I ordered two pairs of bicycle cranks because they were available (!) in the store, I paid for them... but they only sent one... I complained in vain, but I haven't received my money back in almost a week...

Unacceptable order cancellation after 5 months of waiting
LE: In the meantime, other products from my preorder have appeared in their shop for sale — and they are in stock.
It’s obvious they used my money (for several months) to preorder items from their suppliers, and now they’re offering those same products at a higher price than what was originally advertised to me.
So basically, they are using customers’ money in a dishonest and exploitative way.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSHOP!
!!! THEY CAUSE FINANCIAL LOSS TO THEIR CLIENTS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT !!!
(RCZbikeshop operates in a way similar to a bank — but instead of offering any return on your "deposit," they cause actual financial damage. They unilaterally cancel customer preorders without prior notice or consent, and the refunds often result in monetary loss due to transaction fees and currency conversion costs. So customers end up receiving less than what they originally paid — through no fault of their own.
As a “compensation,” the webshop offers loyalty points — which are redeemable, but don’t even cover the loss. And beyond that, it is completely unacceptable that a business would intentionally harm its clients financially, then force them to shop again at the same store in order to recover even a portion of the damage.)
This webshop absolutely deserves a thorough investigation by financial and consumer protection authorities to uncover these DISHONEST PRACTICES, and to ensure they are HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS BEFORE THE AUTHORITIES.
---Original review---
After successfully placing and receiving several orders from this webshop, I recently experienced a serious issue. They unexpectedly canceled two of my orders—placed and paid for five months ago—without any prior communication. The total value of these orders exceeded 850 Euros.
These orders contained multiple items from different brands, including Fox Racing Shocks, Onza, Shimano, Magura, Tranz-X, and RaceFace. In total, I ordered 12 different products from these 6 brands. Despite waiting patiently for months, the company canceled both entire orders, citing "stock problems." However, this explanation seems highly questionable, considering the variety and number of products involved.
Even more concerning, I discovered that at least two of the canceled items are now listed as in stock—but with slightly modified product codes. Their specifications are identical to the ones I originally ordered. This strongly suggests that they may have used my payment to pre-order these products, then, when some items didn't arrive, rather than fulfilling part of my order or offering a partial refund, they simply canceled everything and resold the items.
Adding to the frustration, they only offered me 15 Euros in "loyalty points" as compensation, which can only be used for future purchases and doesn't even cover the transaction fees I paid to my bank.
This experience raises serious concerns about their business practices. I still have one pending order (placed a month ago), and I’m waiting to see how they handle that. However, based on this situation, I cannot recommend this webshop.

We have always been transparent about RCZ's policy, and this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, and in our philosophy. So if you buy from our store, you're buying with full knowledge of the facts, because you accept these terms and conditions.
We do mention several times on the site that sometimes we have to cancel orders (even after several weeks or months), because the supplier doesn't deliver the right quantity, or delivers in the wrong configuration.
Sometimes we offer similar parts, but with different codes and prices, because they come from a different supplier and don't have the same purchase price.
Now, if you're revolted by this, please go and order from other stores where you'll pay much more.
Most of our customers are very happy to be able to buy with the best prices in Europe, even if sometimes orders don't come through.

Dieser Shop ist kein gewöhnlicher Online-Händler für Fahrradteile. Bei diesem Shop kann man sehr viel Geld sparen, wenn man bereit ist auf seine Bestellung mehrere Wochen zu warten. Ich habe bisher alle meine Bestellung erhalten oder habe mein Geld zurück bekommen, wenn das Produkt doch nicht geliefert werden konnte.

Scam?
I placed an order (20 working days to ship), they cancelled my order after 2.5 MONTHS, meanwhile STILL allowing customers to order the product. And guess what, it was STILL ON SALE for at least a week after the cancellation!!!
I got a refund, but lost money on 2x currency conversion and drop in exchange rate. This is BS.

Livraison pas conforme. Même rien à voir

J'ai passé plusieurs commandes .et toujours bien passé. Et la je commandes une paires de chaussures crankbrothers, et après plus de 3 mois d attente. Chaussures livrés mais la couleur et taille n'ont rien à voir avec ma commande. Demande de retour. Message part mail et rien du tout pas de nouvelles.

