The trip was great aside from 5 of us (including myself) suffering from food poisoning from what think was caused by lunch on Thursday as Thursday night 5 of us spent the night vomiting and had severe diarrhea. No one from Nicky Lodge seemed concerned with our condition which was rather disappointing. I realize Rebecca Adventure Travel is not responsible for this unfortunate occurrence and don't hold you responsible.

Friday we traveled back to Quito which was not comfortable in the least as I was still suffering and looked forward to banos stops.

The trip started off with the bus being 45 minutes late (we were told much later into our tour that there were mechanical issues). The bus ride was 12 hours or the 'he'll ride' as many of us named it. It was hot, uncomfortable, and sweaty.

As for Nicky Lodge and our guide; Jefferson, they were great aside from no concern for those of us suffering from food poisoning.

As for Rebecca Adventure Travel, Juan-Carlos was very attentive although I feel I was overcharged and under promised.

My trip was billed as 6-days. If you include Travel time, I would say 5 days (24 hours per day). It was actually 4 full days and nights and a morning one hour boat ride on the Friday.

In addition, in highlight, I should have done more homework as I was charged $890.00 for the tour and I later found out others travelers paid $325 - $350 based on double occupancy through Secret Garden and booking directly with Nicky Lodge. Again, I overpaid and was understood in my opinion, but this is my fault for not shopping around.

Sadly, based on this experience, I would never recommend Rebecca Adventure Travel and would advise people to shop direct our through their hostel and shop around.

I appreciate your help, but have not been left with a positive experience from dealing with Rebecca Adventure Travel. My Amazon Cuyabeno experience was great aside from the food poisoning. I won't let that ruin my Cuyabeno Amazon experience.

Rebecca, as promised, fulfilled all commitments by providing an intensive turn-key excursion over 7days. We were constantly updated by text messages. All of the transfers, including the flights to and from the Galapagos, were efficient and optimized our short visit. Hotels were great. We were met at airports and hotels. Good tours of Quito and the Galapagos over a compressed schedule. Very satisfied and worry free. Best to tell Rebecca Travel about your budget, i.e. perhaps first class hotels not necessary for example. We discussed our needs and Rebecca planned all within a reasonable budget. We did not want to take a cruise, as we experienced the local flavor, hotels and restaurants on Galapagos. Just beware that the "public speed boats" between Galapagos Islands are pretty rough. Part of the adventure.

We had an amazing time in Ecuador with our family of 2 little childeren (age 2 & 4). Rebecca Adventure Travel have arranged everything perfectly, matching our preferences list. The selected accommodations were excellent and contained all we wished for. We enjoyed the right mix of relaxing with the kids, with sufficent adventures! Rebecca adventure travel were easily approachable and helpful with additional queries before and during our trip. In addition there was sufficiënt room for flexibility, opportunities to change our travel schedule last minute and to find good new locations that suited our plans and wishes.
In short, we can highly recommended to travel with Rebecca Adventure Travel! We had a blast of kindness and adventures!

The trip with Rebecca Adventure Travel was simply brilliant, all we had hoped for, and the way the Rebecca team accompanies you throughout the trip (both literally, with their wonderful guiding team, as well as with their daily WhatsApp updates on the upcoming program steps etc.) is amazing. Would highly recommend them for anyone considering to explore the wonders of mainland Ecuador and the astonishing Galapagos !

Everything was PERFECT! From the planning stages through the entire trip, we had the most wonderful experience! Visiting the Galápagos Islands was a dream come true. I wrote an extensive and detailed review on TripAdvisor about our beautiful honeymoon with Rebecca Travel. It’s under Galápagos Islands honeymoon. All our guides and hosts were amazing. I got to swim with wild sea lions in the Pacific Ocean, see my sweet Blue Footed Boobie birds, and feel so in touch to all the beautiful energy of these pristine islands. I enyoyed very much the ship but specially I enyoyed the personal treatment I received from the people aboard. The daily scheduled programs were always on time, giving us the opportunity to take advanged of the ship facilities. The food both at the restaurant and at the deck was deliciuos. For me was a wondeful vacation.

