I read the reviews fifteen minutes after placing my order in November and IMMEDIATELY wrote to them to cancel. I think I might be the only person on these review sites who actually got their money back, so I'm pretty happy about that.

HOWEVER...the week after the refund was processed through PayPal, my account was hacked, the password was changed and my credit-card was compromised. Coincidence? I don't think so. Rip-off, scammy company that goes by multiple names (check out Azcozy.com--a twin website with three times as many bad reviews!).

I didn’t even want to give this company 1 star. They put the wrong address on my purchase order then when I told them it was wrong they told me it could not be corrected (even though it had not shipped yet) and I would have to go to the address they got wrong and get my package. I paid extra for 7 day shipping. They gave me a partial refund. My package was never delivered and now they are ignoring my emails since I am asking for a full refund. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I regret not reviewing this company before spending my money. The comforter cover I purchased was not as pictured. The comforter had a ski collage/theme and looked fantastic in the on-line photo, but the on-line depictions are deceitful. When it arrived each of the pictures in the collage had been enlarged from an original and were horribly BLURRY. It is also cheaply made. Unfortunately, I also did not realize it was shipping from China. And because it shipped from China, it took over 5 weeks to arrive. This company cleverly created a return policy designed only to make them money on their shoddy products. If the return is made after 30 days of purchase, all costs to make the return are on the purchaser. So a product that took 5 weeks to arrive would cost me at least half the original cost to return it. This company is a sham. Beware and do your research before purchasing a product that seems too good to be true. I will endeavor to spread the truth about this company on every review site I find.

I wanted to update you guys. My order came with no pillow cases and crappy thin sheet. I asked for refund and guess what. You have to send package back to Singapore with tracking number. That cost more than $60. Very clever. Then I asked for what I paid for, my two pillow cases and was told no because I already said I wanted refund. What! Has anyone had any luck getting money back and how did you do it. I've contacted federal trade commission and a few other places.

I wish there was a minus 5 stars I like everyone else on here got a piece of crap. I ordered a 5 foot round "rug" it came in a two by two envelope and it is the worst reproduction I have ever seen printed on a crappy piece of foam something it won't lay flat and it has spots on it from where the print messed up. I am not even going to try and get a refund after reading some of the other reviews but like everyone else I wish I had read the reviews before ordering NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I new I should have read the reviews first. Cheaply made and definitely not worth the money. Now how do I return this piece of crap?

Ordered a butterfly doona cover set for my daughter for Christmas, it arrived yesterday and looks like it was sewn by a blind person.lt is not even worth keeping.

Stolen images - which makes this company a fraud.

These bad reviews and comments are no lie. On their site are fraudulent reviews. This site is a scam. I ordered a rug, and it's like an oversized dish drying sheet. They've obviously ripped the image of the rig that I wanted off of the internet and printed it on this foam mat. It's literally pixelated. This has got to be illegal. I feel like I just burned $80, which is pretty much what I just did. So. Mad.

I have had the same experience as everyone else on this site. Throw ordered on December 10th. Paid extra to "have it before the holidays" as they suggested. I finally received the email it's been delivered on January 9th, almost one month later. After reading the quality comments, I have little hope it will even be worth keeping. I would strongly suggest steering away from this company. Lesson learned.

Update. The throw arrived and it's just as awful as all the reviews of the other products. I won't even let my dog use it.

Ohhh I only wish I read all these comments before hand. $117 dollars later. My Blanket cover arrived expecting a coverlet getting a cheap thin Duvet cover. One of the pillow cases had printed ink marks on it. As my e-mails from them stating they don't let anything get though their quality control. I'm asking for a refund but not holding my breath after reading the reviews here.

Ordered a custom printed throw blanket from this site. For $69US, so I expected it would be of reasonable quality. When it arrived, it was so thin you could almost see through it. So disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for a friend, but the quality was so cheap that I had to buy something else and - well - the purchase was a total waste.
Crap product. Poor customer service. Will never purchase form them again.

My order took 30 days to arrive at my doorstep and let me say that I will never do business with this company again. Each time I inquired they would send me coupons for discounts on future orders and this made me even more upset. They care nothing about you or your purchase. They kept saying your top quality carpet is being made. When I received it and unwrapped it..., I'd never seen such a hot piece of garbage in my life. It's not even a carpet. It's a 8' x 5' photo rubberized mat. It came folded up in a two foot by two foot square. How many of you have purchased a 8' X 5' rug and could fold it into a 2' X 2' square bag... It's more like a bathroom matt than a rug. Take my advice... shop somewhere else if you like receiving good products because you're going to waste your money with this company. Terrible! Ordered a comforter cover. Zipper was broken. I emailed them repeatedly to replace and they wanted me to pay shipping to get it back to China. Then they offered to refund a small portion to my PayPal and even that they didn’t follow through on. Would never order from them again.

Wow! I ordered a rug on Dec. 14th. I came in January. They kept telling me they were checking it for quality. Well, if that was the fact,..they are just incredibly dishonest! I paid 69.95 for a baseball diamond rug. It turned out to be a glorified bathmat. Instead of shipping it on a roll, like most of my rugs do come, it was crammed in a small bag and now has permanent creases in it! I have written them 3 emails complaining and asking for a refund....no answer yet after a week. I will be contacting my credit card company today, they are not going to get my money!

If I could give less than one star I would!! I placed an order for a queen sized bedding set on December 9th, I paid $19.97 for GUARANTEED 10 day shipping and I did not get the duvet cover until January 6th!! When I emailed them (because there is no phone number to call!) they would rarely respond and when I did get one it was they were busy!!! The product is also the cheapest thing I have ever seen came with a hole where the zipper is and is the poorest workmanship I have ever seen!!! Also is not as wide as a normal queen blanket!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
