Complete and utter garbage. The company, the product and the customer services.

I only got my money back through PayPal. The single worse online shopping experience I have ever had, bar none! Deserves 0 stars

Do not use this company, paid extra money for delivery to come within three days,took a month,there was parts missing, did not realise you had to put it together yourself, had to buy a stapler gun,would never use them again

Scam, avoid at all costs.
Prints are rolled up plastic, badly printed and some lengths of wood chucked in.
I am pursuing a refund through MasterCard dispute.

Never, ever use this company!

My order came in pieces, rather than ready to hang. This in itself deserves minus 1 star! One of the wooden frames was so curved, it would look awful if I were to assemble and hang. The quality of the printout was so terrible that I wouldn't use it as a table cover! The material used is far from canvas, rather some cheap PVC.

I will look for ways to complain to Consumers Direct and never ever use their services again. Wasted my time and jeopardized my Christmas presents.

Took 2 weeks to arrive past due date, turned up in pieces, creased to hell and blurry picture quality. Absolute garbage. Would not recommend at all and am disgusted that they are happy taking money from people. Get a conscious you crooks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing on the website mentioned that it is self-assembly. I challenge ANY normal person to be able to do it. Total waste of money, effort and time.

After numerous emails complaining about picture print quality and the fact they advertise 'canvas prints' when in fact it's a plastic sheet, they still refuse to refund and then send me the following message which shows what a shambles they are

Wish I should have read the reviews before I made my order. I made my order on June. And still not received anything. No refund. Shame on these kind of websites. Never tell me the image doesn't fit to the size I've chosen till I made the payment. There are no 0 stars to give them.

Never use this site. The customer service is terrible, the delivery was terrible, and the quality was terrible. The delivery was over a month late. And just to clarify: you have to construct the canvas yourself!!

Wish I came here first. Bin worthy - from the moment it arrives you know its not going to work. They scammed me by not telling me that the pic was too small for the size canvas I wanted. I paid and after spending weeks trying to find out how to contact them they would not refund but only offer a voucher

First time I’ve used this company. Have previously ordered canvases from many different companies and whilst some may have needed some self assembly they were all good quality. This looks like graph paper with little pixel boxes all over it and it is fit for the BIN! Certainly can’t use it. No easy way to contact this company.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I can only agree with what everyone else has said. Not canvas its like plastic, comes on a roll with 4 bits of wood to "build you own!". Communication non-existent its all foreign and automated. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Utterly RUBBISH overdue by two weeks have to self assembly it yourself crappie plastic binned £61,00 quid down the drain would have been and satisfying better of giving to some homeless dude hope you go out business scammers

Scammers beware! The canvas is crap quality the pieces of wood are to small and don't even fit the canvas do not order off these cowboys.

Agree with all the 1 star reviews below. Same issue for me. If you used a credit card to make your purchase please contact the issuer to seek their help in getting your a refund.

Absolutely awful company! Ordered a canvas which arrived a month late with no explanation why. They never mention that you have to build it yourself so i had to run out and buy tools especially. The image quality was also very poor. Then after the effort of building it, my 140cm wide canvas lasted about 5 minutes on the wall because the flimsy plastic hanger they provided couldn't support it. After falling off the wall the canvas had noticable scuffs in a few places so I asked for a refund but they replied 'it is still usable'. As if going to hang a damaged canvas in my living room for everyone to see! The after sales service I have received has been terrible. I cannot warn you enough, avoid this company at all costs!!!!

The frame came as a DIY and needed to use a hammer to put together as the the joints were badly cut and after that I find that the picture doesnt fit the frame properly, even though I paid £10 for it I would've expected better quality, luckily I live next to a frame maker who made one for me for £5

No phone number on the website or contact details. paid on credit card for a print and have the receipt but no way of contacting them to ask where it is now many weeks after supposed delivery
