I had to cancel a weekend away due to my friend's unexpected death. Tickets were non refundable but raileasy only asked for a copy of the death certificate and replied quickly with details regarding refund. Excellent customer service during a sad time. 10 out 10.

Easy to use and I always go through topcash back so I get some cashback. Because of the train strikes this time I had to ask for a refund, this was easy. I just emailed them with my reference and reason they came back the next day, refund is on its way.

Have had a couple of dealings recently with Raileasy. On both occasions my issue was dealt with speedily & positively. Would recommend ghem for rail bookings.

I must thank Raileasy for their help. I had been looking at tickets on my laptop then my husband booked the tickets on his computer which resulted in a duplicate pair being purchased,
I contacted Rail Easy as I couldnt access my booking straight away. They emailed me back next day and sorted it out and deleted the incorrect booking.
I would highly recommend them and will definately use them for future tickets.

Always use raileasy to purchase tickets as they are by far the cheapest, but never had to request a refund until recently. We had non refundable tickets that we couldn't use due to a medical issue, thier customer service were amazing and refund them the same day because of the medical reasons we had. They were helpful and friendly throughout.

Needed a refund on an advance ticket due to a change in travel plans. The process was very easy to follow and the refund processed within a few hours. Many thanks for the quick response.

I rebooked a ticket when my money was not deducted from my account after 10 hours. However the first booking did go through and I ended up with 2 tickets for the same journey. Rail Easy cancelled and refunded me my first ticket promptly.

Due to an error on my part i booked 4 return journeys instead of 2. I contacted Raileasy and they very kindly refunded 2 of the return journeys foe me.
Excellent service and result

We booked train tickets with this company to go to London for a cricket match, unfortunately there was a mix up with the tickets for the game so needed to change the train tickets. They were not changeable but we were able to get a 75% refund and rebook for the right day. It was a very smooth and speedy transaction. Raileasy lived up to its name!

Company always works out bit cheaper than the other rail companies so always work a look. Had to utilise customer services recently - Pam was quick, efficient and friendly. Thanks RailEasy

Pam in customer services is amazing. Very helpful. It's the second time Pam's had to give some assistance with our tickets. A real asset to Raileasy. First class customer services. Great ticket prices.

We needed to ask for a refund on part of our recent journey back from Scotland due to industrial action. I was able to ask for the refund in a simple e mail attaching a scan of the unused tickets, and the refund was paid within one day.

I needed 3 bookings for one journey - one of those my error and one unavoidable after I was delayed going for the train. I received partial refunds for two of these, even though I did not enquire about a refund until 1 week later and both of the refunds included advance tickets. Brilliant!

Excellent and really speedy service when I needed to change my ticket and also to reallocate two seats so they are next to each other, under slightly complicated circumstances.
