I have been scammed by this company. Their pictures and their descriptions are so far from the truth. I would love to know how to stop them. That "quilt" will be a constant reminder of how easy it is to buy into deception. I would love to get my money back, but their return policy is equivalent to breaking into Fort Knox with a return of your money as ambivalent as the weather. The smell on the quilt prevents even my dogs from using it as dog bedding. I am sure it goes without a saying, the workmanship and material are the worst.

I read all the bad reviews after I ordered my quilt, so I wasn't expecting my quilt to arrive but it did and it's beautiful and just like the picture , have ordered another one , Morag Maclennan, Darwin Australia

Should have known better.....the beautifully colorful and appliquéd, quilted throw I ordered was a very reasonable price, and according to their "happiness guarantee", I could get my money back if I was not satisfied, and didn't even have to send the product back! The throw arrived, although it took a while....and it was a piece of junk!! No more than a commercial furniture packing blanket with a superimposed photo on the front. After contacting company, they said I needed to send item back for a refund, and they did not honor their "happiness guarantee". Don't buy a thing from this company if you don't want to be cheated!!

I got scammed. Sadly. Purchased a quilt, received many emails that it was being made, inspected ,ready to be delivered, then received an email that it was delayed due to corona virus.
Now no further communication and no response to my return emails for update or money back.
No product and no refund.

Run don’t walk from this shop!! Horrible quality quilt (does NOT resemble picture)!! Can’t get a refund because it was “on sale”! If u could give no stars I would! A totally terrible transaction, and also horrible “customer service”!!

I received many emails telling me about my beautiful product and how it was ready to ship, then received an email telling me due to the corona virus they halted all production. total scam, never received the quilt I ordered. Stay far far away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a 3' x5' tufted and sculpted area rug and received
piece of fabric poorly printed and with bound with bias tape. Not worth the cost to ship it and paid $58.90. Want a refund.

I too would like to give less than 1 star. Do not buy these rugs mats and other items they sell are absolute rubbish. Total scam please don’t waste your money.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered two items, one a lovely looking quilt, the other a beautiful area rug. This was in early January, on or about January 6th. After a bit, I received a quilt that was definitely NOT like the one I ordered. The design on the quilt was similar, but it was extremely thin, didn't really have padding, and the quilting itself was nowhere near what the picture showed. I have gone back and forth trying to get an exchange or a refund. I said I would return it, but it ships--supposedly--to China. They said I could do that at my own expense and they would refund my order. Right.

Also, I have yet to receive the carpet. I'm fairly certain it's not forthcoming so I have lost over $100 on these two items. I am going to talk with my bank, but I have little hope of remedy from these scammers.

Do not buy anything from this company! I bought a piano keyboard rug which took three weeks to come from China. The rug was a foam mat. Mine had very bad damage. Wrinkles all over it which I couldn’t get out. I emailed kayleeandtepid and sent pictures. They said that they would give me a 20% refund . I said I wanted a full refund because the rug was damaged and that was in accordance with their warranty online. They agreed and told me to mail it to their warehouse in China. I went to UPS end it would cost me $108 to mail it! Why would I mail it for that much to get back $84? When I emailed them again to ask for an address in the United States to mail it to, they said I had to mail it to China and I was responsible for the mailing cost. Ridiculous! What a scam! I sure learned my lesson the hard way. Do not do as I did. Stay away!!.

Like everyone else got my order of a rug and it’s a foam mat that has had the printing done on it
I’d ordered the jungle rug and it arrives as everyone else said it does......folded up and cheap rubbish
There’s no way I’d even have it in the garage!
So that’s cost me $140.00 AUD so after reading all the other reviews of people trying to get refunds I’ll cut my losses and a big lesson to learn before ordering from sites you’re not familiar with do your research first!
I hope they all get the corona virus for being so deceitful in their dealings with poor unsuspecting people who put their money and trust into them

Horrible company. Fraudulent advertising of full refund if you hate it with no return of merchandise. Color was way off. Have been battling to return it for a week. They should be banned from selling.

I saw on their website a beautiful rug which i purchased $211.40Au. I received a picnic blanket...is the best description. NOTHING like they had advertised. It cost me $56.65 to return it. I am still awaiting a refund and now Paypal is involved, they are scammers and cheats.

You want me to share a review on my order, l oreded a quilt cover &pillow case set they looked magnificent in the pictures but that's where it all went wrong. When my delivery come and l opened it up l was waiting for someone to come in and say you've just been punked, the quality wasn't anything like the pictures it was so bad l thought they must have had some 2 year old kids doing the job it is that bad!! Will never buy anything from this pretend store again and highly recommend that No one else does as you will be wasting your time and your money. They took over two weeks to make something that looked like it took a minute to make then got told they where making sure it was top quality before sending it to me 🤔 l think the person who is head off quality control must have left their seeing eye dog at home when it was inspected!! Buyers beware not quality at all!! The only thing it's good for is rags now!!

I have a feeling a lot of people don't read the descriptions entirely. I ordered a duvet cover and pillowcases. That's what I got. You cant fault a company because you failed to read the item description properly. What I ordered looked like the picture and the quality seems good. No complaints about the product but the website was weird to navigate through. I asked for help on customer service and it went nowhere- that's why I gave it 4/5 stars. Otherwise, I got what was expected- a radical bedroom set. If you're thinking about buying a duvet cover and pillowcases, I would say go for it!

Quality is horrid, does not look like the picture that was on their web page. Size was not as said, barley fits the bed. I will never order from them again. I lost 70+ dollars...pure crap

Really needs an option for zero stars as this is not a legitimate company. What they send you is not what you purchased. Their email doesn’t work, there is no return address or way to get refund. It is an advertise with someone else’s pictures, send garbage and probably close company and open as another name.

I placed my order 12/17/19 and they took my money and I never received my rug. How do I get my money back?
So Sad.

PRODUCT IS CRAP! This company is a scam! What they show is NOT what they send. NOW their email address is no longer available. I received my horrible quality and fake order and I have no way to contact them. They have moved on to the next scam and victims.

I'm leaving them to GOD to deal with them.

One star is too generous- this company sells rubbish and Facebook should refuse to accept their adverts - I wouldn’t buy anything advertised on Facebook ever again without check on TrustPilot.
