Fantastic service when I had pre sale technical queries. I ordered the Elite Kit System underfloor heating mat, and Rayotec were super helpful when I had to return one of mats which was surplus to my requirements. The mat was easy to install and the Freedom WiFi thermostat is very intuitive to use.

We had a Rayotec installation in a lounge which was having carpet fitted on top with special ufh underlay. Original floor was concrete with solid oak parquet stuck down , probably when house was built. We adhered to the Rayotec combined tog rating when sourcing carpet and underlay from Vincent's in Hersham....(a strongly recommended Firm!).

Asked the Rayotec fitter James Clarke if the Lounge parquet needed to be removed. On three occasions were told in writing it didn't need to be removed.

Install went ahead with no issues, was our second time with Rayotec , they'd done our hall floor ( porcelain) previously.

At first use the Lounge was fine , lovely warm surface.

But on using last Autumn it was noticed the carpet was rising at the end of the ufh mat location. It got worse, rising by almost two inches.. its possible that the ufh may have stopped working then. We contacted carpet fitters , they attended and on lifting the carpet found the parquet had detached , was warped and buckled against itself. Carpet fitters removed risen parquet pieces filled void with underlay and stretched and refitted carpet, they charged £70.00

It became apparent the ufh was not working and inspection was done. Until the carpet was affected the ufh seemed to be ok .A replacement ufh mat was proposed.

To facilitate new mat , we , both in our 70's had to completely empty the Lounge with three heavy sofas, big TV and cabinet, separate Hi Fi , take down curtains etc.

New ufh mat was fitted.

Thereafter carpet fitters came back and refitted carpet and underlay, cost £60.00

During all this Rayotec Office , tried to wriggle out saying they weren't involved when seeking carpet fitters cost(s).

Given that their fitter comes in a sign written Rayotec vehicle its not feasible that same is not either an Agent , Representative or Employee. We believed at all times to be dealing with Rayotec as from our first project.

We've subsequently found from on line research that it is NOT recommended to install electric UFH onto our sort of parquet, and that problems with expansion , thermal blocking can result.

Until this never had any problems with the parquet in 40 years !!!.

So we've had a lot of inconvenience due to taking the PROFESSIONALS advice , plus carpet fitters charges...which have now been reimbursed.

They always supply one of the best electric underfloor heat mats on the market next day. Such great service.

When I placed my order they called me back and informed me the system had overcharged delivery and they apologised and gave a refund straight away, very honest of them and during conversation helped with a few questions I had as well so great service.

I've been using you for many years and do not have a problem with the product my issue now is the delivery ... please why does this require a signature, ? 3 times they tried to deliver this order and I still don't have it ... before the driver would always just leave in a safe place ( of which we have many ) .

We ordered the underfloor electric heating 9sm in total it was delivered quick and was a reasonable price I installed it my self and it was really easy to install and works really well very happy, when we come to redo the floor in our living room will be ordering it again

I bought a 7m2 underfloor heating mat with 10mm insulation and a wi-fi enabled thermostat.
Faris, was extremely helpful and amended the original quote as my floor sizes changed due to kitchen cupboard placement.
The price was competitive and delivery was free and overnight.
Clear instructions are included and Faris sent videos to clarify installation onto a screeded floor.
Installation took one day and I screeded over on following day.
I had a qualified electrician check installation and connections to mains as specified by warranty, which runs for 30 years.
In short (no pun intended) I would recommend Rayotec to anyone and will be buying from them again when I refurb our bathroom

Ok, it’s warm at the moment so I haven’t had a chance to test out the performance of the product properly. HOWEVER, delivery was spot on and fitting was really straightforward with excellent instructions. Superb.
