OH! Why didn't I read some reviews before I ordered a $200 rug? The rug looked so beautiful, I just had to have it! That was on December 14, 2019 that I ordered the rug, with the advertised PROMISE that I would have it in time for Christmas. WELL....fast forward to today, January 22, 2020. I still DO NOT have my rug! There is no phone number to call. The email correspondence is worthless. The tracking number shows my purchase has been in China since December 22nd and has NOT moved at all since then. Every response from them (email) has them reminding me that "it's on it's way" but NOT according to the tracking....I GOT FLAT OUT RIPPED OFF! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KAYLEE and TEPID ! They are liars!

Ordered the GSP Quilt in early December. Received it today. Got a couple of emails saying working on your order, quality control checked and ready to ship etc. Received another email with Canadian tracking number telling me it had shipped. Oh it was shipped, not from the US as I thought, but from China!
Very strong chemical smell when opened. Quality is not what expected. Very thin and pictures are blurred and hard to see with the machine quilting thread in a contrasting colour.
Not worth the price or the wait. Wish I had seen this site before ordering.

The pictures of quilts on their website are beautiful - so I ordered 5 as gifts. WHAT A MISTAKE!! What I got was:

1) Not the same pattern as what I ordered - not even close
2) Screen printed onto polyester (not cotton, as advertised)
3) Blurry images
4) Quilted with as few lines of stitching as possible

PLEASE read their return policy before you order anything! They DO NOT REFUND and only exchange if your item is damaged and you notify them within 30 days OF YOUR ORDER DATE.

This is a SCAM! I'm contacting my credit card company immediately!

Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures!!
My second ‘quilt’ arrived today- if anything worse than the first ( see other review). It bears no resemblance whatsoever to the online promotion pictures. It’s basically a cheap piece of tacky fabric (with colours very different to the one on their site), which has basic, wiggly quilting stitch all over, instead of the intricate pattern I was expecting.

It is total garbage.

I have written asking for a refund- will see what happens.....

Sure wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this SHAM operation. Ordered what I thought was a 3 foot round pile rug for $40. What I received is a nylon/polyester piece of crap rug that isn't worth $10. Filing a dispute with my credit card company. Lesson learned. NEVER, EVER order any crap from Facebook!!!!!

Wow. Sure wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Took over a month to get here, was supposed to be a twin sized duvet cover. It’s over a FOOT too short, blurry picture and the duvet doesn’t fit inside because it’s not the right size. I shudder to think what kind of operation they are running- they are paying a ton to get their products to come up first in searches and somehow are still in business without one single positive review. Total scam.

Beach themed rug advertised look lush, pretty, perfect. Received flimsy cheap paper thin matt. Waited a month for this.

So so disappointed !! Quality is not a word this Christmas piece of material. So cheap and ugly. It looks like nothing that was advertised. Received last night, wrote to them right away and asked for a return label in order for me to get a refund. They offered me a 30% refund ... I have kept everything in original package. Oh and get this, they are offering me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Not going to happen. Do not buy anything from this company. It’s a fraud. Awful awful

I can't even say about the quality because I still don't have it!
I ordered on December 21th and the last update I had was on January 7th and today is January 21th and nothing yet!!!
I don't know if the problem is the store or the DHL company!!
And I payed the express!!!
I'm so disappointed.

Ordered the horse Christmas quilt blanket, arrived in two weeks to Alberta Canada, the colours and picture was beautiful, but quality control is terrible. There was no microfiber on the inside for warmth, plus there was another small picture of the horses superimposed on the larger blanket. I am so sorry that I didn't read the reviews first.
Waste of money, 1 star is too much. Don't give this company the time of day....very disappointed Canadian

Save your time & money!!! I had ordered a quilt that was cute, cute, cute; however when I received my purchase I was EXTREMELY disappointed and ANGRY!!! I wish I could give you a photo of “WHAT” I thought I had purchased and what I received. It’s a poor attempt of a KNOCK-OFF! Quality?... there isn’t any, APPEARANCE was NOTHING like the photo on their POPUP on FACEBOOK!!! I even went and checked out their WEBSITE & it was identical photos as on FACEBOOK. If you read JUST a few of the REVIEWS trust me you’ll not bother with their product. I have received several emails from KAYLEE and tepid offering me 30% refund & another 30% off my next purchase...believe me there WON’T BE A NEXT TIME!!!

I had excitedly picked out a rug and a quilt cover set as well as a cushion cover. Something didn’t seem right, I thought the rug was way too cheap for what looked like a nice thick piled rug. I’m so glad I searched reviews for this company. Thanks to all who have posted, you saved me a couple of hundred dollars.

Do not order from this company!!! Cheap material and front of blanket has copyrighted pictures !!! Picture of flowers actually has Shutterstock written across them. Company refused to do anything

Sent item different than what was ordered. Paid extra for DHL shipping, ($20), to insure delivery in 7 days. Received via US Postal service over 20 days later. Company never responded to my email. I would not recommend that anyone deal with this company.

Literally don’t waste your money. Cheap material. Not at all the same thickness in material depicted. Only wanted to refund me 30% of what I paid. TOTAL RIP-OFF!

They are a “Bait and Switch” scam Company located in Shanghai China. I ordered what looked like a beautiful Queen size Christmas quilt on line. When it arrived in my mailbox approximately 20 days later I knew it was a scam immediately as the package was very small and was the size of a dress shirt package. On opening I was shocked! It was a badly photographed pixilated and blurry rendition printed on thin ,cheap ,dingy, polyester mix sheet material. I contacted Pay Pal immediately and they are investigating. Beware if you want to send something back it will cost you a large amount of money they claim they will not refund! There are over 500 one star reviews from furious customers but on their internet ad they show a 4-5 star rating....
They also sell rugs and do the same thing!

Don’t expect PAYPAL to help you! After sending umpteen emails and dealing with numerous PAYPAL customer service reps they claimed they could not do anything even though they agreed It was fraud. I would have to return it at my cost which was 50% on top of what I had already been charged. PayPal continues to do business with this Company ignoring the hundreds of complaints and pocketing the profit they are obviously making. Shameful...

Do not buy from this so called company, they are scammers...you will never get your order!!

Bought 2 rugs and it’s been 2 months haven’t received ... after numerous emails they replied saying that it has been sent it should be on its way ...

Disrespectful products designed specifically to promote hate mongering amongst certain religious groups. Admin contacted and no response or action. I would leave Zero stars if it was possible.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, I ordered a quilt which was on facebook that looked amazing - WOW what a shock when it arrived and it was NOTHING like the picture - it was badly printed fabric stitched over - not quilted at all - you will be throwing your money away by buying from this company
