This company is taking pictures of quilt artists work and selling them as their own. Complete scammers, don’t trust them please.

Horrible rip off. Total misrepresentation of product. They don't even deserve one star. Despicable.

We ordered a 50.00 rug which was more like a bath mat, it took forever to come, I'd like to return it but I read the reviews and I won't waste my time, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I found Kayleeandtepid on facebook. I'm so glad I read reviews first before placing my order. As usual facebook is not vetting these bogus companies well enough and it appears no one is happy.
I encourage anyone who comes across this company to stop them from scamming any other people. Write that you read the reviews and encourage facebook to remove their ads now.

I ordered a bedding set and was not happy with how it looked when i received it. I contacted the company to request a return and refund. The representative was very nice but informed me that they don't do returns and offered only 30% refund. She asked that I donate it as they can't take it back. I didn't think the item received was exactly what i ordered. It also wasn't wide enough to hang over the sides of my king-sized bed. Very disappointed.

Saw thair ad on Facebook.The ad gives the impression that any product that you order is made as soon as your order is received and that shipment is very fast.Three weeks since I ordered from them and I still have not received the item that I ordered.

I just received 1 of the rugs (if you want to call it that) that I ordered. More like a $5 bath mat. The picture on the AD is a pile carpet. The description is pile carpet. This is a blurry photo of an actual rug. Not even the right colors. Absolute garbage. I probably will never receive rug(haha) number 2. Rip off. I should have done some due diligence. The price is not cheap...and you have no idea where it is coming from until you place the order. 1 star is too high for this product. Lesson learned. Would love to be able to post photos.

This company is basically a scam.
I ordered a throw that when received looked like a bad joke. Not only is it cheap the words were stamped onto the fabric and smeared.
I contacted the company and was told they would give me a 30% refund and 30% off my next purchase.
This was purchased for a gift. I cannot give this junk to Goodwill much less give as a gift. I also will not be stupid enough to buy another product.
I informed them of this and was told to ship it back to Shanghai and when they received it they would send a refund.
Based on other reviews , getting a refund from them will never happen.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a quilt with shams for Christmas and it arrived late so I asked to return it.. well I was told No. I even offered to return it and purchase something for my bed and pay the difference! There are NO Customer Service skills with these people whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, if for some reason, ANY REASON, that you are not satisfied, they are not willing to even compromise; it's just to bad, so sad.

1 star is a huge over estimation. I ordered a rug in September and received the wrong print. After 15 emails they eventually advised to return to them......which I foolishly did. Since then and another 30 emails later, NO Reply. I am now out of pocket of over $180 and they will not answer my emails. A very disappointing experience.

Dont buy from this company took 2 months for order to come in i ordered a bed set and there was no comforter with it even thrlough it said there was no one will answer my question feel ripped off

Totally disastrous, I never saw anything of such poor quality. I feel scammed. It was due for Christmas, and it arrived on January 15. Threads come out everywhere in the seams. Shameful.
And now, for spanish speaking buyers:

One is the lowest I can give, total waist of my money, Order the bed set and received a size smaller than I ordered, left them a message with no reply. Also order the rug to go with the bed set and did not receive it. Paid for express shipping and then sent the one item I did receive by USPS regular mail. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life! I will never order anything from KayleeAndTepid again! Total ripoff.

My mum bought me a doona cover and pillow set from here. She paid the extra $20 for express. It took 5 weeks to arrive. The item is terrible. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for that type of quality let alone the $120 it actually cost. The seem for the panels has been sewn on the outside in white on a black fabric. So cheaply made. It wasn't even the one she order on top of that, she sent multiple emails chasing the item, wanting the money back for express as it didn't even leave their warehouse for 2 weeks. And all they would reply is be patient. Terrible customer service, rip off, scam!!! Do not use!!!!

I wish I had of seen this site as well!! I am so disappointed I ordered new bedding - hockey themed for my boys for Christmas. So to my surprise they didn't open the boxes until Christmas morning Dec 25, 2019 and there were several brown stains on the white bedding!! The extra fuzzy blanket I paid $50 for was done in ORANGE THREAD!!!!!!! It is terrible so I emailed them on January 6th, 2020 for a partial refund and they said I was too late!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want over priced low quality items with stains delivered to your house!! I'm so upset about all the money I spend on this terrible bedding.

Unfortunately, I’m with all of you that trusted this company to deliver the items purchased . I wish I had seen this site first ! I would never have bought from this company with reviews like this. I found it only after I felt there was something wrong with my order.
Like everyone else, my parcel has been well over 30 days and still haven’t received it!!
I’m already prepared the rug ( if I even get it that is ) will be a piece of crap !!! I agree with all those who bought an item from this company! This company KayleeAndTepid is a scam ! Sadly to say ~ buying on line is the norm now a days ! We are a perfect target !!
We just have to be more careful when buying on line that the company is legit! Not like KayleeAndTepid !

Just received my Starfish Quilt cover set...not turquoise.as pictured but a wishy washy..light blue piece of thin cotton.with starfish ? on it?.too embarrassed to say how much I paid...probably won't even use it...So disappointed and angry at myself for not reading reviews...looked lovely in the picture...Do not deal with this company!!!
