Items arrived later than stated. Waited nearly 3 weeks for them. Just be aware that you have to make the frame and stretch the canvas over the frame. This is not easy and I much prefer to have the canvas arrive already made and ready to hang. Photo quality was OK. Customer service was poor and the items only arrived after I filed a claim with PayPal.

Waste of time and money. Said nothing about prints being on cheap vinyl and having to stretch and mount canvas yourself. Print quality is horrendous with very low contrast causing highlight and shadow details to vanish. Image is pixelated and streaky. Vinyl is shiny and ink has a strange iridescence that makes blacks look red when viewing at an angle and image looks washed out when viewing straight on. The odd texture on the vinyl resembles the non slip vinyl used at bottom of inflatable swimming pools and certainly does not resemble the weave of canvas. The texture also throws out odd reflections giving the image an even more streaky look.

I ordered a print of my daughter and her new husband after their recent wedding. Waited with anticipation and it arrived today. where does it say in the small print that you have to construct it yourself??? The picture is very grainy and poor quality and there are a few bits of wood in which you are supposedly to construct and stretch the canvas over/around???? I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered it. Total waste of £20.00. Do not use this company, disgraceful.

Absolute disgrace, flimsy wood, poor quality canvas print of a 4K image.

Where do I begin ?? Once again if I had done my research ie and read the reviews.. not in a million years would I have purchased what I can describe as a pile of s**t !(excuse my language)
I too am waiting for a reply to an email I sent a few days ago expressing how disgusted and disappointed I was with my purchase and asking for a refund.

1) Delivery was 1 week late , no correspondence from company , I had to chase it up Myself !
2) Never told it was a self assembly canvas!
3) Not even printed on canvas , printed on very cheap plastic sheet , very cheap wooden frame .. different to the one shown on their website and instructional video (that’s right .. you have to build it yourself !)
Cheap plastic tore when fitting into frame .
4) Picture printed on plastic canvas , very pixelated and had lines going through it .. looks a pair of buggy plastic pants !

Was really looking forward to receiving my canvas.. Completely disappointed, complete waste of money ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you want a decent canvas that you can hang on your walk with pride !

This company is NOT genuine and does not understand what Customer Care means. I have been on their case now for 4 weeks. They indicated the quality of 2 out of 3 of my photos was bad.They talked me out of it and said I should send quality photos. I wanted to but after reading all the reviews, I decided not to and asked for a refund. They have refused to refund me. Even for the one with a good quality, they have not sent me the photo as they claim its under production. These guys need to be dealt with as they a TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!!! JUST AVOID THEM SO YOU ARE NOT THE NEXT VICTIM.

Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. I placed an order with them as it said my order would arrive within 5-7 working days, 2 weeks past and I didn't here anything from them, I was sending emails as there isn't any contact numbers (surprise). Had no joy with the emails so had to ask PayPal to step in, and surprise then they emailed me back not saying sorry for the delay but was told it will be posted when it's posted, I asked for a refund as it was no good to me now as I had to buy another gift and told them not to bother posting it and to just refund me. They totally ignored my email and decided to post is that same morning, I asked for a part refund and guess what, back to ignoring my emails, I've still got PayPal involved because the company is that shocking i want a part refund. Royal mail have tried to post it to me twice and I keep refusing to sign for it as royal mail will then return it back to the shocking company and PayPal will step in and claim me a full refund back. Please pay that little bit extra for you order and get it from another site. Boycott this company.

Guess I'm just another that didn't read reviews. Sat here with a sheet of plastic and 4 pieces of thin wood. Hangings? a small platic disc with 3 pins sticking out of it. I can't fir this thing,nothing mentioned it was self assembly. Very disappointed and a waste of time,I was looking forwards to receiving it aswell. Will write to them,but from what I read a waste of time. People like these should be looked at by ebay etc,trading standards because they will continue to do this. Not good enough.

AVOID! paid for urgent delivery, arrived 2 weeks after given date, photo is pixilated, and have to self assemble on cheap wood. Disgusting excuse for a company

Please save your money and DO NOT purchase anything from printcanvas I uploaded x2 images to be printed on canvas and paid for urgent delivery.
1. They did not arrive in time for my father's birthday
2. When they did arrive, the quality was absolutely dreadful - pixelated and blurred - although the confirmation email stated "The image has suitable dimensions and quality"
3. The customer services is appalling. You cannot email direct and have to contact them via their website. You immediately receive an automated reply saying that they will reply in 48 hours - but they do not. When you go back onto their website to prompt them and they do eventually reply, you get absolutely nowhere with the complaint.

I am absolutely devastated with your service the picture was 3 weeks late ! Now its arrived but the picture is not even mine but random bride and groom! you have totally and utterly ruined a 70th birthday suprise present for my mother(NOT MUCH OF A SURPRISE ANY MORE). The address was wrong it should have been Blakehall Barn, sheer luck we happend to know a Naighbours who new a Naighbours who recognised my name. Also there was no mention of ASEMBLEING the frame and stretching it over the frame YOURSELF not the easiest of jobs! and FINALLY what's even more annoying there is no contact number for me to actually speak to someone . Disgusted with this device just awful I have never felt so disappointed in my LIFE. PLEASE CONTACT ME ON ......to sort this disaster out asap. Lydia

DO NOT order anything from this company. Ordered a nice canvas print, after almost 3 weeks they sent 2 - both are not mine, and the quality is rubbish - like a lightweight plastic. Even if it was mine I'd bin it.

Am afraid I am yet another victim of printcanvas ... very poor quality canvasses and the frames (which you have to build yourself) doesn’t even fit the canvas.. customer service reply... IT LOOKS OK TO THEM no other explanation. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

Oh dear my biggest mistake. I should have read the reviews. No where does it say that you have to assemble the frame with 4 pieces of wood and stick the photo to the frame. Not good leaving this bit out.

0 stars from me. they don't respond to your emails, I received my order 3 weeks late... it wasnt even the final canvas I have to put it together myself! and to make it worse, they didn't even send me all the wood bits with it to make it into a canvas!!! and poor quality too! con artists do not use!!!!

Another victim of not reviewing the sight before purchasing.
Didn't have the wait that others have complained of but wasn't expecting self assembly.
The overall quality of the print itself was shockingly bad.
After reading other reviews it looks like I'm stuck with it now because its seems their return policy is non existent.

Would not even bother with them, oh yeah cheap but really poor. Avoid at any cost....

Absolutely appalling. Nowhere does it make it clear that these are self assembly. The quality of them does not make it worthwhile bothering. Their customer service is risible - incoherent and next to useless, if not downright dismissive. Stay clear of this Mickey Mouse company unless you enjoy being ripped off.

wished I'd seen these 1st, paid for express on 3rd July, promised by 13th, then 15th, now 26th, no reply at all, utter useless
