Kelli was a travel agent friend’s friend who was extremely knowledgeable and outstandingly efficient with my needs and time. Good people network with other good people in every life sector, travel being no exception. Thanks to Kelli, I was able to make my clients dream trip a reality. She worked hard to make adjustments and took the time to speak to my client, helping answer questions that I didn't have knowledge of. She was honest, explaining where he could cut costs and where he shouldn't, which helped get the price right where he wanted it. She definitely knows the product, forwards, backwards and upside down and went the extra mile providing excellent customer service.

I have had multiple bookings with Railbookers and my clients have always been pleased with their accommodations. They are very prompt with the itineraries, so knowledgeable about the destinations, and I find their calls very helpful with booking. Cyrus and Chris were wonderful to work with this time!

Still, months after trip I have not received refunds on over booking. They upcharge everything and then there is a problem they ignore you. Simple car rental for one day turned into a mess costing me hundreds more than what it should have. Ever step of the way was a problem.

Mirza at Railbookers absolutely nailed my brief I gave to him . I did a two week train trip through France , Switzerland and , Italy and Sicily . It was an amazing adventure that ran smoothly with precise connections and transfers . I had a few slight issues but only to be expected on such a complex trip . He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I get the feeling he organised the trip as it it was for him and covered just about everything. Raymond was great to work with and he was very patient with my client as we were planning her 50th anniversary trip. Spent 40 mins on the phone with an agent detailing a Swiss rail trip. She confirmed all the details and promised to get back to us. Never heard from her again. What a waste of time!

Hillary was a great helping me to figure out the best train schedule and ways to get from Train Station to my hotel. She laid out the options so that I could make a better choice.

We needed a last-minute change due to airline cancellations. Hillary helped us with rail tickets, so a flight home could be caught in another city. It ended up being a simple addition, but she was very patient with me on the phone while we determined it was the right call. Thank you, Hillary!

Trains ran on-time; Hotels were well-selected and comfortable; prepaid excursions were fabulous. William was a big help getting through to the bus company to save our excursion. Holiday Inn Centreville-MTL is in the middle of Chinatown limiting dinner choices. Chateau Laurier-Que is nearly one mile from tourist district. In 28 degree weather, $30 cab/Uber rides get expensive. Paid a lot of out-of-pocket money to get from there to there. Railbookers needs to pick up some of it.

My guest wanted to do an extremely last minute trip over Christmas and New Years. I guided him to contact Railbookers for him to begin looking at itineraries. He got together with Raymond Howells and within a few days had a 12 day itinerary planned and booked. Raymond was beyond knowledgeable about the entire trip and was amazing!
