Wish I had thought to look at reviews. There was no mention of self assembly so I have just got six printed photos, one of which is so dark it is unusable and a pile of wood. I am a pensioner living alone and don’t see any way I can do anything with these. Going off similar reviews there doesn’t seem any point in attempting to get a refund. Don’t even think of ordering from them.

6 - 8 day delivery..5 weeks, still waiting!!!!! Still getting no response! Hope nobody falls for this scam...Even deleted a FB post I put saying how bad they are...honestly hope they go bust !

I ordered without checking the reviews so was nervous when I read them before delivery.
Firstly, expect to assemble the canvas yourself... Its not that easy if you haven't done it before, but after 40 min and yelling several profanities, I figured it out!
The quality of the actual print was fine, especially considering I ordered the largest size and I took the picture on my phone!
The actual print wasn't big enough (by about 1cm) to fully cover the sides of the canvas so not the best finish. Overall, I'm not unhappy with my purchase and think I got my moneys worth

Disgusting....total rubbish. You will never see your money again...trust me....

Shocking customer service, delivered to wrong address 3 weeks late thanks to social media the person who took delivery found me, the canvas is the poorest quality I've ever seen and its self assembly with little to no instructions! Supposed to be a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my parents (which was 2 weeks ago) but too embarrassed to give them this piece of sh$t

I’m now a month down the line, still nothing. Please please don’t buy from this company. I still have not had a response from anyone.

Does anyone know an email address for this company. I have been waiting over a month for this to be delivered and the automated FB messenger does not help you at all. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing this order. Really need your help

FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. Self assembly, poor instructions, an online tutorial that is not relevant. Arrived damaged. Poor quality. Second no better. Refuse a refund. Do I need to carry on?!!

Poor quality print on plastic with self assembly frames.
Took an age to be posted with moving delivery dates and have so far been unable to get a refund via PayPal.
Extremely upsetting as I ordered these following my fathers death from. COVID-19.
They are impossible to communicate with and will not refund despite prints not fitting frames and not providing fixings.
Worst online experience I have ever had.
DO NOT USE!!

So disappointed with this I wish I’d have read the reviews before I ordered, still waiting my canvas and no way of contacting them believe me I’ve tried. If anyone has had any luck in getting hold of somebody would you be so kind to let me know

Ordered 3 very large canvasses. Having already got canvas wall art from the UK i did not expect, from this Spanish company, to have to assemble the picture for myself, including setting the frames, stretching and attaching the canvass. This is with no fittings, tacs, guidance, or pictorial referance.

The materials used in the so called canvass is what you'd expect for a shop promotional banner, cheap, smelly plastic that you can see all stitch work even and frames from a distance. Extremely poor quality

Means to hang on the wall; 3 very small clips I've used for small lightweight 6'4' frames not dirty great canvasses. Not fit for purpose.

Customer service - None existent! Total denial there's a problem, can't even use simple manners or a name when communicating.

Although demanded I know I will not be refunded

All in all total scam!

I ordered 4 canvases and they sent the wrong images.
Trying to contact them is VERY HARD but I managed to find a "complaint" section and left a complaint on the order. An agent got back to me but their English is extremely bad, this is a snippet of the frustrating conversation I am having with them:
"...I am looking forward to speaking with someone about this. regards..." - me
"Excuse me, would you have gotten good measures of their 4 racks? Indiquenoslo to be able to send your images correctly. The order that came to him can destroy him. Greetings."

So expect this back and forth with them.
It's looking like I have just given them £60 odd quid and they are giving me the runaround.
Every time I talk to them I have to send a complaint and I don't think they read the previous complaints.
Avoid the hassle.

Received the canvases. Wrong frame size provided to the print so please can they send the correct frame sizes. They make contacting them a near impossible mission. However, buried deep in their emails is a link to the complaints department... They are argumentative, obstanant and do not know what you originally ordered which is frightening.
My complaint is almost a month old with no replacement frames or money refunded.

Yes they are cheap you know the saying... Pay peanuts....expect..

Still waiting on my canvases one month later! Paid extra to get them here quickly as one was for my grans 90th birthday. They don’t respond to the complaint emails. Looks like a scam.

Watch out.. there is no way to contact these. The images I used where not high enough quality. It should say that when you upload.

Placed an order which they took the money for straight away and four weeks later still have not received my canvass.
They've taken almost £50 from me and there's no way of contacting them!!!

Placed an order 2 months ago but still not delivered. Sent a few messages to them but no help from them at all. They took the payment and literally taking no responsibility for the order delivery! No other way of contacting these guys.

Scam.......

Website for custom printed canvases, take your order, don’t email a conformation email. Ignore any contact from the customer, when you do get a response it’s simply saying to contact them via your order which is then ignored. Thankfully covered & paid with pay pal. Seems move like a scam than a valid company! Refunded & avoid!!
