Wish I could give zero stars! What a rip-off (should've read the reviews before ordering). The "rug" is a photograph of a rug printed onto a cheap piece of foam. Don't be fooled! Writing off this $90 to a learning experience. (Oh, and I'm reporting them to Facebook as a fraud so that they can't scam anyone else there... please do the same if you ordered from a Facebook ad).

This company needs to be shut down....nothing but a rip off! I order a pile rug from Kaylee and Tepid...what I got was from a company called Printabel. The took a bad picture of the rug I wanted and "printed" it on a large bath mat!! These people are crooks..pure and simple!!

BIG MISTAKE!!! I should have read these reviews before purchasing from them. I ordered the quilt blanket and it is nothing like a quilt blanket. It is a very cheap piece of printed fabric. Total garbage. Please pass the word around not to purchase from them. I am informing everyone I know not to get tricked by them and I have blocked all communication with them. BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!

DON'T do it!!!!! You will be very disappointed with the quality and service of your purchase... And when you try to return it they disappear!!! Please don't waste your money!!!!!

Honestly i dont even want to give any stars. I ordered from them thinking it came from NJ only to find out it comes from China. Then, they didnt put my last name on the package and did not include my unit# so the package is out there somewhere. I have asked for a refund but only recd one with very broken english. Please do not purchase from this company. Just a big scam. Now i am out $80.00

A TOTAL rip off -
Against my better judgment, spent $89.90 for a KING embroidery pattern Christmas sheet set.
Received some crappy single TWIN flat PRINTED sheet with a totally different pattern.
Currently in an email exchange with them that’s going nowhere.

They first offered 30% refund ($27) plus 30% store coupon. Rejected.

Now they want me to return the items back to China (my expense of $35-$40), and upon receipt they will refund!! Wrong again scammers.

I’m sure I will lose my money. But anybody interested in a crappy printed flat sheet and 2 pillowcases??

Web site it’s a blu ex pte co which is Pakistan And sent from China.
This company pop advertises on Facebook and elsewhere and within your trusted groups. Somehow they shd be able to be stopped. Prob laughing at how much money they scammed from everyone. After over 20 emails they finally agreed to refund me. Still waiting, I know I prob won’t get but I am a constant thorn I am hoping.

I knew that the rug I ordered would be a joke after reading all the reviews. It was just like everyone was saying!
The 5 ft round rug was not much thicker than a table cloth and nothing like the pictures!
I will not waste my time or energy even attempting a refund!

Did not get the QUILT i ordered,instead i received a very ugly spread.I can't even call it a quilt.WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!VERY UNHAPPY.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I never received my merchandise on one order, and the other--I received only a sheet out of an entire bed set. What I received also looked nothing like the pictures they advertised. Please never use this company.

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered a rug and almost a month later I was Sent a link for tracking which has been the same since 1/16/20. It hasn’t even left China so I’m doubting I will get my rug but I’m not going to accept losing my money. I’ll do my research and see what I can do to get My money back. Please please please don’t use this company. They are thieves.

I wish I would of seen these reviews before I bought it. Never received the merchandise. Emails are all computer generated and they have not responded to numerous inquiries. I will check with PayPal next to see what can be done. AT this point I no longer want the bed set. I finally received the merchandise. Extremely LONG shipping time. Th bed set is nice but I will not use this seller again

I wish I had of seen the other reviews before I purchased my rug or what I thought was a rug. Cheap imitation with blurry pictures. Nothing like what is shown in the picture. BEWARE BUYERS

This company doesn't even deserve a star. If you are lucky enough to get what you ordered, it will come 30 days late. The reason for this is because of their so-called return policy. No returns after 30 days, and no returns unless the item is damaged. Basically, it's a Chinese company selling very very cheap knock offs. I ordered a rug with a seahorse for my grandchildren's room. What I received after 30 days was a very large, very cheap, foam backed bathroom mat. It's not a matter of getting what you paid for. It it isn't anywhere near worth what I paid for, and it is a horrible silk-screened print that they obviously took from a photograph they found online at the legitimate website where the product is actually made. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a carpet for my husband a month and a half later I am still waiting for it. I sent e-mails because there isnt a phone number to contact them. I was given a number to track with but the number ended up not being valid :(

they are quick to bill your card and then not deliver on their service promise.

Still no product and it's been weeks

I never received my order. They will not respond to messages and I have not received a refund. Do not use this company!

It's offensive and nobody should ever be disrespectful regarding religion! We wouldn't walk on any scriptures from the bible?

Several emails have been sent to this company to withdraw it from sales, but they choose to ignore it! I'm very surprise, it's located in Singapore as it's a multicultural country and all religions are respected. There is a petition about this on a website called Change.org

I'm from the UK... So imagine how many people worldwide has signed it? Judging by the past reviews? This company has no standards! It's not just Trustpilot.. Even on Google and Tripadvisor!
