The product was awful. When I went to return it, it then transpired that you have to send back to China and not the London address that is stated on their website. They then try and con you into a partial refund without returning so it isn’t blatantly obvious that they have lies on their website. Don’t buy anything from here!

Do not buy these products!!! They are tiny and look nothing lime they advertise then wont give you a refund!!!

Fraudsters

Avoid at all costs! This company now goes under the name Roselyn Atelier. Item received and was terrible quality and sizing completely off. On their website they say their return address is based in London and when you contact them they give you an address in China and even though the dress was damaged they refused to cover the cost and kept telling me their london address does not accept returns even though that it what is clearly states! Absolute scammers and reporting to trading standards!!

Actually trying to select 0 stars but not an option. Trying to return items of exceptionally cheap quality but after being offered credit note I am being told I have to post to China and not the UK address as listed on website. I will never buy online again from a company I haven’t heard of and strongly advise never using this company.

Total gangsters. Ordered nearly £200 of goods. They were awful quality and such poor service when I asked for these goods to be returned. They offer you to keep the goods then when you say no as is your statutory right they start a game of offering to keep goods and a 10%, then 20% then 50% refund but never the actual 100% refund you are legally entitled to.

They then ask to send goods to china if you want your 50% refund but on their website and policy it states the returns warehouse is in London. Lastly when your exhausted everything they say a director will be contacted and that is the last you hear from them. I have reported them to my credit card company and trading standards. Avoid if you really want to not lose your cash…

Wish I had bothered to look at reviews but their site was so nice and I wanted a dress for graduation. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, then it was poorly made, the fit was terrible with weird bits in the fabric that looked like a spill. Then they are refusing a refund saying their site is final sale which is said no where (but want to send me another crappy dress.). Stay far away.

NO STARS!! This site is scam! I bought two poorly made “exclusive brand” dresses that I later found on various online sites. The company is totally non existent when you do an online search. Very poor return policy. One can never expect 100% refund—only partial. I wish I read these reviews before I was suckered into buying!

I ordered a red winter coat. It arrived after approx 3 weeks. The size was too small and the material was thin. The coat was shorter than expected and looked more like a jacket than a coat. There was no return paperwork in the packet and I had to email for info. The company offered a 30% refund with me keeping the coat, and when I refused, they increased the offer to 60% which I still refused. I eventually got a full refund but postage to China cost me £26. I won't be using the company again.

Is appears this is a fake company. Weeks and weeks for clothes to arrived when we requested refund we were told they'd offer a discount instead. Now no response and we can't return items. Seems like a scam

Scammers!They stop any contact with my after I ask an address for refund!I do a complain to my bank and I block my account!I do a complain for fraud to authorities!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This is absolutely a SCAM and Fraudulant. They claim to be a London based company but are Chinese based in fact. the item is very poor quality. i have requested a return which they are now saying must be sent to china which will cost a fortune and take a long time. i have reported them to my credit card to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 2 pairs of leggings. It has taken months to get them and about 12 emails from the company, making excuses for why they are not ready. I didn't read these reviews until after I'd ordered. Finally arrived. I'm 5 ft 4, size 10, so ordered a small. These only just come up to my hips but only get down to my high calf area. I think they might fit a 10 year old. Wish I'd never bothered with this company. How do they continously get away with taking peoples money and delivering dreadful items?! They should be banned from selling anything to the UK.

The product took a long time to arrive, but when it did it was SO far removed from the image on the website. I challenged this with them (sent them a photo of their sales image and what I received in comparison) and said I wanted to return the item with a full credit. I was told it had to be sent back to China (I thought it was a UK company!) at my cost, but that instead they would offer me a 60% refund and no need to return. As I very much doubted the parcel would ever find its way back to the address in China or that I would receive my full credit, I accepted the 60%. I am writing this review to warn readers to be very aware the quality is not as you see on the website. The jacket ordered looked like a wool blend, what I received was a shiny, printed polyester. I wish I could attach the photos to this review, as that way, my words would not be necessary!

This company is not from London as they claim. They are from China. The goods look nothing like the photos on-line. They are of a much inferior quality and, frankly, I will not been seen wearing. They offer you a refund to stop you returning the goods. I managed a 50% refund and sent the goods to a charity shop. Avoid this company!

Coat did not fit and was exceptionally poor quality. Offered me 30% discount which I refused. They replied “we would like to offer you a 45% refund for the sake of sustainability instead of taking another delivery route. Also, the reason we offer this option is that this way you don't have to bother with the process of shipping the item back and shouldering the cost, which may be around £25–£30.”
Now left with an item I would be embarrassed to sell but will donate it to charity shop.

This appears to be a British company but it is not. Poor quality products coming from China which are very small sized. Impossible to return and get money back.

Looks like this is a scam webiste that you place an order with. They do not deliver as detailed and if the items are wrong they are impossible to contact, so do not expect a refund . I paid with Paypal so I will write and advise them they have not contacted me as I requested. I would advise not to purchase from this company. Beware !

Don't bother scammed,if I could give a zero I would.
