For any Underfloor heating needs, we can provide Warm Water and Electric underfloor heating products to all over the UK.

Great service from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately my husband realised after he'd started to lay it that he'd ordered 6m square, instead of 3m square. He'd made a few turning cuts, so unfortunately, can't send it back 😡. I have to order a new one, but will definitely be ordering again from Rayotec.

Best commercial maintenance company
Rayotec have been brilliant, this is the 2nd year that they have carried out the commercial maintenance for the solar panels at Horlicks Quarter and I'll definitely be contracting them for next year. Their service is professional and friendly and each time I've had questions, they have answered and enlightened me. Let's be honest, unless you're a solar expert, you're going to have questions. If you're looking for outstanding service for your commercial maintenance of your solar panels, give Rayotec a call.

PV Inverter operation query
I had a query whether my father-in-law's PV inverter was working as he had been advised by another company that it needed replacing 'because the generation meter display was blank'.
rather than just sending out an engineer Rayotec were able to suggest a simple diagnosis procedure, which proved the installation was functioning correctly and avoided an unnecessary cost being incurred.

So far fine
So far fine. Prompt dispatch (although DHL did very, very poorly with the actual delivery) BUT I haven't yet installed it so can't really comment. Your chaps on the phone are very helpful though!

The product looks very good and…
The product looks very good and installed easily following the instructions provided. The mats stuck down nicely.
The delivery was delayed by two working days, four total days including the weekend, by the courier they used. They should look to using a courier who copes better with peaks.
