Stole my money, never delivered product I ordered, now all weblinks and email addresses for this company are gone.

I ordered a sheep quilt and never received it. They took my money though

Purchased a rug and they shipped wrong item. They refused to ship correct item and refuse to communicate. Filing dispute with credit card company for refund ! Buyer Beware ! That are in Singapore and Rip off. Do yourself a favor and shop on legitimate sites !!!!

Well they got my 70$. Glad it wasn't more. Do not, do not order anything from these people. All my emails to them have been returned as not deliverable.

I ordered what I thought was a plush carpet .This company is a complete scam . First of all it took forever to receive my shipment. No tracking number what so ever . I then received a huge indoor / outdoor mat with a blurry picture of the carpet I thought I was ordering . I was so disappointed and sent them an email with pictures,demanding a refund . They will not send you a refund tracking label and will not pay for shipping .I went to the post office to try and mail it back .They were charging me $65.00 to ship it back . Never again will I order from websites that are located in China . They've taken advantage of Americans for a long time .

I too have been scammed. I haven't received the beautiful quilt I ordered, but received what looks like a set of sheets- so ugly I'd never use it and it's not been taken out of the bag. These people needs shut down and jailed.

I ordered two single duvet covers for my sons. I had to push them to get the tracking and the duvets did finally arrive, but they weren't a single size - too wide and too short.
I provided photos to them and they apologised for the error and offered to give me a 40% refund. I told them the duvets were useless to me and would like to return them. They advised me that I could, but that would be at my expense. So I decided to accept the partial refund. I was told I would have the refund in the next few days.... a week later I'm still waiting. Now when I try to email them my emails bounce back and the website doesn't seem to exist anymore.
Looks like I'll have to alter the covers myself... at least I received something for my money I guess.

I order my sister's Christmas gift. December 9th still haven't gotten it and I keep getting the runaround is the nothing but a scam that's money. I have lost. Well lesson learned. They'll never get any more my business.

I should have done my research on this company as the quilt I received was not a quilt. False advertising!! Buyer be aware that this is not a company you want to do business with. ) ;

This is a SCAM company. Their products are awful. They hijack the pictures from other company's sites to use as their own.

Vraiment déçue de ma housse de couette! Mauvaise qualité payé beaucoup trop cher pour ce que ça vaut...en plus j ai reçu plusieurs courriel pour me dire qu il vérifiait la qualité avant d envoyé car elle était faite à la main et fallait qu elle soit parfaite avant d envoyer. Ça pris un mois avec courrier express...Et pour recevoir de la cochonnerie. Déconseille ce site à tous!

Awful products. Ordered a rug. Wasn't a rug. It was some kind of printed cushioned material. Came folded up in a tiny bag. Should have been more suspicious when I ordered it. Plenty of poor reviews for this company

I made a order Jan 25th got emials daily until 7 days ago they said my item is being shipped I contacted them today and asked where the tracking number was and they said it hasn't been shipped yet I asked for a refund before they ship it and disputed it on paypal has anyone gotten there money back on this sigte using paypal? Also the websight is completely gone now

Going through the right channels , i am in hopes to get them off the internet and maybe even put in prison if it can be proven that they are a fraudulent company,anyway do not order from these people they are not a company they are scammers... and they will get the punishment they deserve.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered 2 quilt sets and eventually came but nothing like I ordered.Pieces of CRAP! I dont sew at all but i think i could have done a better job. How is it possible that these people can still be in business?. I had to keep the quilts as it cost way too much to send back to China. They offered 30% refund...lets see what happens.....Im doubting very much Ill see it

Absolute scam. Emails saying be patient for refund on cancelled order. Corona virus picked the right country. Do not order anything from this piece of crap company which doesn't exist. Scam site and shouldn't be allowed on internet.

This company is a fraud!!! I ordered a quilt cover nearly 2 months ago and haven't received a damn thing. I have sent emails and just been told to be patient. I have come to the conclusion that i won't be getting anything. They advertised a certain amount and took more. Disgusting humans ought to be ashamed of themselves!!!

Same here a cheap very cheaply confectioned duvet cover nothing like the picture at all have sent them an email and guess what no reply abd im out 75$ US that's 100 canadian

Unfortunately I have been scammed by this company. Horrible product(rug) which looks nothing like the picture. It isn’t even a rug but a cheap thin mat. This company needs to be stopped. I am going to try to get credit card company to do something. The return address on the package is China. Phone number on credit card charge is Hong Kong. Lesson learned, I will never order from a company without doing research. N. Underwood
