Again should be no stars ordered 2 rugs months
Ago got the delay email never seen or heard from them again
Expecting items to be rubbish but I paid $300 for them so would like something for my money

Fraudulent company, the item will not be the one pictured, it will arrive badly faulted, you will be offered 30% rebate by 'Nancy' and then suddenly the email no longer works - WHAT A RIP OFF, DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THIS MOB OF SHYSTERS! Only gave 1 star because I had to to write this review.

I'm sick about this. I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered. I was very vulnerable, having lost my dear little black cat at the beginning of January. So I tearfully ordered a set of black cat sheets and pillowcases. I too got the delay notice due to corona virus. They also promised me a tracking number which never came. I have the invoice, the order number, etc.,but no product.

I ordered a hawaiian quilt from Kaylee and Trepid Jan 22 2020. It is almost March and I still have not received anything. I have emailed them asking them where my quilt is and when will it be sent, they told me its custom ordered and that it'll take anywhere from 3-4wks to process and ship. It never said in the description that the quilt was made to order and its been well over the time alotted to receive my quilt. Its disappointing because of all the bad reviews they have received but it goes to show this website is a fraud, scamming people out of their hard earned money. They should be shut down!

I ordered several items for my daughter's birthday in January. After her birthday, I sent emails every couple days asking when we would receive the items. It took well over a month to receive all the items. I had ordered a rug, 2 blankets/bedspreads and a decorative pillow. I was not at all happy with the quality of the items , especially considering how much I had paid for them. Customer service very poor .

Just an update from my previous post. Be aggressive! Yes they shut down their email/website but.... I pursued with my credit card and they gave me a credit. Most interesting yesterday I received an email back from these scammers that they credited my account fully from the email that was previously shut down. What a crazy and frustrating experience. I’m glad to be over their ridiculous emails Good luck everyone but do be persistent

false advertising, poor product and they do not take returns nor answer emails. They change their email and close websites. SCAM ALWRT!!!!

Ordered my daughter a comforter set. (For a surprise) Got all of the emails about the delays. Now they have took down their page and the emails will not deliver to them. What a rip off!!! $90! Gone!! Unbelievable!!!

Go to your credit card and get your money back and see

Just like others here I bought a rug for $119 visa was charged. Received a few polite emails. Then The corona virus delay then the good news that my order was ready to ship. And now nothing. I’ve emailed Kayleeandtepid and all emails bounce back undeliverable.

Ordered and received different item than what was ordered
Customer service, haha, offered a 30% discount to keep or return for full refund at my expense

Took the 30 and now hope this review helps to run them out of business

Do NOT order anything from this company!!!
After receiving my order, which was completely different from what I ordered and had a confirmation for, there Was no regard for customer service. In the end I could get a refund - if I paid 100% for the return shipping. The cost is more than the value of the order!!

SCAM - AVOID - ordered in Jan, then email saying delayed due to Corona then email 8th Feb saying being shipped. No reply to emails, no delivery and now both their websites have been taken down.

I really wanted to give no stars. Ripped off like eeryone else here. Ordered before virus got several emails all professional and seemed legit now nothing and the site has closed down. Scammers

This quilt i ordered is the cheapest imitation of what I ordered from Kaylee and tepid. I am sad to have to give a terrible review, but i want to spare others from this scam. It was an enlarged photo of the advertised quilt, poor pixels made it faded & washed out to the point i barely recognized it. Also a completely different quilting pattern Was used than shown. I wanted to return it for a full refund, but they would only give me a 35% refund. i have it hidden in my closet rather than on my bed. So please spare yourself from this company as their nice pictures are a total misrepresentation of the actual product .

Scam!!!! They’ve blocked my email and their site from any of my devices but other people can get on their! This was supposed to be my sons bday gift! I emailed and immediately got back an undeliverable email stating I had been rejected. Got a ton of emails up to til shipping now I’m blocked and can’t access anything! I would’ve given no stars!

They are somehow connected to AZcozy. Net,com,org. Same items on both sites with identical sku numbers so sad to allow con artists on fb and pay pal. Wouldn't you think they would check them out prior to this. What I've read there getting a kickback from fraudulent sites. From another one bit the dust

I agree scam. Before virus even happened I was told my order was on its way. Then 3 weeks later I'm told it's not and they have to close down their factory. I did email them and they did respond but didn't have an answer for me. I have now given up on this company and emailed them as they should be refunding everyone's money. Emails are now saying undeliverable. Weasles ! And the person that commented about fb having this scam company on market place is so on point. Fb should investigate any company that wants to use their space to ensure they are not fraudulent companies.

Like others here - been rolled. Ordered a doona - received 6 consecutive emails and then nothing. Return emails bounced and no website to be found. Do banks protect your cards from these people or not? Do Facebook protect their users from these advertisers? No obviously not.
