Ordered 2 items £53, the photos of the Christmas outdoor decorations makes them look big, but they are less than 6 inches high, they now go by Kaylee Lee. I've asked for a full refund

Terrrible, cheap material and nothing like the photos shown. Didn’t even fit!

Do not buy from this crowd.
Wanted me to send it back at my expense before I get a refund. Sure I will never see my money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY SUBSIDY THAT LOOKS SIMILAR TO THIS NAME! Their products look lovely and high quality in their pictures, but the real item is cheap looking, inferior material, and nothing "hand woven" or whatever their claim is. You pay for the item. Months later, if you are lucky, you might receive a shoddy item of whatever it is you ordered. Then you have several email contacts, then everything starts bouncing back: no contact, and no refund! This company is a SHAM! Don't be fooled, like I was, by their glitzy pictures of their products! SMOKE & MIRRORS!

I ordered a king bedding set on January 15, 2020 and have yet to recieve it. I wish I would have checked all the reviews first. I did read on one business review site that they were a legit company. I have my doubts. I can't email them either and it says since january 15th that my order is being processed and that because the bedding is handmade I should expect it in 6 weeks. Well, the time has passed and I doubt I'll ever see it. Very disappointed. I'd leave a 0 rating if I could. Don't order anything from them.

I ordered 2 comforters from them back in January/2020 here it is in the middle of March an I haven't received it yet. They last email said my order was ready for shipping. Tried to reach out to them now it saying their email is no good. How do I get my money back. Or did I just get scammed.

I ordered a comforter king size package was never received. Many messages was sent to me saying it was in inspection, then it began to say it was on its way. This order was placed 1/24/20, as of this date

This company is untrusting, do not order, they are scams.

Order placed end of January. Received 3 messages updating the status, last that the Item was shipped. That was end of January. Money was removed from my account when purchase was made. All emails I have sent requesting an update/explanation have been returned as undeliverable I’m not happy with their customer service. Future buyers beware!!

I ordered 2 guitar rugs months ago. They never came and I cant find a number and the email they posted was invalid!!! Don't order from this place.

I DONNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I feel this company is a scam. I placed an order for 2 throws 2 months ago. I never received a confirmation with an order number but they pulled the money from my account immediately. When I emailed to check on my order they wanted the order number I never got. I was then told my order was shipping soon and they would let me know as soon as it shipped. No word from them since. I think they have their money and they hope we will forget. Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!

I ordered a rug for $89,got update emails 3 times, then got email for coronavirus delay. Then no news.
email bounced back, no other contact information.
I will phone my credit card company to get the money back.

Placed and order on 1/25, still no item. Emailed to ask where order was and my email came back as undeliverable!! Just created a PayPal dispute. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Scammers beware!!!!

Same wording let's throw the coronavirus in their state that they can't send anything due to the delay of the viruses presence. Very disappointed!

I placed an order January 23, received an email February 2nd that my order has been shipped and still nothing has arrived. When I try to send an email about my order I get an automated response that my email can’t be sent! Now when I try to open the link to the site the site doesn’t exist!!! I spent over $200, I’m calling my credit card tomorrow for them to look into it. What a rip off

I guess we all got scammed. Time to see if I can get a refund on my credit card!

I filed a report with FB today and I got an email from someone today Kaylee and Tepid today. kaylee @ kayleeandtepid.com Is working again, I guess. They say they have shut down the website so they won’t get any new orders due to Corona Virus. We’ll see what happens.

I ordered a rug for my grandson’s bedroom a couple of months ago. I initially got lots of updates re order progress but the last one was about 4 weeks ago stating Coronavirus had delayed its shipment. I’ve heard nothing since and emails have bounced back. 😭😡

I ordered a rug at the first of year and have not gotten it. I emailed to ask for a refund and my email bounced back. I am out over$50. This seems to be a scam.

I received merchandise that was not at all what I expected the quality to be. I contacted the company via email to return the items, They said they needed pictures, I sent them pictures of the items to be returned. The company has since blocked me via email and will not accept the returns or give me a refund. I am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and cannot believe they can run a business this way!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I paid for a quilt 23rd January then received a very flamboyant msge stating my order had been received. No further communication at all since then.
Found the item on my bank statement then responded to the original email with an enquiry as to how much longer to wait.
Like everyone else on the review page, there has been returned mail due to different configuration of the email address.
It's not a nice feeling being scammed.
Advertisements for various beautiful quilts repeatedly, harassingly displayed themselves to make the product irresistible.
I hope these people read the reviews and find it difficult to sleep peacefully. ....but they are probably laughing at our vulnerability and enjoying a stolen credit bank balance which is not a wise way to live!

I ordered January 15th paid for my bedspread and even received a confirmation email of my order.
Then I received an email stating it was delayed due to the coronavirus.
Now nothing. The emails just come back not deliverable. this is so sickening!! I asked for a refund and received an email that it would be shipped soon that was several weeks ago!
