I did have a bit a of a blip with Raileasy site (first time ever though, and I've been a customer of theirs for years!) while they were making improvements to their site, which meant that I had to book my tickets again with another provider, however I must say that once I'd contacted Railieasy's customer service, I heard back from them very, very quickly, the agents I dealt with were fabulous and my refund was processed right away.

Sometimes things go wrong, but great customer service really is what's important in the end, and I would like to commend Jonathan and Pam for being particularly wonderul.

The company must have a very clear notice during the purchase process that moving from a London station to another one is not covered in the cost of the ticket. This was not the case in my experience of using this company.

Cheapest direct tickets to London I could get. Unfortunately couldn’t book seats for return journey at the time. Contacted Pam at customer services and got all seats now booked fantastic service

Refunded tickets promptly after cancellation owing to storms

I was unable to book return trip for myself and wife to Oxford via National Rail website, so booked through Raileasy.
I was sent a total of 24 separate tickets for this return.
Each ticket had a different seat reservation mostly in different carriages and as the train was very full we had a musical chairs journey.
But using Raileasy did save me ----£0.16.
There is no way of knowing we would need this ridiculous number of tickets until we paid for them.

I emailed this company Dec13 2023 and within a few hours Pam from customer service had emailed me with the information that I had requested.I was impressed with the speed and efficiency that this lady in customer services had given me,despite it being a very busy time for for travelling by rail.

Great booking service for train travel, keeping your tickets secure on your phone. Recent strikes meant we couldn't travel, refund issued quickly and efficiently by Pam in the Support Team.

When both legs of my journey were cancelled and I couldn't travel, I submitted a refund request, which was successfully handled on the same day. Thanks for this, I will be using the company for booking my future journeys!

Our train was late enough in arriving that we would miss the connecting trains to the airport for an international flight. Thus we had to abandon the planned journey and procure a lift by car. It was disappointing but at least Raileasy helped me to get a full refund, for which we are grateful. Thanks guys.

The place I was due to travel too is really badly flooded and therefore the tickets cannot be used I can’t make the journey contacted customer service and they will only offer a refund if someone has died and you need the death certificate or if you have a heart attack or something ridiculous I’m out of £90 because they are refusing to issue me a refund for something that is out of my control use someone else and save your money from being stolen.
