Have used Prink since May 2011
Have used Prink since May 2011 and the service has been excellent. In that time I have ordered 46 complete sets of cartridges for Canon printers which must be about 250 cartridges and I have only had one that was faulty, the rest worked perfectly. Since a complete set from Currys is £69 and from Prink under £10 and you get it the next day it is a no brainer. Ian

Delivery is prompt, the ink has always worked well in my Epson printer and is very reasonably priced. You can customise your order and if you need to get in touch, you receive a timely and personal response. I recommend Prink.

Been using Prink for a few years now. The cartridges have always worked without problem
I have Canon and Epsom printers. The Epsom very occasionally blocks up but is cleared after one clean cycle
The delivery is excellent and if ordered early enough will be there next day
In summary I have never had a problem with the inks or with Prink themselves
I 100% recommend Prink!

I don’t use much ink but have ordered from Prink for a number of years and everything is fine till you have faulty cartridges. I had a faulty cartridges which yes they did replace when I ordered more . But at the beginning of July I had a whole set that would print at all, I emailed them and I said I would post them back to be inspected. Graham said it was the way they had been stored and the order I took the tabs off !!! I did not agree. He said that once they have been stored correctly they where ok , I asked if they where fit for purpose would he return them or replace please. He said he would send out with my next order. I do not have the confidence to order from them again and he wants me to pay the postage again. Not a happy customer. 😡

I am sorry that you felt the need to post a negative review but some important facts need to be made clear before readers reach an opinion based solely on your comments:
Over 4 years, you placed a total of 4 orders for these products and have reported the same issue on 3 separate occasions. On the first two occasions we advised about correct installation and storage then sent free replacements without quibble. However, on the 3rd occasion, we asked you to return the items for inspection as our system showed that your complaint rate of 75% was excessively higher than our average 0.5% customer complaint rate for these products over the same period.
On inspection of the cartridges you returned to us, the transparent cartridge bodies made it immediately obvious that their failure to print was because they had been stored upside down for some time (most likely since you purchased them 3 months earlier) as the ink had migrated from the sponge in the exit nozzle to the buffer chamber at the rear. Once the cartridges were stored as advised, the ink returned to the nozzle as expected.
We offered to replace the cartridges if they were found to be faulty but the issue was caused by operator error, not a defect with the products.
As we had advised about correct storage and sent free replacements twice before, I felt it only fair that we should not be expected to incur further costs in posting these cartridges back to you and therefore offered to send them back with your next order.

Ink Reset Tool Epson Cartridges
Having experienced the utter frustration of my Epson RX500 multi ink cartridge printer/scanner telling me the ink is out on one cartridge,others are low (On more than one occasion) when you can clearly hear the ink sloshing around in all of them I finally ordered a cartridge reset tool. Got it from Prink, the lowest price I could see at £7.40 via Ebay.
Am I a happy bunny or what ! Worked a treat. Price was great , communication good, delivery fast. Last time I needlessly replace cartridges and waste perfectly good ink.

These particular cartridges are made from transparent plastic and have clear cellophane wrappers so the amount of ink can clearly be seen even without having to remove them from their packaging.
We have sold tens of thousands of these units and I am yet to see one that has been under filled. They are all manufactured to ISO standards and contain the same or more ink than the genuine HP equivalent which leads to me to ask why, if the cartridges were virtually empty as stated, did he not notice this fact and why did he proceeded to install them without contacting us about the issue ?
We can't resolve an issue if we don't know about it and I think it is a little unfair to post a negative review without contacting us beforehand to give us the chance of rectifying the problem.
I also notice that no order ID submitted which makes it impossible to trace this customer and causes me to wonder whether this review is truly genuine.
Great ink and customer service
Used this company a couple of times now and ink is always very good. Had a slight problem with delivery of last order (seemed like a Royal Mail error) and Prink customer Service were always very fast to reply and help sort the issue out. Will always be my 1 place for printer ink.

Amazing service!
My printer would not recognise a cartridge. I emailed at night and received a reply first thing next morning. It was assumed to be a faulty chip. I ordered a new set and a replacement for the faulty cartridge was included with my order, which arrived in 2 days. The replacement installed immediately.
I cannot fault this company's customer service. Very impressive.
