ahead of time.

The whole experience was fantastic! Our flights got delayed due to some serious winter weather and Royal Galapagos was very helpful in making sure we still got out in time to enjoy most of the cruise. After we finally got on the boat, the entire crew was incredibly professional and helpful. Beyond that, the guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and wildlife of the Galapagos. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we’ll definitely recommend the Royal Galapagos Infinity cruise to our friends and family.

Luis our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Galapagos islands, from the topography to the wildlife! The crew was wonderful! Our chef Darwin prepared unique, tasty meals. Danny our bartender was always ready to help with his fabulous smile. Lorena, the representative from Royal Galapagos, was VERY helpful in answering all my questions before the trip. Truly, a terrific company I will recommend.
