Refund process …
Despite information on website RailEasy processed my refund for a cancelled journey in only a few days. Would have given 5 stars but found website information misleading and discouraged me from approaching them in the first instance. Not easy to find correct info and contact on website.

Super quick response and resolution
My train was cancelled by LNER and I was really worried about securing a refund having booked through RailEasy. Sent an email at 07:30 with a few details and screenshots of the cancellation etc and by 10:00 I had received a lovely email from Pam letting me know that everything was sorted and that my outbound ticket was being refunded in full. Thanks for your prompt reply!!

Refunds made easy
I had booked rail tickets with Raileasy from Australia for travel within the UK, however i had to cancel these tickets due to family circumstances. I was not sure how to go about claiming a refund on the cancelled tickets so i sent an email to Customer Service at Raileasy seeking assistance. They replied to my email in a fast and efficient manner and guided me through the process for refunds always replying to my email queries in a fast and courteous manner. Most impressed with their service and they deserve a top rating for the manner in which they treated me and my concerns.

Don’t book with this site if you need to get a refund for you tickets it’s a nightmare. They don’t give you a full fund they’re a joke . Didn’t recommend at all

Regrettably, we are bound by these rules and cannot provide refunds to accommodate individual situations. These regulations apply uniformly, regardless of the booking platform you choose in the future.

Cancelled train refund
Booked a return ticket. Outward train was cancelled which resulted in me having to cancel the trip. Emailed Customer Services and a full refund was processed within a couple of hours.

Easy to use and great customer services…
Easy to use and a great way to find the cheapest fares (split tickets). When I encountered a problem (non running trains) the customer service team responded quickly (within hours) and were able to resolve everything. Will definitely use again!
