Just check all details and product number
Bought a fork several months ago as the price was too good to be true. I checked all the details they shared with, specially the part number as the pictures in some products might not be 100% accurate. Delivery time is long as they announce.
I received the product around a month and a half later and all was good, product in perfect condition and matching with the part number announced. No original packaging as I guess they come from OEM.
I am subscribed to their mail list with the discount codes, but somehow most of the times they do not work, that is why the 4 stars.

Waited 6 monthes for a pair of brakes…
Waited 6 monthes for a pair of brakes to come from waranty. They were leaking oil from the seal and they came back like they went. I bet they didnt left their facilities....

Think about whether the prices are worth it.
I bought a few small items in this store that were in stock to test whether the order would arrive. They did. Then I ordered a product that was out of stock, with a delivery time of 20 business days. Of course, the product did not arrive even after a much longer time. I understand, not everything always goes as it should. I wrote an email, canceled the order, and the seller wrote that they would refund the money within 1 to 20 business days. And that's where the problem began. Since then, more time has passed than they said for the refund, the seller stopped communicating and I lost my money. After this experience, I started to find out if other people have had a similar experience. They have. When they tell you that the delivery time is 20 business days, it is usually a few months. If you cancel an order because you need the part sooner, you have a problem. I will not shop at this store again and I will recover my money through my bank.

Aucun professionnalisme
J’ai commandé un VTT sur ce site en Octobre 24, il est arrivé en mars 25, bon jusque là je comprends.
Je me rends compte au montage que la tige de selle télescopique est défectueuse et la c’est le commencement des problèmes, renvoie à mes frais, passons, délai 4 à 8 semaines, passons, mais nous sommes en juillet 25, pas de retour à mes nombreux mails, pas d’informations et surtout pas d’utilisation du VTT
Je suis déçu et en colère avec l’impression de mettre fait rouler, aucun professionnalisme

They are joke not a profesional shop. They know nothing and you should wait for order. I ordered wheels in January and they don’t have any information from the supplier. During this time I got a thousand emails with other ,,special offers”.

As mentioned on our website, we organise private sales. That means that there's a waiting period before you receive your order. We also note on our website that delivery times can sometimes be longer than expected (particularly for Novatec wheels, which come from Taiwan).
It's true that the delivery time for these wheels was particularly long, and we apologise for that. We should receive them at the beginning of August.
We've been very transparent about the model in our webshop, so we're surprised by your message. If this one doesn't suit you, we invite you to go to another shop, but the prices may not be the same...

Info of the product and photos on their webpage are quite misleading and delibrly non informatic.
Bought a Reverb AXS seatpost in January with Sram product code on the web. Got it after 3moths of waiting. No battery and charger. After two moths of complaining they stopped answering my enquirys. They added the info no battery and charger months after the purchage. Took a screenshot when I made the order.
Would not order if the product in't in stock.
I also made a order of Novatec carbon wheels on January. After 7months still no info when will I recive the wheels.

J'ai commandé une paire de roues
J'ai commandé une paire de roues. Elle a été expédiée, puis retournée par GLS pour une raison inconnue. Cela s'est produit il y a deux mois. Pendant ce temps, j'ai envoyé une vingtaine d'e-mails à RCZ pour demander des précisions. À ce jour, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Curieusement, les questions concernant d'autres commandes sont traitées à la même adresse e-mail. Je n'ai pas encore été remboursé.

Ich bin im Allgemeinen mit dem RCZ Bikeshop sehr zufrieden.
Bestellt wurde ein E-MTB, welches aktuell nicht auf Lager war, aber mit ca. 20 Werktagen (Betonung WERKTAGE!, also Mo - Fr) versendet wird.
Das hat auch ungefähr dem entsprochen was versprochen wurde.
Angekommen ist ein Paket, welches dann per FedEx bei mir abgeliefert wurde. Im Paket das Fahrrad, genau so, wie bestellt :-)
Nieves vom RCZ Bikeshop antwortet sehr schnell auf meine Fragen. Teilweise schneller als andere seriöse Online Shops mit 2-3 Werktagen.
Ich kann nicht mich beklagen.
Selbst als der Login nicht mehr funktioniert hat, habe ich Nieves bescheid gegeben und er hat sich auch darum relativ schnell gekümmert.
Mein erstes E-MTB. Wundervoll.

Service client incompétent
Tout aurait pu bien se passer si le service client portait considération au client.
Le délais de livraison je l'ai accepté c'est le jeu. Je reçois donc mon vélo le lundi matin apres plusieurssemaines d'attente. Je me dis le temps de le monter je vais charger la batterie. Problème le chargeur fourni avec n'est pas compatible (il faut bien préciser que le carton que j'ai reçu avait été ouvert (salement) et rescotché par RCZ avant d'être expédié, bref). Je cherche sur le site et le seul moyen de contact est un formulaire. J'exprime le problème en notant bien le numéro de commande et mes coordonnées de plus je leur demande une adresse a laquelle je peux envoyer des photos pour étayé.
J'ai une réponse super rapide, chouette on me remercie de mon message et on me demande les photos en réponse a ce mail. J'envoie les photos et annonce que je suis disposé a envoyer d'autre informations si nécessaire.
On me répond le lendemain en le demandant mon numéro de commande ??? (Il a juste en remonter dans le mail pour trouver cette information car cela reprend tous nos echanges en incluant la partie formulaire que j'avais rempli dans un premier temps) peu importe je renvoie l'information. Je n'ai plus de nouvelles, j'avais renvoyé un mail pour qu'on me tienne informé et surtout qu'on me rappelle par téléphone car il n'y a pas de contact par téléphone indiqué.
Je suis très en colère de recevoir un vélo inutilisable ! L'incompétence du service client est remarquable, il faut donc avoir de la chance pour que tout se passe bien sinon vous aller devoir partir dans des procédures...
