I placed an order with canvasprint.online for a 120x90 cms tri-print on or about 24/25 Sept . On the 28/Sept I received a reply from a person advising of a problem with pixilation of the size ordered, so this person suggested a 50x40 would be more suitable, of which I accepted on the same day. On the 29/Sept I requested details owing to the reduction in size, would I be eligible to a reduced cost? I made a further enquiry on the 05/Oct asking the same question, when on the 06/Oct a person confirmed I had to submit a claim for an amount using my O/No:
I followed this up on the 09/Oct as I had not heard from them, when later on the same day same person advised same details.
On the 12/Oct my order arrived 'after' PayPal had submitted payment, and I advised Print Canvas accordingly asking again same day where was my refund.
On the 14/Oct same person advised me the same instructions in obtaining my refund, that I was submit a request via their Claims Link using my O/No but suffixed with PC.
I have been back onto Print Canvas twice on 14/Oct, and again on 15/Oct and today 21/Oct sending yet another complaint to same person yet again.
I'm becoming totally exasperated with this company.

Wish i had read the reviews before, not on canvas but plastic, so low-quality you cant do anything with it but bin it, frame not even like the video on how to make it, as people the address of the company is Canary Island - Spain, you will get no reply, they will not do anything, a very dishonest company.

Whatever you do, do not use this site.

I placed an order for a canvas print which I received about 4 weeks later. The image was blurred and was printed on a plasticised, ribbed material which was of very poor quality. To cap it all it was self assembly onto a kit frame.

Nowhere in the company blurb did it state that this was not a canvas print nor that it was self assembly.

I made an error in duplicating the order and contacted the company by email on the same day asking to cancel one of the orders. I eventually got a response which was not related to my question. I have been back and forth many times and have asked them to call me. All to no avail. They keep asking for an image of the product but do not seem to understand that it was immediately thrown in the dustbin on receipt.

This company is a waste of space and I can only think that they write their own reviews.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.(10/2020).
Its the same story,product arrived,extremely poor quality not fit for purpose and every avenue you try to explore to make contact with this company is a dead end.
I am presently in communication with my credit card company to try and get my money back that way.
As previously stated,I believe this is a scam company,avoid at all costs.

So, after 4 weeks, many email, website requests and eventual messages to PayPal, I received my ‘do it yourself’ Photo Canvas ‘KIT’ Here it is unpacked, this DIY was never suggested on their website so hope that all customers are made aware. In addition its a very poor quality plastic print, so unable to give any positive recommendations. Just ‘BEWARE’

This is a total scam after waiting over a month for my "canvasses"i got a kit to put the pictures together myself and the prints are dreadful really blurry grainy printed on a vinyl type lined material I have tried to contact them by several means they have altered their facebook ad so you can no longer comment on their lots of people putting angry faces on their though I looked into them they are based in Spain and only started up on March 2020 the instructions to put the frames together are in Spanish ! I'm am so disgusted one of the canvases was for my parents Anniversary it was s black and white photo you can hardly recognise them it's so blurry and the other was of my much loved cat that just died so both sentimental Facebook should ban them I have reported this company to FB but I doubt if I get any money back as the links this company give you dont exist I might aswell had thrown my money down the drain I will NEVER buy from Facebook ads again this is the 2nd time I've been conned ...SCAM!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY the reviews on their site are fake

Terrible my photo wasnt clear enough for the requested size so accepted smaller didn't refund the £20 difference. Delivery took 6 weeks then you have to build it yourself. Scammers

Absolutely terrible. No free delivery or 70% off. Took over 3 weeks to get to me. It’s smaller than my order. You have to build yourself! So hope you have tools. They never answer questions and they block you on facebook. NEVER again. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company.

Terrible. Don't go there. You think you're saving money when actually you're wasting it. The quality of the prints, on plastic I'll add, is appalling. I just hope people see these bad reviews before they order.

Actually less than one star . Very poor quality on PLASTIC not on canvas with striations running through it. Poor quality reproduction of painting. Took over a month to arrive . Came in a tube to put together yourself which was also very poor quality which was not said on website . Not worth the cost of posting let alone the cost I paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Totally agree with all that has been said. What a pity I didn’t read this site before I ordered. The 2 reproductions arrived after well over a month in kit form on vinyl with striations all down the image. Terrible. I wish I knew how to get them removed from advertising on line. Be warned

I ordered 2 prints at just under £40.00. They arrived as a DIY kit. This is miss representation. They made no reference to a kit in their advert. They are refusing to refund me and are impossible to deal with. Based in the Canaries. I think I'll pay them a visit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. If I could have given them no stars I would have. I've been scammed. Don't you be.

Canvas took weeks to arrive and the quality was so poor it’s unusable. The print doesn’t extend around the frame like advertised and there were bands of light lines all the way through the print. The customer service is useless and they won’t refund you on the basis that it’s a custom order.

I would have rated them zero if possible. Scammers and picture quality abysmal wood to fix had no nails and no contact details for them. 40 pounds down the drain. Very bad company

Please, please, please avoid PrintCanvas.online - They are nothing but a scam company.

Firstly, I paid extra for their 'urgent delivery' service which promises that you will recieve your canvas within 3-6 days. This is certianly not the case. I recieved my item after two weeks. After emailing them to chase, they did not respond. They actually state in their FAQ that they will not respond to "stupid" questions. REALLY? - They only responded to me once I raised this with PayPal.

Secondly, once my canvas finally arrived, its self-assembley. REALLY? I paid for a canvas, I expected a canvas, not four pieces of cheap wood, with no staples, nails or anything of sorts to actually assemble this 'canvas' - They do not tell you that it is self assembley.

Finally, it is not even printed on canvas, its a very cheap, plastic sheet. The print quality is awfuwl. I am currently raising a dispute with PayPal to attempt to get a refund. Please avoid Print Canvas at all costs!

I have genuinely ordered much cheaper Canvas's from Ebay and been much more satisfied with the quality and print (and they were fully assembled). I figured I might spend the extra as they were wedding photographs, what a joke!

PrintCanvas.Online will not reply to your concerns, they will not meet your expectations. Just read the pages of other nagative reviews around the web to see. I certianly wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering and wasting my money.

Don't buy from these take your money and run had to contact PayPal to try and get money back they don't respond they need shutting down 0

Ordered on 15th Aug, didn't arrive until 14th Sep...says 8-10 days delivery when you order...took over 4 weeks!
When it did arrive, not framed as advertised. The frame in different sizes so is not "straight", the material is not "canvas" but a shiny pvc type material, and the "easy" assemble youtube video does not work in reality as the click in wood does not fit with the material inside.
Very bad service and extremely poor quality...only good for the rubbish bin!
The only way to rectify is with a refund, I have sent a complaint but lets see if they reply!

Waiting to see if I can get my money back
It’s so bad that people are getting scammed on line
If print canvas see this and there genuine and I get my money back then I will be back to tell everyone????

Do not order through this company. Quality is awful, not on proper canvas, it’s more like a plastic table cloth! Looks dreadful quality and worse bit was you had to assemble yourself on to a frame. We spent 2 hours trying to do it and the canvas split and it looks dreadful with puckering. No where does it say you have to assemble yourself. Waste of £37. I emailed and sent photos and they said ‘they could see no problem!’ They have now ignored 3 further messages from me. Awful company.
