If I could leave a no star review I would and I’m not one to normally put up reviews but this one needed one as people need to know what they are letting themselves into when ordering for this company Coffydoor.
Ordered on 2nd April 26 chased for updates on delivery a number of times. With response we have had issues with the warehouse. To shipment will arrive at the warehousetoday and your order will be with you soon.
To a long winded email saying the shipment from Italy didn’t have the correct customs documents.
Don’t waste your time ordering from them as delivery takes way too long emails are not replied to in a timely manner.
I received my order yesterday 6th May 26 to find the decaf caps I had ordered with my order were not in the box.
I have sent images of the items I have received I’m still waiting for a response as I was told in a previous email all items were sent doesn’t explain why when I opened my order the caps are missing.
I did sign up to the subscription for 120caps a month but due to the service I have encountered with this company already I have now cancelled and will be buying my coffee from elsewhere.
So if your thinking of ordering from this company I wouldn’t. The only constant emails you get are spam/ promotion emails
