Like most others here, I ordered a rug from this company on Facebook Marketplace, and got several friendly emailed updates before being told the coronavirus was going to delay delivery. I figured it would be a writeoff, and I could ask my credit card company for a refund for non-delivery. However, BE WARNED, today I got an email from a company called "Printliking" selling the same rug for $20 off, with photos of other rugs that were also sold by Kaylee and Tepid. Googling Printliking doesn't turn up anything remotely like an ecommerce firm, so it's almost certainly the same scammers.

I am with most of the others on this page. I placed an order in January, got several update emails and now they are MIA! My credit card was charged over $250 US (I am Canadian) That hurts!! My emails are bouncing back and contact is not available. I did see some reviews from people who actually received a product but most people it appears are in the same boat as me! I saw one review where the person said they were refunded....I would love to know how they managed that?!?!

I ordered the Octopus rug... NOT A RUG. Cheap thin blanket material.. Cost me $80. Quality is worth about $20..
I'll admit the pattern is pretty but I can't use it as a rug, I could pass it off as a wall hanging at best. Its flimsy and cheap, and the underside doesn't grab the floor, so it slips all over the place. I thought I was getting a pile rug, but it feels like smooth cheap blanket crap...
I have yet to get a refund, they would offer me 30%, I accepted because I trusted a partial refund over trying to send it back. They mention it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping on returns. I don't trust sending something back and I would only get a refund once they receive it in warehouse. Where is this anyways??
So now all of my emails to get my 30% back aren't going through and their website is gone. WTH?! SCAM disgusting people!!!
They promised a partial refund, I have asked many times, and I still haven't gotten it. This started about 2 weeks ago for the refund. Still none. I hope they lose everything and go bankrupt.

I placed an order in January this do call company took my money and never send me my order. I have my lawyer on this. It was my husbands valentine present. They would send me messages that my order was delayed , in process but I never recieved it. $78.00. We will find you. When I email you Kelly it tells me that my message can't be delivered.

Don't deserve one star. I was so excited to order a friend a blanket and like a few other reviewers got the Corona virus bs. Now my emails are rejected and their website gone. Probably scamming under another name.

This company is an absolute SCAM. They ripped me off!!! I ordered something as a Christmas present and never ever received it. They do not reply their support emails either. Eventually they CHANGED their email address so I could not write to them any longer and now i've lost over 100 bucks buying a rug and have to go through the hassle of getting my credit card changed. These people SICKEN me... imagine having Christmas promotions and STEALING money from people and delivering NOTHING. Yep... welcome to Kaylee and Tepid! ABSOLUTE WORST online experience of my entire life!

Ordered what looked like a beautiful rug sometime early January. I DID see the charge on my credit card bill, even though I haven't yet received it! Immediately I called my bank to stop payment, as I had plenty of time to read all the HORRIBLE reviews!!! As of today I haven't heard a word from them.
Tried to contact them by phone and e mail, couldn't do either.

I ordered some doona covers from Kaylee and Tepid and they never arrived. I have tried to send many emails but the emails keep getting rejected. There is no way to contact this company to find out where my order is or to get a refund. What a SCAM! I buy online all the time but this is the first time ever I have been scammed by a company. I am furious! I have submitted a formal report to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I suggest anyone else who has been scammed by this company or other online shopping companies to do the same. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill in the form.

I ordered a pickle ball blanket/duvet set and said it was delayed because of corona virus and now all their email has been shut down. Not sure what to do at this point

I was told my throw was on way and then they said it was held up as factory closed due to the coronavirus ??? I replied to that and since have heard nothing else .They need to be prosecuted for fraud . .I am going to alert the police fraud squad and the Banks etc to try and stop them .

Do not order from this company! I ordered two quilts. The company sent two totally different items that were not even close to what I ordered. They at first refused to accept a return. After several angry emails from me, they said I would have to pay the return shipping charges to Shanghai, China which even on the slowest boat were 3 times what I paid for the articles. They then refused to refund my money. After several more emails from me, they blocked me and my last email bounced back. Not only were the items not what I ordered but were extremely poor quality. I can’t use them for anything and cannot get my money refunded from the company. This is a total scam!!

These guys are risky to buy from. I ordered in late January, and in on February 4th got a notice that it was being sent to the quality control site for shipping, and I would get a tracking number in 30 hours. Never got a shipping number. On February 9, I got a notice that shipping was being delayed due to the coronavirus. On February 18th, I sent an email to inquire about status. The email bounced back as undeliverable. The website at kayleeandtepid.com is down. Since they are not contactable, I have initiated a dispute for the charge with my credit card.

TOTAL SCAM BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!This is nothing but a scam. Once I said to cancel my order and return my money the email address was no longer valid. Kept coming back to me.

I ordered 2 rugs over a month plus ago! Still have no rugs and got the run around about the shipment being not sent due to the coronavirus. And now both their website is down and their email. Nice one... I think we all just got duped.

I ordered a gift for my daughters birthday a month ago and still have not received anything in the mail!!!! I have tried contacting them by email but keep getting 'error' or 'undelivered' These people are thieves:( they stole my money... Lesson learnt, I will always check the companies reviews first....

Ordered a hummingbird rug a month ago received nothing no emails!!!! Nothing very disappointed BS!!!!!!

Ordered a rug a month ago. Never received the order. Got tons of "catchy" emails telling me that my order was being checked, double-checked, etc. But again, never actually received the order. Asked for a refund about 1 week ago. This time, I got a response from what seemed like an actual person saying, "be patient" "we will let you know when your order is cancelled and your refund has been processed". A day later, that same person emailed saying that the order had been cancelled and that my refund had been submitted. I checked my bank and found nothing. This was 5 or so days ago. I've tried emailing that person back and keep getting "error" and "undeliverable" messages. This company is a fraud!!!!

I got nothing and their site seems to have vanished and so has their e mail. :(

Not only did it take a long time to get it was awful quality. It was folded so it has wrinkles all over it that wont come out. I wouldn't call this piece of junk a rug it's more like a mat! Poor quality and no way to reach the company to fix this. Glad it was only 50$ I lost!!!

Wasn’t sure what star to give because I never got the product but I did receive a full refund. I ordered a cat quilt and then, as in most of the cases in the reviews below, the emails started coming with updates. I then stupidly looked at the reviews for the company (will do this pre-order in future!) And realised I had probably lost my money. I got an email stating shipping was delayed due to Coronavirus so I asked for a refund. Even though they’d agreed I still wasn’t sure I’d get it. But I did. I really did. I’m relieved and glad of it.
