I recently engaged with Fastwarm regarding a technical issue and the level of service provided was exemplary from start to finish.

Both Alfie Kidd (Sales) and Toby Drake were highly professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally amenable throughout. They took the time to properly understand the issue, provided clear and practical guidance, and ensured the matter was resolved efficiently without unnecessary delay.

Very good service from start to finish

Returned XP6 boards as one damaged, photo and description of damage sent to customers service, had to chase for a refund, this has taken 3 weeks and I have now found out delivery not refunded as well, another customer service call where I was told no refund for retuned goods, this was pointed out that this return was due to damage, now awaiting delivery refund, hope this is not going to take another 3 weeks, not what I was expecting from this company who usually have good reviews, poor customer service.

We had delivery problems with DPD, but Fastwarm were very helpful and customer friendly when I contacted them. They helped to correct the issues and delivery was sorted. Our thanks to Rachel and the rest of the team.
I have not yet fitted the underfloor heating so I will review that in due course. If it is as good as the customer service then I am sure it will be a very good system.

I've been using Fastwarm systems on many occasions and over few years. I'm especially grateful for decoupling mat that allows to simply push loose cable into the grooves. Company always deliver on time, never had bad experience. They also supply tile adhesive at competitive prices.

Very easy website to use. My order turned up within the delivery time, but some pipe was missing, so I rang up, and the customer service was fantastic. I had the pipe I needed the next day, and I even had another call to check everything was OK. Will definitely use again