The guides were knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating in every way! The tours were organized, our service at each location was phenomenal! The response time of Rebecca travel was on point! The food at each location catered to us as vegetarians and was always delicious! It was the best, unforgettable birthday ever! I will never forget the beautiful views, gorgeous pictures and exhilarating activities!

Trip of a lifetime. Rebecca’s crew met us at boats, transporting us to hotels. Everything on a timely manner. Hotels were fantastic, food yummy. Enthusiasm amazing, thank you for everything.

Galapagos is just another, amazing and incredible world. Rebecca Adventure Travel organized some truly unforgettable tours that allowed us to sample some of the most incredible places. We felt very secure and comfortable during our stay.

Great customer service from beginning to end! I worked with Carolina and Mateo at the travel agency to help me iron out the details to book the perfect trip to Ecuador to visit my cousin for our bdays. They were both so polite and patient with my 999 questions and emails back n forth. And had so much enthusiasm for the country and the excursions they were recommending! They hooked us up with a customized and private itinerary where Angel was our guide in both Quito and Baños. Angel was amazing as well! Very knowledgeable and friendly guide who picked us up in private transportation directly from our hotel. He took us on a day tour of the city and the Equator in Quito and to visit the End of the World Swing and Pailon del Diablo waterfall in Baños. He also threw in a couple of spontaneous stops like a chocolate tasting tour and a tour of the back of a little candy shop where they make their own Guaba products (taffy, jam, candy, etc.). He made sure we got some “yapas” everywhere we went too!
The agency utilized WhatsApp to communicate with us in case we had any questions and also sent us incremental texts throughout our trip to make sure we were prepared with the time and place info the day before each excursion.
Would def use again and recommend to others!

Amazing tour by Rebecca Adventure Travel! They made it super easy to set up the tour and responded quickly with any questions we had before the trip. They also made it easy to pick us up in a different location each time. We loved our first tour so much we set up a second tour for our long layover in Quito on the way home. Our first tour was in Quito (Crater, Equator museum, Old Town, Panecillo) and we enjoyed all of it. Giovanni was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our second tour was to Otavalo (Waterfall walk, Walk & lunch around Guinea Pig Lake/Volcanic crater lake, Otavalo market). Angél was our tour guide and picked us up at the airport. We went to breakfast at a nice local restaurant on the way. We were supposed to go to a bird sanctuary instead of the Volcanic crater lake but the lake was our favorite part of the tour! Angél was a great tour guide too! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we got to see all that we wanted.

Best experience ever in Mindo! We stayed at a beutiful hotel, Terrabambu, and all of our trip was arranged by Rebbeca Travel Adventure. The agency's team is amazing, all the programmed activities were unique and extreamly fun!! I highly recommed visiting Ecuador with them!

Awesome trip put together by Rebecca Adventure Travel to Quito-area and, then, Galapagos. I believe local travel agents and guides are the best. Rebecca Adventure Travel is clearly knowledgeable, experienced and competent in this region.

Both locations were AMAZING places. We had excellent guides, very nice accommodations, smooth travel and transfers thanks to this travel agency. Excellent communication w/ every step of process.

(Travel hint: Do let travel agency arrange travel to-and-from Quito or Guayaquil to Galapagos and back as I believe they get good pricing and map a workable flight schedule.)

Thank you Rebecca Adventure Travel for arranging an amazing 8-day Galapagos Trip for my family. As a family of 5, we loved the variety of activities each day. There was always a great mix of physical activity and resting time on the boat. The staff on the boat was attentive to our needs and there was always an incredible spread of drinks and food each time we returned to the boat. When planning this trip the communication from RebeccaTravel was professional and quick and the final travel packet was comprehensive in terms of what to expect, what to pack, and the pickup and drop-off times and locations exact.
