Item received was not even close to what was shown in the picture. I will never buy from this company again!

Scam!! I want my money back!!!! I am Po’d! This was on an add on fb. Facebook black ball this company and affiliates!!

I ordered two rugs and received both without a problem. They were as I expected for the price.

Both are exactly the same as the online photos.

They kept in touch while the rugs were being despatched.

I intend to buy from them again,

This company is total bogus!! They scammed me out of $100.00 and I am FURIOUS!!! Taught me a hard lesson~ read reviews before making a purchase from an unknown company. It took four weeks to receive my product which wasn’t even what I ordered!! Correspondence with “representative” was from a completely different company called Printabel in which sender couldn’t even speak proper English. Offered me a 30% discount on next item I would purchase with them. I explained over and over that I received the wrong item and they stopped contact with me after telling me to mail it back if I wanted a refund on MY DIME to some bogus address in China!!! The return address on my package was Avelin NJ which turned out to be an empty lot of land. What a scam and they are obviously still operating. I am reporting them to the BBB but as far as getting my money back, I can kiss it goodbye. This company came up on Facebook as Kaylee and Tepid. Scumbag criminals!!!!!

The time frame promised was fine, but the Quality was crap. Extremely expensive Crap. So disappointed Never order from this company and on top of that it wasn't the one I had ordered.

DO NOT BUY!!! Please read all of the reviews I had the same horrible experience with everything that everyone here has already stated. I thought I was ordering a beautiful coastal plush rug and I also got a cheap piece of crap thin foam with a facsimile picture stamped on it and that too was done poorly. I have reported them to eBay MasterCard as fraudulent and I’m working the process.

I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from Kayleeandtepid. I was heart-broken when I finally received my orders. They are cheap photo-shopped ripped-off copies of someone else's Products put on cheap, thin fabric. I contacted them within the "30-day" guaranteed refund time asking for my money back, but I just get excuses and an offer to refund 30% only. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Got my order today. I ordered a plush comforter. I got a cheap liner made out of cheap stiff nylon.And a very different pattern than on a picture Don't know if it worth to start returning process....

To return the defective "rug" would cost over 800.00$ as they require it to be sent back to China on my dime. The rug I received didn't look like the picture I ordered from. The actual print was distorted and the quality was atrocious! There is no customer service an I am left with a useless/defective item that I will dispose of as they will not remedy their responsibility as merchants. This is a scam and a shame!

BE BEWARE OF KAYLEEANDTEPID - OVER 500 COMPLAINTS
I ordered 2 thick pile rugs from this company in December. I was bombarded with emails like these:

"Currently, the order is being processed, and we’re making sure to deliver the quality that will rock your socks off, literally."

"I’ll get back to you in the following days with the latest update from the product assembly line."

"I’m looking at it right now, and it looks AMAZING. I’m thinking about how you’ll be happy when this beauty arrives at your doorstep".

"The product inspection was finished and the product was in flawless condition!."

The "rugs" eventually arrived a month later. I received 2 folded up mats with a picture sprayed onto it. One of the mats came from 191 Blair Road, Avenel, NJ 07001 and the other from China. It turns out the New Jersey address is a vacant lot. I've tried contacting them, but they have stopped responding to any of my emails. They will not give me an address to return the rugs and they won't give a refund.

It turns out that there are over 500 complaints about this company. They keep coming up under different names like Printabel, AzCozy.com.

Their website has their contact information as: Email: kayleekayleeandtepid.kinsta.cloud, Company: Bluex Pte Ltd, Address: 1 Raffles Place #40-02, One Raffles Place, 048616, Singapore, First, the email address isn't real because it's sponsored via ksd1.klaviyomail.com. So you literally cannot track these people down. Second, that Singapore address is a virtual address for various businesses in Singapapore.

I've file complaints against them with the FTC, BBB, USPS and Consumer Affairs in NJ since one of the packages came from there, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!!!!

Finally received my second part of my order today took over 5 weeks. Doona set. Nothing like what I ordered. Cheap quality synthetic printed washed out color. Bombarded with gmails telling at what status my order was at. How happy I was going to be with my order. What a disappointment. Never will be ordering from them again. Should not be allowed to advertise online. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This same "company" was just operating under the name of AzCozy.com.
I reported them to the BBB for fraud. Pictures used on site are stolen from legitimate sites and the so called "pile rugs" are nothing but stolen designs printed onto a cheap foam "fabric". All this coming from China. Originally they gave a fake address in Texas, and NO phone contact. The "rug" may arrive eventually. but it will be a little folded up piece of material in a plastic bag - either from China or another bogus address in New Jersey.
Don't lose your $ on their scam!

-5 star in my book. I still have not received my rug. I was notified on 01/16/20 that it would be shipped soon. Sent an email with no response from them.... SCAM!!! Did not read reviews ugh. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER. KAYLEEANDTEPID needs to be shut down off of facebook.

Believe me I didn't even want to give 1 star. I ordered a really nice beach themed quilt. When I got it it was just a cheap knockoff screen printed piece of material. Then when I got the "ocean" rug which advertised as a large pile area rug all I got was a cheap piece of foam stamped with something I can't even recognize. This company needs to be shut down for false advertising. Don't order anything from them it will be the cheapest knockoff, actually knockoffs look better than this crap does. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!!!

Don't even think of buying from this company! Their products are rubbish, and delivery is slow. Like others who have written comments here, I purchased a quilt which was adorable on Facebook. The product is a mere excuse of a quilt. Extremely poor quality. The picture looked like applique but is poor quality printed fabric. This is definitely misrepresentation. I'm not even going to try and get my money back. Lesson learned - read the reviews before you buy. It would seem the company doesn't read them, or they just don't care.

I had to wait almost a month to receive this ugly rug. It’s a totally different style of what I ordered and the quality is the worst. I wouldn’t even put this rug in the dog room. I paid $129.00 and now the want me to pay the return to see if I qualify for a refund. Do you know how much is going to cost me to ship this ugly thing back? Probably more that what it cost me, so I called it “a rain check”.
