Sammanfatrning efter 2 år som prenumerant

Efter att ha varit prenumerant i mer än 2 år så är det för bedrövligt att leveranser och beställningar fortfarande inte funkar.
Om och om igen så är det förseningar, felleveranser, och ursäkterna sista året har bara fortsatt.
Nu räcker det!
Jag kan inte avsluta min prenumeration utan får meddelande om leveranser och beställningar jag inte gjort.
Beställningar med kaffe jag aldrig ens använder, typ koffeinfritt kaffe.
Förseningar med ursäkter på ursäkter följt av fler förseningar och ursäkter.
Senast för 3 månader sedan så skrev de att de nu äntligen fått hem en sådan mängd kaffe att det skulle räcka året ut utan problem. Detta efter att jag väntat på leverans i nästan 7 veckor.
Efter endast 1,5 månad, återigen med deras försäkran om att nu, nuu är allt bra, så är kaffet nu slut igen.
Opålitliga leveranser, felaktiga ordrar följt av fler ursäkter.
Nää detta företag har bara blivit sämre och sämre under mina 2 år som prenumerant och nu är gränsen nådd för min del.
2 års väntan och strul ger inget vidare betyg.
Det började kanon första 6-8 månaderna men sedan har det varit en rakt nedåtgående spiral de troligen aldrig kommer ta sig ur.
Vill man som jag ha sitt kaffe levererat som beställt och på utsatt tid så får man vända sig till någon annan leverantör.
Tack för mig.

First class coffee

Simply Delicious Coffee

My husband has just received his first order, we love it and usually I don’t like a strong coffee but the taste is amazing and I am fussy 🙈. We are about to put in another order for some decaf too! I am real, not a robot and I havent been paid to say this! Well done love supporting new business!

Delays!

I had placed an order for the spring bundle on the 10th of April. Before I could even complete my order, I had WhatsApp messages from Jonathan, the founder, and rigorous follow-up until I completed my order. No updates for days after that and when I followed up, radio silence! Eventually, customer service got in touch, 15 back and forth emails, the shipment was delayed by over 45 days. Sure they added 5 and 10% additional discounts, but what a waste of time and energy with this constant follow up!
I've finally tried all 4 varieties now. I do like the espresso and ristretto. The lungo, however, is not great!
I want to give them another chance and place another order but super apprehensive given my previous experience.

Problems solved, thanks Vian!

After some initial struggles getting my order delivered once Vian took the reins everything got resolved quickly. I’ll be sipping on my Coffee Door coffee soon and look forward to being a regular Coffee Door customer!

I can’t recommend this website

I can’t recommend this website. Ordered Sunday, got confirmation, then silence. Today they captured money from my account, still without any word from them, and no shipping information. So they have taken the money, but not shipped anything, this is not legal. I wrote an email to them this morning, no answer. This is really not a way to treat new customers.

I ordered coffee from Coffydoor and it…

I ordered coffee from Coffydoor and it never showed up. No package, no tracking update, nothing. When I contacted their customer service to report the missing order, they basically called me a liar and refused to believe there was no coffee delivered. They kept insisting it must have been left at my door or that I was mistaken.
I provided all the details, photos of my empty porch, and even checked with neighbors – still zero help. They take zero responsibility and offered no refund, no replacement, and no support whatsoever. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, like I was trying to scam them instead of them failing to deliver a simple order.
This company has terrible service and even worse accountability. Save your money and do not buy from Coffydoor. There are plenty of other places that actually deliver what you pay for and stand behind their orders. Worst experience I’ve had with an online purchase.
Never again.

I am so sorry about this case and experience, I am here to help you further! You got in contact with us and claimed that there was no package in the locker, where we in the beginning of May asked if you had been in contact with the delivery company, as the locker belongs to them.

Great coffee

Great coffee - for me especially the Ristretto is a nice full-flavored coffee. Moving to their subscription based offering. Nice gifts when you first order. Go for it!

The coffee is lovely

The coffee is lovely, so fresh tasting! I did a bundle, which I’ve put on subscription and providing the delivery is not delayed like last time (a month), I will be giving a 5star review next time!!

Amazing coffee, awesome stainless steel bottle!

My husband bought coffee capsules, the coffee is really tasty and rich. We had some issues with the courier delaying the package and the company was really helpful. The stainless steel bottle for coffee is AMAZING! I've tryed so many companies all these years trying to find a bottle that keeps ice coffee for a few hours, none worked like this one. I'm making my coffee with 4 ice cubes at 7am and at 7pm there is still a small ice cube left in the bottle, with NO lid on!!! Amazing!!!

Made order on 18th April and received…

Made order on 18th April and received on 2nd June where it was advertised to be delivered in up to 5 days...and no communication from the shop, had to chase them by email few times.
Coffee itself is very poor quality, especially lungo.
Subscribed to them when making initial order but was unable to locate unsubscribe option in my account as per FAQ, decided to remove my card details and waiting now what happes next.

Edit:
Jonathan put a lot of effort to contact me directly and explain the whole situation that they are currently facing and the plans to address those issues.
I have changed the review based on a conversation with Jonathan and I'm willing to give the company another chance.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the frustration this caused.

Following your order, we sent an email to affected customers explaining that the promotional free gift included with the offer had gone out of stock and offering the option to switch to an alternative gift if preferred. Unfortunately, this contributed to longer delivery times than our usual service standard.

We have since resolved the stock issues, and all products are now back in stock. Our delivery times have returned to our normal 2–5 business days across Europe.

We have also reached out to you directly to address your concerns regarding both the delivery experience and your subscription.

Lush Coffee

Like other reviewers, I had to wait quite a while for my order but was kept well informed & updated as to when my order would finally get through. When it was delivered, it did not disappoint. The coffee is delicious, the machine was straight on, & my son & I were testing the pods immediately! Great quality, lovely & strong…we have worked our way through several already! Highly recommend this lovely company…try them, you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure. Excellent

Ordered 5th May and still no delivery.

Ordered 5th May and still no delivery.
After 3 weeks received a mail telling it was delayed because the free gift was out of stock. I just want coffee, but this doesn't seem to be an option.
E-mailed customer services who didn't really read my message and just told me the same thing again, but they get a 2nd star for prompt response.

I was a little sceptical

I was a little sceptical and didn’t want to get scammed (I was before) and had little faith but customer support was awesome in every step! The quality of the coffee was top notch and I’m a heavy drinker and extra picky about the flavour! You all should try this and don’t worry! Delivery was quick when restock was done! Bottom line I was afraid of getting scammed but I was wrong! Extra points goes to the customer support service which responded to me immediately with no waiting time and solved every question I had! Keep up the good work all of you!Again thank you!!!

Focused on customer's satisfaction

I put 5 stars because of the way this company dealt with issues that emerged during delivery, they took responsibility trying to make the customer experience at it's best and find solutions that was focused only on delivering the coffee in order for the customer to taste it. I can't wait to try their coffee and share my opinion about the coffee itself, though I can guess already that it's amazing.

Delivery delayed + weak taste

(1) Delivery took 7 weeks, quite disappointing. Towards the end of this period I received a nice message from Coffeedoor explaining what had happened, which was fine. But still, 7 weeks is too much.
(2) The quality of the coffee is OK, but has a taste that is much too weak/thin for my taste.

Great taste and strength, like a new machine!

I was keen to taste test the coffee as soon as it arrived, and it lives up to all the claims advertised. Tastes like great coffee should, so it's a 5 star review from me. My son tried the espresso and thought we had a new machine!
Update - I've now tried the Decaf, Ristretto and Lungo, and they are just as good as the Espresso. I'm already placing the next order so that I don't run out.