Il est vrai que les commandes…
Il est vrai que les commandes n'arrivent jamais dans les 20 jours annoncés mais plutôt dans les 3 ou 4 mois, il est vrai qu'elles sont parfois tout simplement annulées.
Au début c'est énervant mais quand on a compris le fonctionnement le jeu en vaut vraiment la chandelle car les prix sont imbattables et surtout Nieves est d'une honnêteté irréprochable.
Lorsque les commandes sont annulées elles sont remboursées.
Dernier problème en date j'ai reçu un dérailleur sram gx au lieu d'une tige de selle reverb axs, j'ai reçu 2 semaines après la tige de selle et j'ai toujours le dérailleur que RCZ doit reprendre.
Alors bravo et à bientôt pour de nouvelles commandes.

web para compradores que no necesitan asesoramiento y no tienen prisa para recibir el producto. Los precios en ventas privadas son muy buenos pero no se puede esperar tiempos de entrega cortos ni mucha variedad de productos. La filosofía queda clara en el apartado "Importante leer".

Site pour acheteurs avertis qui n'ont pas besoin d'être conseillés et qui sont prêts à patienter. Les prix en ventes privés sont extrêmement avantageux et à ces niveaux de tarifs là, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des délais de livraisons conventionnels ni à un service client extrêmement réactif. Ware NICHT erhalten und KEIN Geld (über €1000) zurück!
Meine Bestellung vom November 2024 wurde NICHT geliefert. Als ich vor zwei Woche meine Bestellung storniert habe, bekam ich per Mail zwei Stunden später von RCZ folgende kurze Nachricht: „Dear Customer, unfortunately the supplier will not deliver the goods. Could you confirm your iban for refund please ? Best regards, Nieves RCZ”. Meine IBAN habe ich umgehend erneuert geschickt.
Das Geld (über €1000) habe ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen und auf meine Mails wird nicht reagiert. Auf meinem RCZ-Konto wird der Status immer noch als „en cors“ (in Bearbeitung) angegeben.
Äußerst unseriöses Verhalten. Mir bleibt nichts anderes übrig als Anzeige zu erstatten.
UPDATE (29.03.2025):
Die gute Nachricht: nach dieser Bewertung hat RCZ mein Geld zurückgegeben.
Die schlechte Nachricht: nach drei Aufforderungen über mehrere Wochen, mein RCZ-Konto zu löschen und keinen Newsletter mehr zu erhalten, ist beides nicht geschehen.

Choisissez RCZ Bike Shop pour les prix pas pour les délais longs qui permettent les prix bas des ventes privées. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la compatibilités des pièces, faîtes vous conseiller par des connaissances.
Quand vous savez ça, la qualité du service est très bonne.
Les quelques erreurs de livraisons que j'ai subies sont gérées avec sérieux et les remboursements suivent sans problème.

Nicht der klassische Bikeladen, aber der Beste!
Ich kaufe mittlerweile seit 2023 bei RCZ ein und bin sehr zufrieden! Sieht man von den teils langen Lieferzeiten ab (ich habe auch schon Artikel innerhalb weniger Tage nach Bestellung zuhause bei mir gehabt), von denen man aber bereits im Vorhinein Bescheid weiß, so ergeben sich mit ein wenig Recherche und schnell bei der Bestellung sein bei RCZ die besten Preise für TOP Biketeile. Da ich überhaupt nichts erwarte und die Erwartung niedrig halte, wird man umso mehr belohnt. RCZ kann nichts dazu, wenn Lieferanten nicht liefern oder Stornierungen geschehen. Aber auch das ist bisher nur sehr selten bei mir vorgekommen und nicht tragisch. Ich zahle immer mit KK und selbst bei Stornierungen ist das ganze sehr schnell abgewickelt. Auch mit der Homepage und Kaufumgebung kommt man gut zurecht.
Für mich nichts anderes mehr, man kauft halt nicht für das aktuelle Projekt sondern für das zukünftige :-)

Habe einen defekten Artikel im Juli 2024 für eine Reklamation eingeschickt. Anscheinend ist es seitdem beim Hersteller. Auf Nachfragen per Mail wird nicht geantwortet seit Monaten.
03.02. erneut eine Email als reminder geschickt am 31.01. keine Antwort erhalten.
